I hope McCain endorses Ron Paul when he loses. He said he can work with other viewpoints. We'll see

Romney doesn't need endorsements from corrupt political dealmakers and purchased newspaper editors...he just needs votes from people who support improving our nation, our living standards, our schools, our national security, our government, our image abroad!

Romney 2008-2016 !!

Glad Romney is sharing the results of research with us….these are factual ads.

I appreciate McCain's service to our nation, but he is not an agent for changing a system HE HAS BEEN A PART OF FOR SO MANY YEARS!

Romney will bring change, efficiency and respect to the oval office!

Amazing that the press that know Romney best from the Northeast have pretty much all spewed hatred for the man, and in the process backed John McCain. That should go a long way to tell people just how flawed a person and candidate Mitt Romney truly is. For my money, I'm with all of these newspapers in supporting a genuine, honest candidate like McCain. Hopefully voters see Romney like his friends in the Northeast do before they cast their vote for this snake.

And Chris--great post, and good reasons to vote for Thompson. But I'm actually hoping that Fred gets crushed in Iowa, pulls out of the race, and endorses his good friend John McCain. Thompson had his chance, but I'm afraid he's just about dead in the race.

South Carolina will be decisive this year...
between Senator Thompson and Senator McCain...
as to who will win the conservative vote.

While Mitt pretends to hold conservative values, he has no core beliefs upon which to stand - he is a recent convert (as a prerequisite for this election and the conservative vote). NH voters will see this.

Giuliani is inexplicable. A Republican? Pro-abortion, pro-gun control, pro-illegal immigration, corrupt adulterous. Whatever! (No further explanation required.)

Huckabee is a preacher, not a leader. He is too liberal for the conservative voter, and he is incompetent on foreign issues (with a holier-than though mentality). His commutions and pardons are outragious, and the subsidizing of illegal immigrant scholarships is very awkward (for a Republican).

So it is between Thompson and McCain.

For me, Sen. McCain... while conservative... does not consistently stand on principle - he is prone to compromise his position (so as to avoid confrontation).

As President, I want a man who is uncompromising on his core beliefs.
I TRUST FRED to remain true to his principles.
Clear. Consistent. Conservative.

Thank God, it was not Hucabee!

McCain will be a much better GOP nominee for Hillary to beat. Because he is a war monger! Surge supporter!!

Rudy has bitten the dust. Romney has gone blitz even before Iowa and polls do not tell the whole story about caucuses.

Go Hillary44 08! http://hillaryis44.org/
