Yes, but that is not enough. Ron Paul is all of those too. I challenge you to look past the impressive facade of all the candidates to hear what they are really saying. What is the candidate articulate about? Does what he says make sense in light of the constitution, which Ron Paul aptly states is the only document the President promises to uphold? I would also challenge everyone to look at each candidate's voting record and source of campaign funds. Ron Paul is in favor of the constitutional principle of greater power for the state and individuals rather than federal government. He is in favor of conservative spending, not interfering in affairs of other countries, not engaging in preemptive war, not going to war without declaration of war by the congress (ie. Iraq), eliminating taxes, etc. He has an extremely consistent voting record and is backed by a grass-roots following. The bottom line is: what he says makes sense in light of the foundations of our country, and he sticks to what he says. Thomas Jefferson said, "Every generation needs a new revolution."
