They believe they can beat Senator Obama or former Senator Edwards. Republicans would like nothing more than a wounded Democratic candidate coming into the general election. It is their only chance. I believe Carl Rove went to work for Senator Obama the day he left the White House (or before).

Senator Obama's negative campaign smacks of everything that is Carl Rove. But I don't think he's working exclusively for Senator Obama; he must also be working for former Senator Edwards.

Wake up people, the Republicans do not want to face Senator Clinton in the campaign, because they know she can win.

There are no strong candidates on the Republican side. They believe they can beat Senator Obama or former Senator Edwards.
