Listen to what Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano was saying about immigration and next compare to what Hillary and Bill Clinton support. As long as a comprehensive immigration reform is not in place (and Hillary said very clearly in the debate she would push to happen), every state should adopt own strategy to deal with the problem after assessing their risks. Why is not that clear?

The states cant handle immigration the way they would like to because anytime a state has anti illegal immigrant legislation, the ACLU comes and gets in the way blocking the will of the american citizen.

I agree with Joseph. In So. Cal so many measures have been passed by the people (legal voting citizens) but then shot down by either the ACLU or the Supreme Court. I don't understand what part of "illegal" is not understood. The ACLU is looking out for illegal immigrants rather than American citizens. It is sickening.
