Obama and his supporters are throwing mud at Hillary in Columbia SC via telephone.

Obama is not as innocent as he claims. I just received the most disgusting phone message regarding Hillary and Bill Clinton.

If you want to listen to it contact Hillary Campaign headquarters in Columbia

If I could contact the individual who taped this message I would sue him for leaving such filth on my home phone.

I hope children in the area do not check their home voice mails. The message is inappropriate for any child to hear.

Hillary may have followed Bush from the beginning of the war but who would not have thinking that there were WMD once this was found to be not true I would have changed my mind too. I think all americans where for the war at the beginning but once we found out that Bush lied about weapons of mass destruction all our minds changed.

I am the last to vote on the basis of sex and color lines. I had no clue who I was going to vote for during the primary, but as I see Clinton become more a fanatic, she scares me.

I wanted to believet that Hilliary Clinton would be as cool as Bill, but we all know this will never be.

What scares me more than people sending out lies about Barak, is the people who choose to vote for Hilliary because she is a woman.

I have a father who pretty much votes black (within reason), because he wants a change......that kind of thinking has always been dangerous, just like women who vote for women.

Hillary scares me because she has no real aim. She believes that 9 years is what makes her qualified, yet we know.....that doesn't make a good president.

We need someone with a little truth. I'm starting to believe Barak more than I've believed any other candidate in my life.

Again, the Hillary campaign has made groundless attacks at Sen Obama's camp. However, in today's news, there is a backed-up complaint against the Clinton camp trying to discredit Mr. Obama. Like she said, the "fun is about to begin". I don't know about you, but I don't want a president who is so shallow. Keep running Obama and standing up for the issues. Let's heal America!

Everyone here that is against Obama has really only one or two things to harp on in regards to him not being a suitable candidate for President.

They talk about his inexperience in the political machine. I find that inexperience in the political areana to be very refreshing. I prefer to have someone who will look at something from a different perspective and not just become another cog. There have been several more experienced people with political power that have messed several thing up for America. The system does not work for the American people and World, it works for Corporate America. Now if you want to take someone with valuable experience, why aren't you singing the praise of Joe Biden? A Senator for 20 plus years.

One of the the other complaints that bothers me is the fact that he has missed certain votes in the Senate. If you are going to hold that against him, then we should see how many votes all of them have missed over their terms as Senators. I doubt very seriously that any of them can say that they have voted on everything that has come before the Senate. So really how valid is that arguement? If you are going to hold one accountable, you have to hold them all accountable, it is only fair.

I have narrowed my primary vote down to either Obama or Biden. Someone on heared stated that they felt that some Obama supporters would not support Hilary if she is the parties nominee? I doubt that very seriously, if you are a liberal, democrat, or democratic leaning independent, you are going to support whoever is the democratic party nominee in the general election. Who wouldn't do all they could to keep the Republicans out of office?

I don't think "hate" plays a role in the Obama campaign and I don't think the candidate inspires hate in his supporters--they, like me, are just very protective and enthusiastic. Obama is calm and kind--and politically savvy enough to use defensive measures against the Clinton machine. Of course we Democrats will join together when the outcome is clear.

If HE is as smart as he would like people to think he is he would back out now and hope that he hasnt tarnished his relationship so bad with Hillary so she might ask him to be her running mate. Think Mr. Obama, would you rather have 8 years in the White House with the possibility of getting impeached ( them right wingers will look for anything) or would you like to have 16 years, 8 of those as VP but what the heck thats the secondest highest position in the land! This will give you more experience and you will be ready to step in to an administration where you know whats going on and not have to clean up someone eles's mess, that was the biggest problem with Mr. Clinton, he had to undo all that was already done. Hillary has been there, maybe not as an elected official but she had first hand knowldge of what was going on and she also has an some idea of what she is about to face. Dont be foolish Mr. Obama you two will be an unbeatable force. So can someone else get on this band wagon with me? CLINTON & OBAMA '08

As a California Democrat, I don't expect my vote to matter. It will come too late and be swamped by millions of others. However, I have the perfect methodology for making my choice when the time comes.

I will look at the last poll before primary that shows head-to-head match-ups with the likely Republican nominee. Which ever Democrat matches up best gets my vote. The importance of ending the war and restoring the rule of law permit no other approach.

If Obama had been in the position that Ms. Clinton was in, he would have voted for the war in Iraq under the "weapons of mass distruction" heading that caused us to go to war in the first place. Since the war is unpopular, he is using Hiliary's support as a tactics to discredit her. He should be discrediting all who voted for the war. She could not have carried the vote by herself. Why didn't he speak out before now if he felt the war was wrong.

