Watch Reid's comments on the immigration bill Tuesday.

WASHINGTON (CNN) - Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada said Tuesday passing the immigration bill is up to the Republicans, who "do not support their own president's bill."

"Eighty percent of the Democrats support this immigration bill. We've done our job," Reid said after the president made a rare visit to Capitol Hill in hopes of convincing some fellow Republicans to support the measure. "I don't have to twist an arm. I don't have to pull anybody into a room."

"It's a question of Republicans supporting their own president," Reid said.

That's right Reid, you've shown your true colors all right. You are a pathetic old man who should be ashamed of himself for his behavior and lack of political acumen / correctness. Shameful, just shameful you are.

Every move Reid makes is politically motivated. He needs to be removed from office along with many others. Americans want real work accomplished in Washington. Americans are fed up with this Democrate nonsense. Get to work Reid!!!

80% of Democrats support it?

Huh...where does he get this fuzzy math from?

All the Democrats I know are against it.

Ask how many poor and middle-class Democrats favor this...probably more like 8% is more like it.

The American People do not either. Perhaps we need a Boston Tea Party in Washington

Reid needs to remember that 11 democrats voted nay to cloture. Also, when did this issue become about supporting our "president"? I thought this was a bill that affects ALL Americans, not just The Troll from Crawford Texas! The Troll, Reid, and all of the 110th Congress are supposed to vote the will of the PEOPLE! Not the will of special interest groups like La Raza. Butt out Troll and tell the truth Reid!

Mr Reid needs to listen to the American electorate...not republicans in DC...and he should realize that this new immigration bill is "BAD" and does not help the problem we face...we need to shut our southern border down, prevent the illegals from flooding our social services, and deport all illegals who have a criminal record. Security first...not amnesty.
