		<description>Fred Thompson from the article I read has not confirmed he is running. He is creating an exploratory committee to first test the waters.

I would think serious consideration on running as a Republican Candidate would be in order. Given the current reports on sparring members of the house, even a potential candidate might want to take a few preliminary boxing lessons and invest in ear guards. 

Fred is no California Arnold for sure but who knows.</description>
