The candidate in either race with the most foreign policy knowledge, credentials, etc, IS a Democrat in Joe Biden, who has been involved in foreign policy for many years including chairing the Senate Foreign Relations. He runs circles around every other candidate on international affairs, although McCain could give him a good debate.

LOL Huckabee would serve Arkansas very well. Particularly if the state put some spending limits in place and restrict his work as a judge. Arkansas is a landlocked state....somewhere in the middle.....a good distance from our borders....where Huckabee's mistakes could not hurt us much. Somehow, as governor, he was able to serve as judge and jury for complex capital crimes and determine some criminals should be free. I do think Governors should govern and Judges should judge. Don't blame it on the advisers, fire the inept leader. In fact his whole plan was to make this a publicity stunt to draw attention to illegal immigration, by their own admission. If that is what you care about Mike, why did you turn your state into a magnet for illegal immigrants while Governor? Why the flip-flop Mike? Remind me why again this guy is even a candidate?
