Hey, Y. Parker, did you ever stop to think that perhaps God's fury was unleashed as a result of electing Bush president? Sounds more plausable.

From my reading of the Old Testament, back when God interacted with folks and didn't think so much about smiting folks, he pretty much smited the folks right then and there. So why didn't he smite Clinton in the 90's?

No wonder God's fury (one catastrophy after another; vicious and devestating storms and floods and forest fires) has been lashed out upon us since the Clinton years! Legalized murder of our nations most innocent unborn, and the pushing for a constitutional amendment to legalize "Homosexual" marriages, both an abomination to God, and both on the Democrat Party's Agenda! I shudder to think what will happen under another four or eight years of the Clintons. As the scriptures say, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord (Jehovah)."

If Hillary becomes President she will "pardon" Bill and then appoint him to the Bench as a 'FULLY QUALIFIED' lawyer. As such he will "SERVE" until he dies, since he has the personality traits and ego to think that he can do anything he wants. ... Seems he has been correct in that assessment so far. Am quite amazed that there is so many comments.

I was saddened to see this piece on CNN. I had thought CNN and Bill Mears were legitimate journalists, but to spread this obviously negative rumor, without a trace of support in anything Hilary or Bill has said, comes right from the book of Carl Rove.

His interpetations will be horrible at best as the only ones who read the Constituition properly and literally are the conservative justices as the liberals "invent" laws this way! The US Constitution, says that an impeached president cannot serve in such an honorable position, or words to that effect. Impeached ex-president, pathological liar, rapists, and moester Bill Clinton's appointment to any Federal office would be unconstitutional! Any atempt, by Mrs Bill clinton, should she be elected president, would be met with a Supreme Court battle, and open Mrs. Bill Clinton up to impeachment. DemocRATS are crooks, liars and perverts!

I am curious how a lawyer who is banned from arguing cases before the Supreme Court could argue cases as a member of the Supreme Court. The thought of a law clerk under his robes during testimony, his face as red as a beet, the sweat pouring, is a bit troubling, too.

Has anyone taken a civics class? We definitely need more money for education.

1. Billy was impeached not because he cheated on his wife, not because he received sexual favors in the white house but because he lied to a grand jury - related to committing perjury in court for a SEXUAL HARRASSMENT lawsuit. (Women – stand up for yourselves!). Many people have gone to jail for lying to a grand jury (can you say Martha?) so Bill got off easy.

2. ANYONE can be nominated for a Supreme Court Justice no matter what their qualifications may or may not be.

3. The President does not run the country. We have a House of Representatives and a Senate as well as a Judicial system - checks and balances remember? No matter how you slice it; Congress knew it was voting to give Bush the power to go to war. And this is Bush's war? Please. The President ruined the country? Take a close look at your congressman people!

4. FREEDOM OF PRESS.

5. CNN and any other new agency can print anything it wants. It does not ALL have to be news; it can be opinion as well. Which leads me to FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
