Look! The Emperor has no clothes.
It's so obvious to the rest of the world that Bush has lost his marbles. It's like DUUUUH! I wish the Republicans would quite being in so much denial about it.

I don't understand why someone hasn't brought this up before. It is like the children's story, The Emperor's New Clothes". I think that Pres. Bush had some problem with his cognitive abilities. I am not a clinical psychologist, so wouldn't know where to start with testing, but certainly a serious examinatino of his mental abilities is warranted. Just listen to his speech. Slurring, mix-ups, etc.

I completely agree, and it scares me. He's cheerfully sending our country into a massive nuclear war, and doesn't seem to be looking for any alternatives. At the very least he should finish the war he started before sending troops into a new war. Considering that the information for both wars were made up, I think it's time to take a serious look at the government we have in place, and the president we "elected".

Hmmm... not sure if Georgie has a mental illness? Let's just say we all know he's a "recovered" alcoholic, and from my knowledge, something like 90%-95% of alcoholics have some form of mental illness. Thought I'd share that information with you.

Genius has always been met with violent opposition from the minds of the mediocre.

What Dennis is saying and the platform he is and has been running on is about 50-75 years ahead of its time.

That is why he has no chance of winning. If Dennis would be born 30 years from now, he would be a future president.

Not now with the state of "mental midgetry" our nation is currently in.

I am a past Republican and Kucinich is correct. How irresponsbile of the Administration to be creating the atmosphere for further war and dealing in Fear mongering to the fullest. Vote and Pray to Stop the entanglement in foreign affairs and start following the Constitution.

Well I dunno know.....I think Kucinich has a better chance of seeing a UFO than Bush has of seeing a WMD in Iraq before his term is over. I mean the number of people who have reported UFO sitings far out way the numbers who have reported seeing WMD's in Iraq! I'll put my money on Kucinich and UFO's.

Any takers?

It's about time someone in the public eye stood up and spoke to the Emporer's lack of clothes. Good for Kucinich!
Who writes this stuff for Bush anyway? Do they realize how sophomoric his comments and speeches sound?
And, if these insane comments are of his (Bush) own making, we are in MUCH DEEPER trouble as a country than most of us acknowledge.
I, for one, am completely embarrassed and ashamed the people of the United States allowed bush and his cronies to steal the election in 2000 -
How much longer will we all stand with our heads in the sand and refuse to see the truth?
Our country is being decimated by the Bush/Chaney machine.
It will take decades to undo the decimation, if at all, to our foreign relations - to say nothing of what our country is currently going through.
Do you all realize that the housing/credit crunch is directly realted to the current administration?
How much are we all willing to lose in terms of civil / constitutional rights before there is NO ONE left to take a stand?
THANK YOU Dennis Kucinich!

What worries me most about these blogs I'm reading is how extreme left or right you people seem to be. What happened to our Country. Where are the level-headed people that saw the left and the right for what it was and chose to stand in the middle for what THEY believed in. People that are saying Bush is insane and is a war monger even go as far as saying he's like Hitler, how rediculous can you be? You know your "heroes" the Democrats voted almost unanimously for the war, and the only thing they've done about it since is whine and complain and make non-binding resolutions so people believe they're doing something about it, take some accountability people, and pro-Bush people, I don't blame you for sticking behind the commander-in-chief, but you have to recognize that he has taken almost 6 years to come up with (SOME) decent changes in Iraq. He is not a very good leader plain and simple. But be honest DEM's you haven't offered anything up to the plate or tried to take any kind of lead in this fight either. America you have to admit not a whole lot of leadership is going on right now in D.C.. Nobody wants to help the other side and we're paying the price for it. We look rediculous on the world stage because we can't back our government, too many of you have already decided that no matter what you'll vote for whoever the Democrat is or whoever the Republican is.... What's the point in voting at all if you aren't even judging the character of the individual you're putting in office.

DK might become a footnote in history.

George Bush's legacy will be that of an isolated egoist who has reaped untold agony on the entire world for generations.

Hmmm, where are the priorities on this one?

