Huckleberry does have a BA in theology (minoring in Communications). He has a whole 43 hours toward his Masters. Hoop-de-doo. His strongest suits are denying, exaggerating, and prevaricating. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could pick him up and throw home.

This is odd, because according to Alexa, Ron Paul's site is still getting far more traffic than Huckabee's. Paul is at just under .03% of the Internet's daily traffic; Huckabee is at .009%. So all I can do is guess that the sudden surge of hits was a very temporary one.

Is anybody concerned that Huckabee has worked so hard for the rights of illegal immigrants, but now suddenly has a 9 point plan and is tough on immigration?

That he has a record that shows he is as liberal as they get when it comes to taxes. He raised taxes 22 times and left his state with a half billion dollar defecit. Now he is some financial "super-genius".

That instead of his degree in "Theology" he actually has a bachelor of arts in relegion and only has -46 hours- of study at an actual Theology Seminary. Thats a long way from a degree in Theology that he so proudly has boasted about. Lets not call it a lie, lets just say he streeeeetched the truth.

That in 2002 Huckabee wrote President Bush urging him to lift the embargo on Cuba. But now he has commited to veto any legislation that would lift the embargo.

He has been investigated and indicted several times by the ethics committee.

He claims not to know much about the Mormon faith, yet he was the KEY NOTE SPEAKER at an anti-Mormon rally held in Salt Lake City in 1998.

He suggested that Aids patients be rounded up and quarantined, and that Hollywood pays for the research for a cure.

Will Huckabee supporters continue to overlook these and the many other obvious problems with this candidate. Is the Christian right so detrmined to put one of their own in office that they don't care?

What happened to common sense?

70% of American voters describe themselves as "moderate" – these people are Democrats, Republicans and unaffiliated – and they are socially liberal and fiscally conservative....they don't like the fringe elements of their own party – is there a moderate running?? Yes...one....and only one....Giuliani...while not perfect – he is the only social liberal fiscal conserative out there....if you don't like his multiple marriages and his poor relationship with his kids – don't take child rearing or marital advice from the president.

MikeHuckabee.com, which for the first time has taken the lead as the most-visited candidate Web site.

A quick alexa.com search will easily show that ronpaul2008 ranks just under 5000 while mikehuckabee.com is down towards the 20,000th most popular web site. Can Hitwise and Alexa really have such different results?

Pure hogwash. No way that out of the blue the copycat wannabe has more visitors than ronpaul2008.com ...No way considering his poll numbers double 1 week, then double the next. Care to shovel more propaganda? Let's see, its obvious that Ron Paul has more Internet support than most others "combined". You then realize that there's this Blimp that launched, and let's not forget the Teaparty07 coming up on this very weekend. But of course not, Mr Wannabe of course has more visitors. Sure, if you say so. Personally, I'd like to see the statistics for average visit time and number of pages viewed. My bet is .08 seconds per viewer.

Thompson's website traffic exploded when he announced his candidacy on the Tonight Show as well. Huckabee has been front and center in the media the last couple weeks, so it's only natural more people will be checking his website.

And though money does not make a candidate, I would say money raised online is more telling than website hits. An apathetic voter may check mikehuckabee.com, but if his supporters don't even feel compelled to open their wallets, how compelled will they be to trudge through Iowa or New Hampshire snow to vote?

That a lie Huckabee is not the most visited website among candidates. This guy barely has 2k youtube subscribers
and hardly has any money or anyone in attendence at his speeches. Why are you lieing CNN. This is just like your debate plants. Hopefully the people will see through your propaganda and kick yer butt to the curve.

Huckabee and Paul may be the only honest candidates running in the GOP, but only one of them advocates freedom, supports the constitution, and does not want to run your life and force their values on you.

Huckabee is going to be the surprise of 08. He has run a positive campaign and achieved much with little money or establishment support. He and Ron Paul are demonstrating the power of the grassroot vs the elites. It is really refreshing.

Huckabee may be charismatic, but he believes the federal government should have the right to interfere with purely personal issues, and he has no respect for the founding principles of federalism and state sovereignty (e.g., he called for a national smoking ban). Huckabee is not a Reagan Republican, but rather is a 20th Century Democrat in the mold of William Jennings Bryan. But at least Huckabee is honest about it!

With Huckabee, what you see is what you get!

That alone makes him the best republican candidate. (Ron Paul is similar but there is no room for libertarians in the modern Republican Party).

The Huckabee phenomenon is the best thing to happen in this race so far! Now if Clinton collapses, then maybe we can have straight talkers running on both sides.

The country wins when we have clear choices and fewer anointed and carefully packaged "frontrunners" in both parties.
