Campaigns & political groups actually waste money making stupid web videos like this?

Oh and "nv", alot of politicians in the US before the 1950's were socialists. Heck, here in Milwaukee, some of our best mayors (Frank Zeilder & Daniel Hoan) were socialists. Don't through the word "socialism" around and equate it to a bad thing. Many parts of America and many European nations progressed very well based on socialism.

Get a clue before coming on here and littering your mindless posts with bad grammar and blanket statements. You look pretty stupid to the educated amongst us.

I am starting to wonder if I should even be reading CNN news anymore-I have already stopped reading FOX. This type of article makes no sense with politics, unless it's meant as one more means of distancing certain presidential hopefuls. And then getting to the response by JC in Mississippi, I can see what kind of people are attracted to this kind of article. I cannot believe that some people are that ignorant. Some people are so afraid of differences that any HINT of Islam creates bias and opinions. Obama is not Islamic, he is Christian. Most likely practicing it better than even JC. Referencing your initials to Jesus Christ, who accepted and loved everyone, and who certainly was the ultimate example with idealism and vision.

Barely Political should put out all the videos they can. Not only has it made the election race more interesting, but it has increased the online entertainment of the whole process.

Found a humorous take on this topic here:

If this is what CNN is going to put out on a publication devoted to political news, I may as well turn to Fox News for information.

To the poster just above...

You think that free market is the only way to get good healthcare?

Why is it that if you can get a public defender to defend yourself in court, you shouldn't be allowed to have the same right for a doctor?

If you're bleeding all over the street, and somebody tells you to go to a hospital ten miles away instead of the one across the street, because that's what your HMO affords you, why is that a better choice?

Anyone who thinks the issue of health care is better served by a market economy has never been sick or is so rich they didn't notice the bill.

Rudolph G. says that socialized medicine would be a bad thing.

Is the fire dept a bad thing?

Is the post office a bad thing?

Are cops bad things?

Lets see what kind of fires would be put out in Compton and how many fire trucks Beverly Hills would get if we suddenly privatized that socialist convention, the Fire Dept.

Burn baby burn.

RE: nv

Who said I was an Obama supporter? I'm not. I just don't like seeing idiots spewing ignorance and hate on this web site.

But, that being said, does wanting free universal healthcare mean that one is a socialist? The Europeans have it and I don't think they would fall into the classification of marxists...do you?

Better yet, what is the Republican answer to fixing the flawed system we have in place? I haven't heard anything other than Rudy Gulianni's idea that we should solve it in the free market...ummm, isn't that the root of the problem??? Corporate profits outweighing the needs of the people?

all of a sudden? dems have been wanting socialized medicine for decades now. the only way we're going to fix health care in this country is by returning to true free markets, not by adding more government bureaucracy.

Hahaha! I love seeing how the conservative sheep are falling perfectly in line with the whole "Democrats are Socialists" propaganda! All of a sudden, it's "socialized medicine", or "just like Europe", or "Communist News Network", etc.
J.C. from Mississippi--you represent your type very well. Not only have you fallen for the absurd "socialism/communism" speaking points, but you fell for the Obama/Osama crap.
I guess that's why people use such simplistic sloganeering, because it evidently works! How sad.

The Romeny girls are not "Attacking", they are engaged in political disourse... but since it is the "evil empire of corporate America" (being a republican) it's an attack.
J.C. in Mississippi writes:

"This website has always been a politicle website, only news that is harsh, bad, and/or tagets conservitives in a negative way."

Actually J.C. when you spew out statements like the following:

"A cell inside the U.S. Government, that’s all Obama is radical Muslim in a position to be the chief of command of this country."

CNN doesn't need to make conservatives look bad. Ignorant, ridiculous, racist statements like this do a fine job on their own.

P.S. Obama is a practicing Christian, and it's spelled "MARXIST" not "markest" smarty.

Of course, it will never happen, but it is humerous to think about. If anyone were stupid enough to vote Mitt Romney in as President, there would be about 10 First Ladies! Ah! What a first! However, Romney will never become President of the United States.

J.C. from Mississippi, are you that stupid? Obama has been a member of the Christian church since before the United States sold weapons to Osama bin Laden in the 1980s. Educate yourself, you make Americans look bad.

For the campaigns to be shaped by people that are not remotely related to the candidates is startlingly effective. The elections have begun their epic deviations from the actual views of the candidates. What are their thoughts on foreign policy and global poverty? Will the candidates reverse the amendments laid down by the previous administration to impede the completion of the Millenium Development Goals [Borgen Project]? All of these questions need to be the main concern.

These ads are being peddled here because they attack Republicans. Where are the ads attacking Hillary? Like theres none out there??

CNN continually proves itself to be just another corrupt player in today's progressive culture. Another reason not to vote for Hillary.

These videos aren't shaping anything, much less the '08 election. The only people that view such videos are people who have already made up their minds about who they're going to vote for. This is political junkie fare, not something average Americans are eating up. It just shows that the campaigns started way too early this season, already people are bored and coming up with stuff like these ridiculous videos.

I am completely stunned right now that CNN would actually put this article on the website as if this was a real news story, I'm honestly baffled at the last couple of days the level of journalism that has decline on this site.

I'm beginning to think you guys are punking your readers, or is this turning into a tabloid website, honestly, what is really going on?
Please let me know if the format has changed, so that I can begin to get "real" news elsewhere.

Thank you!

Yeah, it's a reflection on Romney's obsessive compulsion to attack Obama for everything and nothing. An Obama/Feingold v.s. Romney/Sanford race would be terrific, and I'm confident the same thing will happen to Romney as did the last Massachusetts governor to run for president. Good times ahea
