WASHINGTON (CNN) — The skies were blue over Washington, D.C. only minutes ago, but a common summer storm has swept across the city, leaving supporters of presidential candidates scrambling for cover. Hundreds of supporters lined Georgia Avenue outside Howard University, the site of tonight's All American Democratic Presidential Forum, in hopes of seeing their favorite candidate entering the debate hall.