Ma! He's picking on me again!

As a woman, I am very distressed by this sort of reaction on Mrs. Clinton's part. It very much reminded me of her reaction to Bill's infidelity and her charges of a base-less conservative plot--"they're picking on us!" Screaming "fowl" without proof is something I would hope no candidate would do, although it seems my hopes are doomed to be crushed by many people.

So far as electability is concerned, I agree that there will probably be a huge Republican turn-out to vote against Hillary.

Finally, I must point out that, for good or ill, Iran's stopping its "nucular" program was probably a result of coalition forces in Iraq and certainly not because of Hillary's pro-Bush.

We are sick of hearing about obama bashing Hillary, why won’t you EVER cover his lack of experience? Missed important senate votes, yes, even the vote on war! His health plan does not cover everyone, he uses Hillary solutions and tweaks them to suit his opinion, his opinion is what Hillary has been saying for years, he has no voice of his own, he fails miserably when he is standing next to ANYOTHER candidate, He has only been a senator for 104 weeks? That is his experience Oprah is selling for the Presidency?? I don’t care how it is supposed to be perceived. It’s solely RACE motivated, as one person writes...
Someone needs to tell Oprah she will not be first lady, but barrack will certainly use your name and trash any credibility you have with American public!

Let's elect a women that we know is able to do the job from day one. I beleive Hillary will win.

Considering the latest situation with Iran wherein they are NOT progressing on a Nuclear weapons program — perhaps Mr. Obama will think twice about ACCUSING Hillary Clinton of "conspiring with the enemy" with her vote for sending a message to Iran via her vote for the resolution. It's now becoming knowledge that that's the reason Iran is backing off — thanks to the resolution vote.

What kind of special cool aid have you been drinking... You are saying that the vote that took place a few weeks ago convinced Iran to shut down its program a FEW YEARS AGO? How in you pea sized brain does that make a lick of sense?

Not one of Clinton's criticisms has supported by mainstream media investigations.

Clinton claims her health insurance plan would cover everyone. Her plan is identical to the current plan in Mass that Gov. Romney approved. 20% of people in Mass. do not have health insurance. The mandate does not work unless it is enforced. Sen. Clinton, how will you enforce your mandate.

Sen. Edwards has a plan to enforce a mandate. Will you copy his plan (again)?

Chose Edwards (or Obama, or Biden, ...) not slick Hilly.

Why not take a look at his record… well…that is, if you can find a political record for him…ask at Harpo productions.

Obviously these ole boys do not have a clue on the security threat bush and Chaney has caused our great country, we are at odds with most every large country, they will not talk to bush anymore, because he’s daddies spoiled little boy who the weak republicans gave him his way for the last seven years and now they are running and hiding from him. EACH republican shares the blame as bush and Chaney do for the state of this great country. The more obama speaks the more I hear a republican…

It’s also obvious from the last debate that John Edwards is fighting with anything he can think of, which we need a fighter; he’s only attacking Hillary though? As the good ole boys are sticking together, is he scared of oprah and obama? The reason you’re not hearing allot of negative about obama because OBAMA IS TOO INEXPERIENCED, there is no history, other than he doesn’t show up for work, he's missed almost all important senate votes? We already had a president the played instead of worked, look at this mess…What’s has this guy been doing? now he thinks he can use Oprah’s money to buy the Presidency? HE IS CRAZY as she is…

After recent weeks and the personal attacks, I strongly now see the best choice and my vote will go to CLINTON, we need her contacts as well as the great relationships President Clinton has with other countries and experience, to work together so that other counties will share the bill and world security. We do not have time to play politics with the likes of obama and rest of these guys…
John Edwards would be an outstanding VP for Hillary

CLINTON 2008, the true SMART choice

Hillary Clinton just might be certifiable. Are there really Americans that do not see through this candidate? This woman? I honestly held Hillary high in my opinion of public figures that were extremely bright and even more driven. I am not saying that I trust her - because I do not. But, the statements coming out of her campaign are getting more bizarre by the day. Hillary? You have to get a grip. And fast. Otherwise, you are guiding my candidate to the nomination at an accelerated rate!

To all the Obamaphobes: This is an ALLEGATION, made by Hillary against Obama. Why don't you people calm down and stop making him guilty of something you have no proof he is guilty of. Are you telling me that you just accept anything from HRC's camp as the truth?
Even if you don't support Obama, at least be intelligent in your analysis of the situation and stop smearing him with false allegations.