Now that so many people are speaking up about their suspicions of the president's mental health, does anyone care to revisit 9/11. Without that horrible day, neither Bush nor his administration would have had the justification to persue their agenda on Iraq and the rest of the middle east. 9/11 was the perfect plan to blind the American people.

Another consideration, if events in the middle east continue escalate, expect further words of justification to put off a change in government next year and to force his administration on us indefinitely.

"Condi, being responsible for much of the lies this admin has put out, SHOULD be assaulted"

Add this to shooting Bush betwen the eyes and other lib comments about wanting harm to be done to those who disgaree with their views. Almost every liberal democrat wishes harm or death to those who don't think exactly as they do, where as hardly any conservatives feel that way. That is the difference, what type of person are you? Don't answer here, answer on the first Tuesday of November.

Are this person's words still accountable after what he said about UFO?? Not only this person is far away credible to be a US President, but also his words remarks him as how fool he is.

Pay attention to what Bush said: "I've told people that, if you're interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing them from having the knowledge necessary to make a nuclear weapon," meaning that if Iran has nuclear weapons, then the WWIII might start because they will launch nuclear missiles to Israel and US. It might not happen now but probably in the next 2-3 years when Bush is no longer the President. I want to see if this man ever becomes the President (I'm sure he'll never ever become the President of the US), what he will do when Iran attacks Israel and US with nuclear missiles. Probably he'll just sit down doing nothing and just hope the UFO will help him. What a fool man.

What about his own mental health, UFO?

I believe Dennis Kucinich was caught off guard, his response was substandard. He obviously mishandled the situation. He failed to explain his position.

Kucinich during the Presidential Debate confirmed UFO sighting, does this statement disqualify you from becoming President?

"AND THE BEAT GOES ON….
Pete Stark says Bush gets amusement from the death of soldiers - looney left cheers!"

Looney Jon: we're cheering because people are finally speaking up against Dictator Boy. Sorry you're too dense to see that.

"Moveon.Org calls General Petraeus a traitor - looney left cheers!"

We always cheer honesty. Hasn't been much to cheer about these past seven years. Apparently you enjoy your country being destroyed by...well, a looney.

"Code Pink Psycho assaults Condi Rice - looney left cheers!"

Assault? You're a liar. Confonted is what happened. Condi, being responsible for much of the lies this admin has put out, SHOULD be assaulted - by a felony charge of treason. Maybe you could be her lawyer, whiner.

"Dennis Kucinich questions President Bush's mental health - more cheering!"

Um, no, acknowledgement of the truth is what we're all enjoying. Even most Repubs think Bush is a loser.

"And you WONDER why there is no civil debate left in politics??"

You're the reason, nimrod. Too much of a coward to challenge this Worst. President. Ever. Too stupid to do anything else but attack everyone to the left of Hitler.

"Its neat that a congressman is an expert at something"

What a laugh...it's obviously a few shades better than a president who is an ABSOLUTE ZERO at everything. The average American IQ has obviously dipped below 75, in light of all the prior posts defending this total absolute failure, and his paranoid, money grubbing policies. And what of Iran? What would you do in their position? Wouldn't you be making a few moves to beef up your defense, if your government was yanked out, and another one not of your choosing, installed???
I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND, how you think this continual lop-sided support in this region is benefiting you, or your fellow americans in any respect. All I see is blind defense of deceitful policy, via kindergarten barbs. And really, just because someone isn't 6' tall, their a midget? I see extremely low IQ as a much bigger problem than low height...I guess Americans are as shallow as they say, indeed...

Calling Bush mentally ill denies the nature of the man. Satanism is a choice he made... a choice that includes lying about anything and everything, including being a born-again Christian, to gain ultimate power and the ability to lead to the destruction of as many human lives as possible. Now that he's a lame duck, he doesn't have to pretend he's not evil anymore. I'd be surprised if he doesn't declare martial law, destroy the Constitution (literally, instead of his figurative destruction all these years), and assume the first dictatorship of the US of A rather than allowing his term limit to actually limit him.

