Why isn&#039;t his answer to race questions about the fact that he&#039;s both white &amp; black &amp; will represent both races (and all races) with equal energy?</description>

It&#039;s time we embrace individuals as individuals, not as &#039;black&#039; American, &#039;black&#039; President, etc.  It&#039;s what our predecessors fought for, died for, and we &quot;claim&quot; we struggle for today; to be seen as a man, as a woman, as an American.</description>
