So he's implying that all this trouble the US has gone to in the Middle East may have been for nothing. National security, my front teeth. Why must we babysit the rest of the world?

He's wrong. Richardson just stated before him that the jihadists only generate 15% of the vote. Dodd can't just make up facts. Or at least he shouldn't.

I think Sen.Chris Dodd has told some hard facts that people need to understand. I believe that parts of the republican party should split to join part of the democratic base that are conservative, believe in the constitution, and enforcing the laws of this country. This idea of consolidated third party powerhouse could knock-out Corprate democrats and loyal Bush supporters. As an American Citizen I believe we all need to change and it's a hard fall from the top. We need to spend less money on wars and prisons; and more on education, health care, jobs, and enforcing the laws that have already exist including the constitution.

Maybe thats why so many people hate us.... if the majority are under a tyranny, don't you think they'll try to stop the source supporting that tyranny? How about we take a look at our constitution, and stop being the world police.