Obama, don't let them get to you. Hillary is getting more ridiculous day by day with her attacks. Let her self-destruct with her ridiculous comments.

You know when to fight and when to let it go, and so far, you have showed wisdom. And Hillary, despite the many years of 'experience' is clueless.

okie.... we as Democrats need to stick together, and the hate comments need to stop! United we are strong, and if we forget this we fail to win the white house. Overall the clinton camp needs to tone down the talk about "dirty tricks", and talk about the issues this nation faces. When Clinton talks about the issues, and how in the 90's we saw as a party we helped bring the nation to a better place, (she wins) and so do we!

Fact: Hillary Clinton's health care plan will cover no more people than Obama's plan. This has been thoroughly researched by the experts now and reported in the MSM.

Calling something a mandate doesn't make it one. If Sen. Clinton can succeed in winning based on distortions and untruths, there really is no difference between the republicans and the democrats.

Folks! newsflash: OBAMA IS A REPUBLICAN. He's conservative. He's an eloquent, idealistic Alan Keyes, with a little more potential. Consider: He's related to Dick Cheney. He gets advice from Karl Rove. And his followers are rabid nut-jobs. Sounds like a Republican to me. He is a patsy installed by Rove, the Bush dynasty, and the national GOP as a way to undermime Hillary and steal the nomination from her. If Obama is the Democratic nominee, the Republicans are ensured a victory. Obama will lose against any of the GOP candidates. Thus a vote for Obama is a vote for neo-conservatism, in more ways than one. Hillary, for all her supposed desperation and untrustworthiness, truly is the victim of an enormous right-wing conspiracy. The Clintons are the biggest threat to the GOP and the new world order since JFK was.

Hillary can throw bombs and it is ok. When others do it blame it on them not playing fair or right wingers. Obama and Edwards must be right wingers.
Hillary can call out all the people she wants.

She will not be winning the nomination. Maybe she can keep Obama out of it, but she has doomed her campaign with this nonsense. At this point, if she wins the nomination, there is no way she can beat the eventual republican nominee. It should be McCain, but we'll see.

Sometimes missing votes is better than a terrible and wrong vote. Besides, McCain missed crucial votes related to war funding over the summer. He didn't get any heat for that.

To say that Obama has been planning this run for awhile...of course he has. Just like anyone else with a brain. Hillary has since 1999/2000. Give me a break. She's much more calculated.

Here's the fact that so many people can't seem to see. People will vote/support Hillary because they want to return to the days of Bill Clinton. The '90s were prosperous, people were happy, and most were getting rich. Fast forward to 2007....we're all broke, the economy sucks, war drags on, we have an idiot for a president....this is basic psycholofy 101 and Hillary is using it to get elected.

For every person who truly believes that Hillary can beat the Repub. nominee....I ask how? More people have strong feelings for both Clintons than anyone else. The moment Hillary wins the nomination the following will happen:

1. Repubs will be strengthen and united in defeating her. It will be a us vs. Hillary. It will have nothing to do with the Democratic party.

2. Any independent and swing voters who have left the Repub party will go back to the right.

3. Dem's who can't stand Hillary (and, yes, we're out here) will jump ship so that she's not elected.

People, we live in a DEMOCRACY, not a monarchy. The conservatives will have the argument they want: We've been so tired of the Bush Regime for all these years.....do we really want to trade it for a Clinton regime?

We need something new.

1. A National Primary Day so that all voting is equal.
2. Primary and General Election Day held on Saturdays and polls open 24 hours.
3. An amendment: wives of presidents can't run for office. period.

For a long time, I wondered why Hillary could not be higher in polls in Iowa or New Hampshire, although these same polls ranked Hillary best in issues and electability over Obama and other candidates.

Now the truth comes out: push polling by Obama.

Obama played dirty tricks.

I was right to question his abilities, and I coudn't imagine that Obama sank that low. He should go under the rock he came out from.

I said many times before that barrack obama has no substance. There is no way he can get votes without dirty tricks (push polls).

If Obama gets nominated, the democratic party is finished.

If he gets elected, america is finished.

Obama just used the dirty tricks of Huckabee on Hillary. That is the only way that Obama can get votes. The fact is Obama lost to Hillary Clinton on issues and electability.

Shame on you, Obama!

I seriously wouldn't doubt this-just looking at how spiteful Obama supporters are. All one has to do is look at the blogs EVERYWHERE to see the filth that comes out of these people.
And for the people who wrote here saying that they work for his campaign and nothing of sorts occurs....Well good for you, what do you want, a cookie???
It doesn't mean that its not occurring somewhere else!
I am so glad that you are the spokespeople for EVERY single Obama campaign headquarter in the nation.

