		<description>Well Ron paul got 2nd in nevada and 1st in lousiana and was also the TOP money raiser inthe 4th quarter, so he will definetly be invited.  Guillani is the one they will probably excluded because he has not gotten better than 4th place this entire race.  Ron paul is considered &quot;top tier&quot; because he is the leading money raiser of all of them.</description>
