WASHINGTON (CNN) — Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is set to launch the first television ad of his presidential campaign in New Hampshire Thursday, two months before the early-voting state is likely to hold it's presidential primary. The 30-second spot features Giuliani talking directly to the camera and touting his record as mayor of New York, saying, "I've been tested in a way in which the American people can look to me." "They're not going to find perfection, but they're going to find somebody who has dealt with crisis almost on a regular basis and has had results. And in many cases, exceptional results. Results people thought weren't possible," Giuliani ads. Giuliani's ad launch comes the same day a new CBS/New York Times poll indicates he is tied for second place among Granite State Republicans with 16 percent. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney leads the poll with 34 percent. – CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney Filed under: New Hampshire Rudy Giuliani