It's discouraging to see that so many folks refuse to believe that ::shock:: Obama is just as much a politician as the rest. And it is certainly disturbing to see that voters may decide based on rhetoric over record. Obama wasn't present to vote for the Iran resolution, nor was he even playing with the big boys when we first went to war in Iraq. Anyone can say they would have done things differently if they weren't even there. Perhaps Senator Obama should focus more on talking about issues instead of sound-byte-esque notions of "hope" and "return to greatness."

he's lying..look at that face and i read this ..its scary...

i worked with a muslim and he told me once a muslim always even if your in another church ...you can never rid of it..we do not know this man Hillary is right we do not know this man.hes flip floped and he did again today on NPR,at least hillary has been tested in and outs so if anyone doesn tlike her so be it,at least i know our Country will be in safe hands with her and bill.anybody can see this.only if your blind you wouln't be able to.hes brainwashign these kids that travel over to iowa from illnois to his rally's and to cacus.its need to be look into investigated.

According to Schlussel's online bio, she claims "unique expertise on radical Islam/Islamic terrorism and a host of other issues" and that her "online fan club is the Internet's second largest for a political personality -- behind only Ann Coulter."

From Schlussel's December 18 column:

Many months ago, readers began asking me whether Barack Obama is Muslim. Since he identifies as a Christian, I said, "no," and responded that he was not raised by his Kenyan father.

But, then, I decided to look further into Obama's background. His full name -- as by now you have probably heard -- is Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. Hussein is a Muslim name, which comes from the name of Ali's son -- Hussein Ibn Ali. And Obama is named after his late Kenyan father, the late Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., apparently a Muslim.

And while Obama may not identify as a Muslim, that's not how the Arab and Muslim Streets see it. In Arab culture and under Islamic law, if your father is a Muslim, so are you. And once a Muslim, always a Muslim. You cannot go back. In Islamic eyes, Obama is certainly a Muslim. He may think he's a Christian, but they do not.

i worked with a muslim and he told me once a muslim always even if your in another church ...you can never rid of it..we do not know this man Hillary is right we do not know this man.hes flip floped and he did again today on NPR,at least hillary has been tested in and outs so if anyone doesn tlike her so be it,at least i know our Country will be in safe hands with her and bill.anybody can see this.only if your blind you wouln't be able to.hes brainwashign these kids that travel over to iowa from illnois to his rally's and to cacus.its need to be look into investigated.

According to Schlussel's online bio, she claims "unique expertise on radical Islam/Islamic terrorism and a host of other issues" and that her "online fan club is the Internet's second largest for a political personality - behind only Ann Coulter."

From Schlussel's December 18 column:

Many months ago, readers began asking me whether Barack Obama is Muslim. Since he identifies as a Christian, I said, "no," and responded that he was not raised by his Kenyan father.

But, then, I decided to look further into Obama's background. His full name - as by now you have probably heard - is Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. Hussein is a Muslim name, which comes from the name of Ali's son - Hussein Ibn Ali.

Hillary Clinton claims that do we want to leave American future in the hands of someone that has limited knowledge of national and international issues and that he's also new in senate. But from wisdom's perspective, what if this is the unprecedented time in American history that we need someone unconventional to lead this Gentile world power and to take her out of the mess she has found herself. Having carefully analysed global politics and economics, i strongly believe that there's no great intellectual that can predict the future of America and the World. Just like Alan Greenspan said, we are in the age of turbulence, so we must be ready for adventures. Hillary Clinton becoming President won't give us any adventure that's typical of American Politics. I even believe that thye news including CNN will become boring if she's president. Gordon Brown is here at the right time and so is Kevin Rudd. Ban Ki Moon- an Asian is even the UN sec gen. Barrack Obama in the same state is what America needs now. All four- Gordon Brown, Kevin Rudd, Ban Ki Moon and Barrack Obama have the 'appeal spirit' that must be paramount of any twenty-first century leader. I mean they all have the ability to appeal to people. Furthermore, Obama becoming President is a major triumph for American political system in that someone born in Africa, lived four years in Asia and later became an American could be the first citizen of the country. I mean this guy entails everything that's American just like the founding fathers of the country. Obama is the right man in times like these. In conclusion, Obama becoming American President will clearly differentiate the country from every aspiring superpowers because only in America can someone of Obama's origin and life transitions can become President. This is ma glory to America's Political system and forcefully asserting it as the world's model.
