Brownback girl debuted in Kansas on Wednesday/Courtesy: Richard Crowson, The Wichita Eagle.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Obama Girl and Giuliani Girl just got new competition. The new Brownback Girl made "her" debut Wednesday in a Church Lady meets Madonna music video on The Wichita Eagle's Web site.

"Cause we are living in a sinful world and I am a Brownback girl," the new Brownback girl sings to the tune of Madonna's "Material Girl."

But Brownback Girl is no, well, girl. The star of the video is Bucky Walters, a local hairstylist in Wichita and actor known for playing women. In the video, Walters struts around a church, clad in a black suit, a gray curly wig, gold hoop earrings and knee-high stockings.

"Sam loves stem cells, wants gays in jail, isn't that special to me? He'll appoint more right wing judges and overturn Roe V," Walters sings. "Candidates pry, and some just lie, but Sam's just not that way. No way. He would never use religion to win on election day."

After seeing videos posted by young women on YouTube for some of the other candidates, the Wichita Eagle's Opinion page staff imagined what their senator's "girl" would look like. They decided to produce the video. "It's a spoof of other candidates' videos, not of Sen. Brownback," opinion editor Phillip Brownlee said. "We're just having some fun. At his expense, perhaps."

A large part of our problem in this country is the complete lack of a sense of humor by republicans, christians and other forms of life.

I wouldn't exactly characterize the spoof on Obama as glorifying him. I might agree with the spoof of Giuliani's infidelity if it were not so blatantly true, and one Giuliani flaunted publicly on his own.

I do not agree that the spoof vilifies Brownback. His devote Christianity is a matter of record. His views on homosexuality are also a matter of record.

Perhaps the line that Brownback wants gays thrown in jail was out of line but it is a fact that he held up the judicial nomination of Janet Neff because she attended the same sex commitment ceremony of her neighbor. Brownback said he would be willing to let Neff's nomination go forward if she agreed to excuse herself from any cases related to same sex unions, even though Neff did not preside over the ceremony. She only attended it.

John Roberts is a devote Catholic with conservative values, which is why President Bush nominated him. Senator Brownback made no move to block the nomination of Judge Roberts to the Supreme Court based on religious issues nor did Brownback ask Judge Roberts to excuse himself from any matters dealing with religion.

Brownback is a hypocrit. He doesn't need a video to vilify him. He does a great job of it on his own.

None of this matters anyway. Brownback has no chance of becoming President.

Entirly unprofessional for a newspaper to do. The Wichita Eagle should be ashamed.

And, despite what the paper says, the video is a spoof of Brownback. Look no farther than the line in the song accusing Brownback of wanting gays thrown in jail.

The examples we are shown are moral spoofs using comedy to vilify Republicans while glorifying Democrats. Giuliani's infidelity, Brownback's Christianity, Obama's sexy body. It easier to see through the agendas if you occasionally take off those blinders that come affixed to this media..

ReadBtwthlins get a grip. Maybe we can all take up a collection to buy you a sense of humor. Brownback doesn't have even the slightest chance at winning in the primaries anyway.

All three pieces are spoofs on the candidates…and they're funny.

Hey! At least wait until you catch him in a men's room or a madam's blackbook before you represent him with a man in drag. Give it a week or two, tops. Man, is it Silly Season or what?

Church Lady = bad
Immorality = good

Just cartoons, huh…, yah right.

These toons are an excellent example of today's progressive agenda being forced onto us by a corrupt media. Your an idiot if you can't see the liberal agenda being pushed here.

LOL! Republicans are obviously the laughing stock of this country. Good luck in 2008!
