WASHINGTON (CNN) – Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-New York, is wearing a bright pink jacket that stands out against the dark suits of her fellow democratic candidates.

But she is not the only one with a little color in her outfit. Both former Sen. John Edwards, D-North Carolina and former Sen. Mike Gravel, D-Alaska, have on red ties. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, has on a flashy gold tie with a checkered shirt.

Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Connecticut, Sen. Joe Biden, D-Delaware, and Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, went with different variations on the standard blue tie, a conservative outfit that is be popular on Capitol Hill. Gov. Bill Richardson, D-New Mexico, has on a bipartisan blue and red striped tie.

Wow CNN. Talking about what they are wearing? How about talking about the lack of questions the so called "second tier" candidates were given.

We would not be talking about clothes at all if gender bias wasn't playing a big role in this election.

Doesn't Hilary realize that the bright pink jacket will be remembered not her answers. Speach class #101

Come on CNN– get a grip. The color of a dress or a tie has NOTHING to do with the purpose at hand. Grow up!

This is completely vacuous information. You represent everything that's wrong with horse race politics. Stop it.
