If anyone close to Mayor Bloomberg happens to read this, I want him to know that a Biden/Hagel Third Party ticket would change, for the better, American politics forever. If people could see an end in view to all the battling and stagnation, I believe you would see a 70% voter turn-out in November.

With or without Hagel (or Lugar or Obama or Richardson), Biden is the real answer in this ridiculous process. There's simply no one else as qualified to sit in the oval office and make the decisions needed, based on serious understanding of the longterm national and international issues underlying the everyday problems we face.

Wow. Serious bi-partisan friendship. Both possess such a veracity to mend our broken image abroad. I am sad that Hagel is retiring, but maybe his retiring is for a reason...Biden/Hagel ticket; I would support that...

I think Biden and Hagel would be a winning duo. Too bad most people don't take him seriously. He certainly has the most experience.

Jokes aside, Biden is on the rise in the early states. Look at yesterday's ARG polls from IA, NH and SC -- Biden is obviously far behind, but he is starting to score some points!

A Joe Biden, Chuck Hagel ticket would be good. Both have some common sense seem down to earth and appear to be more interested in this country than they are in following lock step over a cliff for their respective parties. I'd be willing to back them. It won't happen because a lot of good people get lost in the crowd and never make it to the top. Good people who could make a positive difference. The media wants to focus only on the top three in each party and negelect the lower tiers effectively grinding out the message of people like Joe Biden and Ron Paul. It's the world we are in now. Lots of money and media attention. It appears that it's the rich and powerful who are framing elections these days and deciding who will run to the finish line and who will fall in the water traps along the way.

The best "third party" candidates to enter would be these two. They would win easily. I truly believe this country needs a pair like them to lead for a change. They are extremely well qualified and could bring the nation together as is so badly needed.

Who knows, maybe they are waiting for the right moment to announce?

It would be nice to see more of this type of bipartisan friendship instead of the mistrust and spiteful rhetoric displayed by members of both parties these days. Too bad Chuck Hagel is leaving since he's one of the last of the old school Republicans that give any semblance of dignity anymore.
