Bob Barker

Bill Clinton

WASHINGTON (CNN) - He's never overseen a game of “Plinko” or led a “Showcase Showdown,” but that didn't stop some in Iowa from confusing former President Bill Clinton with legendary "Price is Right" game show host Bob Barker.

“Bob Barker! It’s Bob Barker!” two Iowa women yelled, according to the New York Times, as they saw the former president campaign with his wife, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, in Clear Lake Wednesday.

When the women realized who it was, they shouted "Ohhhh!" and "seemed just as thrilled," according to the Times.

Thanks Mr. Mooney, I thought it was a nice article. After all the talk about who raised the most money, looks like if "THE PRICE IS RIGHT" then they will be the winner.

If there was every a reason for not requiring the general public to vote than this is it, sorry Bob..

Maybe people should be required to take an intelligence test prior to casting their vote each election?

Oh, no! The Clinton worshippers are so offended.

Is it any wonder this country elected Willie twice?

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

People scare me. People that vote scare me even more. Did the women not know they were at a Hilary Clinton campaign rally? What in the world would Bob Barker be doing at a Clinton campaign rally? Is it any wonder this country elected Dubyah twice?

BOB should be so honored to be confused with BILL CLINTON.

Really? This is news?

Richard, Ewing, NJ   July 5th, 2007 1:52 pm ET

I am not even a Bill Clinton fan, but come on! Bob Parker is so differ from Bill Clinton. Bob is way older than Bill Clinton. Bob is skinny and Bill is overweighted. Bob is a republican and Bill is a democrat. How can anyone mistaken them?

Bill to Monica – Come on down, your the next contestant (of many) on the President is right!

Tarik, Washington D.C.   July 5th, 2007 1:43 pm ET

This is yet another reason why Iowa should not hold so much sway when it comes to deciding our nation's future. I really feel comfortable with their choosing our presidential nominees knowing that they are unable to recognize our previous, 2-term president.

Paul Leuba, Baltimore, MD   July 5th, 2007 12:58 pm ET

That's an injustice to Bob Barker!
