Dodd touts his leadership on energy and Iraq

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire (CNN) - Sen. Chris Dodd wasted little time Sunday night promoting his energy plan and his criticism on President Bush's Iraq War strategy.

The Connecticut Democrat's presidential campaign issued an email titled "Chris Dodd, Leading With Bold Solutions When the Stakes Are Greatest," moments before he took the stage with the seven other Democratic presidential hopefuls. Dodd is aggressively trying to position himself as the leader on the Iraq war.
