Okay, what’s the fuss over Romney and the Mormons? After a little research, this is what I found of their beliefs. Lions and tigers and Mormons - oh my! Oh come on people. Heck, I would love to have neighbors like these.

The Articles of Faith of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons)

We believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.
We believe that men will be punished for their own sins, and not for Adam's transgression.
We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel.
We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.
We believe that a man must be called of God, by prophecy, and by the laying on of hands by those who are in authority, to preach the Gospel and administer in the ordinances thereof.
We believe in the same organization that existed in the Primitive Church, namely, apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and so forth.
We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.
We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.
We believe all that God has revealed, all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.
We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that Zion (the New Jerusalem) will be built upon the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.
We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.
We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law.
We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

Robin from Boston,

You are truly not in reality zone. Romney is the only major Republican candidate with just ONE wife.

Robin from Boston:

That is an urban legend and you need to get your info about Mormonism from a more reliable source.

Jeannie from Sacramento:
You're WAY off. The state voted NO on gay marriage and the legislature unilaterally overturned the vote to both his and the voters protests. And you're right. Massachusetts is the most liberal state in the union. Romney is not.

Furthermore, Romney gave the facts about his hunting experience the first time around, and the press took it out of context. If you read the whole speech, he shared the extent of his hunting experience right off the bat. And no one disputes that he hunted as a child. That is actually the part that is true.

Jeannie, give him a break. You may not like his political platform, but don't pass on lies.

I wonder if plans to include in his ads that people of his faith believe that African Americans work for the Devil. That should go over well in SC.

Gimme a break.... a tested and proven conservative? He was for abortion, then against it. He presided over the only state in the union that voted yes on gay marriage and now he's against it? He said he was an NRA supporter because he hunted as a child then later was proven to have lied. Like I said, gimme a break...

what a 'racial' thing to say- can you imagine another politician saying 'He's acting black'? i can't, everyone would be all over that in a heartbeat..I find that alot of racial comments come from blacks and it is allowed with no repercussions. Frankly, I'm tired of it. Why make it a race issue anyway? in reference to Jena, can you imagine if the ones doing the beating where 'white'? How can Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton say that those boys need to be in school and not jail?!! I find it all ridiculous how these situations are tolerated.
