The Edwards campaign has launched a new Web site.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Former North Carolina Sen. John Edward's campaign launched a new Web site Thursday making light of the story that a college student was fed a question to ask at a recent Hillary Clinton campaign event.

The Web site, www.plantsforhillary.com, includes a new Web video that highlights some of the negative news coverage the New York Democrat has received over the last week.

It also includes the "Top 10 Questions Plants Should Never Ask Hillary" which include inquiries on her Senate vote to label the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist organization and her plans to end the war in Iraq.

The Web site also promises an upcoming T-shirt available for purchase that says, "Questions are hard, so plant them."

What happened to the site, it no longer pulls up, nor does it on waybackmachine.

Edwards and Obama need to go back to the playground, I am sick of their attacks, you are supposed to be grown men. Stick to the basics, you are Democrats for heavens sake, stop running down another Democrat to make yourselves look good. Childs play!!

Jeri @ Fairfield, Iowa   November 16th, 2007 5:57 am ET

Hillary sold her soul a long time ago to big corp and lobbist. John is working to make this a better country for ALL of us, not just the big corp. and the top 1% of Bush's gang. WAKE UP PEOPLE, THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA WILL NOT BE FOR SALE WHEN JOHN EDWARDS IS PRESIDENT!!

Val Davydov, Agawam, MA   November 16th, 2007 1:17 am ET

John is just doing what he is best at - attacking the opposition - he's a trial lawyer for crying out lound! It doesn't always work however. Quite frankly his attacks are getting old and annoying - and I am no Hillary supporter. Quit John, we all know you are a fine lawyer.

Nathan, Las Vegas NV   November 15th, 2007 9:01 pm ET

John Edwards is just trying to take down every chance of a democratic presidential victory since he knows he won't make it.

Dan S.   November 15th, 2007 8:16 pm ET

I wish John Edwards would spend as much energy communicating his vision for the country as has spent in recent weeks attacking Senator Clinton. While I've been inclined to support Sen. Clinton all along, there was a part of me that was uncommited and willing to give Edwards or Obama a fair shot. Not anymore. John Edwards has lost any chance at winning my support. His desperately negative tactics have done nothing but turn me off. I mean really…just because it's clear you have no chance of winning the nomination doesn't mean you need to degrade yourself to the childish antics of a jealous seventh grader. My mind is made up — GO HILLARY!!

Jonathan Brennan, New York, NY   November 15th, 2007 8:10 pm ET

I'm no huge fan of Edwards, but he is not pathetically behind. How can any of the candidates really be considered pathetic for what some polls say?

I appreciate Edwards' sense of humor!!
But I most say, on the issues that count an issues of integrity EVERY Democrat is pathetic (every Republican terrifying) except for Joe Biden.

And please no one counter with that silly plagiarism issue.

Chris, Pensacola FL   November 15th, 2007 8:06 pm ET

I like that! You've learned a thing or two from Ron Paul. It will be hard to decide between you and Paul. Since you're a member of the CFR, I'll have to think hard, but I do like you!

David Teal, Lewisburg, PA   November 15th, 2007 7:52 pm ET

I am glad to see the Edwards campaign point out the serious flaws in Sen. Clinton. You really have to wonder about whether or not she is mentally stable enough to be president when she answers a yes or no question three different ways during the same debate and can't answer a question from an audience unless it is scripted.

If Hillary thinks this is tough, what in world will she do when faced with having to deal with the real threats the nation faces. I want someone who is tough enough to stand their ground on their beliefs and is not too scared to take real questions from voters.

Roger Doger   November 15th, 2007 7:22 pm ET

This is very cute and funny. But it isn't going to affect anyone's vote.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

HA.

this is halarious.

OBAMA '08!

Bea, Hoboken, NJ   November 15th, 2007 6:37 pm ET

Oh, now the Silk Pony thinks he's cute? Face it Johnny, you're a distant third and a distant third you shall remain. Get over it!

rosebuds, waynesburg Pa   November 15th, 2007 6:37 pm ET

Come on edwards we are so tired of you attacking others. Stand on your issues for once that way if you lose you lose with intergerity.

Jon Cruz (New York, NY)   November 15th, 2007 6:34 pm ET

I'm now permanently turned off by John Edwards. Give it up. You're pathetically behind, you're not going anywhere, and you're bitter.

Peter, Bayside , NY   November 15th, 2007 6:21 pm ET

Okay this is absolutely amazing, I burst out laughing when I saw the image CNN posted and I love this! Edwards is absolutely right about Hillary, who is, despite her great intelligence and understanding of the process, ultimately a triangulating shadow of what a real passionate candidate should be.

If it weren't for Ron Paul, I would definitely vote for John Edwards.

Veronica M. Iowa   November 15th, 2007 6:17 pm ET

This is the corniest thing I've ever seen. What grade are we in again? This goes to show what a joke the Edwards campaign really is!

Louie, Los Angeles, CA   November 15th, 2007 6:16 pm ET

Mr. Edwards and Campaign - No American gives a rats of your Clinton bashing - its freken old and I think you should try something different…Im a republican and I think you are now just crazy and Desparate!

Frank Honolulu HI   November 15th, 2007 6:08 pm ET

Too spineless to take on Cheney? Try facing the real problems Mr. Edwards.

xtina - chicago IL   November 15th, 2007 5:58 pm ET

OK this is funny, although overall I wish these candidates would quit fooling around and tell the voters what they have done specifically that qualifies them for the Presidency. Only Guiliani who reduced crime greatly and lowered taxes in NY ; and Romney who took a bankrupt organization into the black, are talking about specific things they have done to show leadership.

Jaron, Los Angeles, CA   November 15th, 2007 5:57 pm ET

Eat your heart out The Onion.

Ron, TX   November 15th, 2007 5:54 pm ET

That's hilarious! I'm not a big Edwards fan or anything, but I'd love to have that t-shirt just to express my dissatisfaction with Hillary!

Randal, Birmingham, AL   November 15th, 2007 5:54 pm ET

Edwards is such a cry baby. John, for once why don't you campaign on where you stand on issues rather than attacking Hillary.
We are getting soooo tired of your negative campaign.

DJ, Los Angeles, CA   November 15th, 2007 5:50 pm ET

Hilarious! This is the funniest jab at a political rival I have ever seen.

Good one…and enough of the bogus planted questions Hillary. What a con.

Hillarylover in SA   November 15th, 2007 5:44 pm ET

Edwards just let it go. It's pretty sad that Obama is more popular than you. Go Home.
