Even if I was 9 months pregnant and already married to my fiancé and we tried to go through the laws and pay the fines and go through the correct process so that we could live without worry and good taxpaying law abiding citizens (which is what he wants to be) he will get thrown out and banned for 10 years. I understand people being against illegal immigration reform acts. But something should be done for people who are married to US citizens and or have children that are US citizens. James, can you make the difference between acknowledging an issue that needs to be solved (by states or at federal level as she proposed) and agreeing to give driver's license to immigrants? You all play 'stupid' and don't listen and reason a bit.

I cannot imagine how so many pretend not to understand that the issue of illegal immigrants is not solved with a Yes/No answer as it was insinuated in the debate. It would be irresponsible to do so.

First, U.S Citizens do NOT owe Illegals a thing. Illegals do NOT "deserve" licenses. Licenses are not a right, but a priviledge to law-abiding citizens with valid social security cards. Being Illegal means just that – they are here illegally, having broken Federal Law by entering the U.S. This is not a free-country, contrary to what you may tell yourself. I pay taxes and work hard.
