He's got a lawsuit coming over his little "Testing the Waters" scheme. What he has done up to this point has been nothing but deceptive, cowardly, and against election rules. He avoids debates because he'll get destroyed. He avoids "formally" announcing because he wants to raise his funds in secret (even though its pretty obvious they're not "testing the waters" funds). He's going through staff almost as fast as McCain. How ANYONE could take Fred Thompson seriously, i'll never know. Well, it's about time.
