Instead of taxing Americans on what they make, a sales tax what we buy would be increased to make up for no more income tax. This is an excellent idea that more Americans should be talking about but arent' for some reason. It just makes sense that all those people such as drug pushers and those with unreported incomes (and those here without documentation) will pay into the federal revenue system through their purchases, instead of laying the revenue burden on those who work regular jobs.
