WASHINGTON (CNN) — Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, said the Bush administration has done a good job in cracking down on terrorist financial networks but failed to strengthen "our alliances with other countries, and one of the most important things that we're going to have to do to be successful in rooting out these networks is make sure we have the cooperation of other nations." Sen. Obama made the comments in response to Wolf Blitzer's question on whether the Bush administration's effort to thwart terror at home has been a success. – CNN Associate Producer Natalie Apsell Filed under: Barack Obama |