Thank you, Dennis Kucinich for having the courage and integrity to finally publically announce this concern regarding the mental health of our nations so called 'leaders'!!
This issue has personally concerned for me quite some time - especially since the Bush administration continue to behave under the delusion that they are above the laws of this nation.
Facts are facts; This administration has focused on feeding the greed, not the need of our nation. Bush and his cronies have blatantly been allowed to ignore the laws, policies and standards set by our government. They have misrepresented facts, used our nation’s resources to privately profit from a bogus war, bandied our children’s right to healthcare, sold off large amounts of our natural resources to corporations who are major contributors to global warming…. They have recklessly and irresponsibly buried the United States in so much debt, international distrust and ridicule, that is almost impossible to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Based on those facts, I think the subject is a no-brainer. Each and EVERY person holding a political office, or running for political office, should be required to annually undergo thorough psychological and psychiatric examinations as well as drug testing.

I mean, even folks applying for the limited jobs currently available in this country; like work as cashiers in convenience stores, house cleaning or similar positions, are required to complete drug and criminal background testing before hire.

Why shouldn't individuals running for political office have to comply with the same, if not even more stringent, medical testing? Don’t they have healthcare?

THE Republic of Texas is off point. It is completely valid to question the president's mental health. In this day and age, the comments would have been public eventually. What we need is more forthright attitudes. We do not get this from Bush and his gestapo.

It's not GWB's fault! Why aren't we questioning the mental health of the voters who elected him, not once, but twice! Didn't they learn their lesson after electing his father? The feeble voters who elected both of them are the source of the problem.

What a great story! Kucinich is great for America. He speaks his mind and takes positions without concern for the fallout.

When everyone else is starting to focus on the other boring candidates, Kucinich launches one right at GWB. He sure keeps things interesting!

Dennis Kucinich is not exactly my favorite person, but I must admit he has a point.

I have believed for years that George Bush had mental and/or emotion issues. I can think of no other reason to explain his behavior concerning Iraq and the so-called war on terrorism.

I only hope we can hussle his tuckus out of office before he and his cohort, Cheney, plunge our country into a war with Iran. Although why anyone in THEIR right mind would believe a single word of whatever justification for an Iran War the Bush Administration might come up with, seeing as they were so incredible accurate and thorough in Iraq, I have no idea.

Once again, Kucinich is right- why won't his party get behind him? How can you look at this President and not question his sanity, grasp of reality, lack of responsibility, or grandiose megalomania? They should have had his head examined after the "Bring it on" comment! Bush shows a cavalier disinterest in the deaths of American soldiers (much less Iraqi civilians), laughs at inappropriate times, he casually mentions World War III and use of nuclear weapons like it's a desirable outcome, makes one faux pax and freudian slip after another, such as "working tirelessly to destroy America" by circumventing, marginalizing, ignoring and dishonoring the Constitution? He is a sociopath, and a clear and present danger to American citizens and democracy in general. We need regime change in THIS country, NOW, and the whole world will despise us until this sabre-rattling braindead cowboy goes to the hoosegow, along with all his cronies, where they belong.

This isn't news; this is general knowledge of those who have been paying attention...

In fact, this has been widely noted by psycologists/psycaiatrists who have pronounced him a dry-drunk and still suffering from his alcholoic & drug abuse days...You do not have to have someone "on the couch" to pronounce them for what they are...

I've never had Dick Cheney "on the couch" and 95% would agree that he is a rotten person with a vindicdive with powercrazed, emotional spats...

I've never had Hitler on the couch either...Even if you know nothing about him or what he did, you could easily agree that he had something missing just by reading his texts and watching his speeches...

I'm happy to see that the 20%ers are still in full agreement & still defend Bush though...Keep looking stupid folks...You are showing the fence-sitting americans the true nature of the GoP fanatics...

Its neat that a congressman is an expert at something and this one does psychiatric evaluations for free (or is there a kickback); most don't know their ear from their elbow. Go Dennis, tell us more!!!
