Very nice, George... badmouthing someone who's ill. Actually, there are plenty of people who go to the hospital, without health insurance, for lesser illnesses than the flu, all at taxpayer expense. You are right, though, health insurance is a privilege, but it's not exclusive. If more people would get an education, work hard to be successful at a good job, and use their money wisely then it's not out of reach. Please, let's stop demonizing people for being successful in life.

I wonder how much the hospital billed him? or does he have a nice HMO? either way I'm sure he is covered right? nice to see public officials with nice health care plans...

And tough guy Giuliani checks into the hospital for a cold. Well, HE'S lucky he has health care insurance.

You can, of course, pack your bags and move to Canada or Europe where they have tax payer funded socialist health care. But you'd probably whine about the long wait and still be a miserable person.

It's nice to get to spend an overnight in the hospital for just flu like symptons.

Any other person probably would've stayed home and gotten over it or gone to the hospital, waited for hours in the ER and then told to go home and get over it. But not Rudy!

I guess he's more important then the rest of us. Especially those who wouldn't even think of going to the hospital because they don't have health insurance.

Giuliani should make us sick every time we see or listen to him. Good thing I have insurance, unlike many of my fellow Americans. Another politician who wants to enjoy many perks that so many Americans go without. Bodyguards for his mistress soon to be wife is another. Just another hypocrite amongst many who occupy public office these days... It would be funny if it wasn't such a cruel joke. At least he has insurance to go to the doctor when he gets the sniffels, unlike the cancer patients going without coverage. Isn't "Rudy" against any kind of "social" health care. His kind do not care about anybody but themselves and their cronies.
