Wake up?? Oh, I see, you think the worst thing Clinton did was cheat on his wife. I think the worst thing he did was nothing, as in he did nothing. He rode an inflated economy driven by exagerated corporate earnings brought about by lax IRS & SEC auditing and enforcement, not to mention a .com boom that went bust just BEFORE he left office. He was in office when the recession started, not Bush. He did nothing when we were attacked throughout the 90's by terrorists. He did nothing to stop the spread of a multinational terrorism organization. He did nothing when Sudan offered bin Laden on a platter. Hey, why doesn't someone seriously ask Sandy Berger exactly what top secret memos he stole from the national archives, bet it was something that would have made Billy boy look awefully bad. But you know what, I don't agree with everything Bush has done. I wish he would have just told the truth why we were going into Iraq. I wish he would have just admitted he wanted to get the SOB that tried to assinate his dad. I wish he would have just said he wanted to stabilize the region to protect our oil supplies. I wish he would have told all the environmentalists to jump of a windmill and just drilled in Alaska and along the coast, that way maybe we could extricate ourselves from the middle east. Please, don't lecture me about waking up and spare us all the ideological drivel. You think that if the world just liked us things would all be better. I don't really care if the world likes us or not. You show me a president that cares more about the American image abroad than national security, and I'll show you a president that is leading us further down the rabbit hole.

However it is funny and sometimes annoying to observe that style and showmanship become more and more releavant in the warming up voting
exercises of the citizens of the world's greatest democracy.

If I were an American, I would vote for Hillary as I (personally) think she has
both substance and style, recently she showed her sincereity. Unfortunately,
I am not an American citizen, and worse, I never voted in my life.

Carl Rove is a product of that generation.... and is a slim bag in general.. But trust this is the first of many "loaded terms" that will be used the by the Clinton's & Republicans. This election will truly show us where we as a country are.

With Obama a strong candidate to become the Dem party's nominee, the GOP is looking at any & all ways to (try to) improve their eventual candidate's chances at winning an election. Only chance they have is if Billary get's the nod...

To my great surprise because I thought the was Mr. Popularity in the senate, they were saying that Obama was considered by his colleagues to be lazy, ill prepared and a tad arrogant. They cited various instances where he just coasted through committee meetings and was not prepared. One example given was that even though he has headed the Subcommittee on European Foreign Relations for quite a while now, he hasn't as of yet had one hearing. They opined that it was not smart to ignore Europe and NATO.

So, as much as I hate to agree on anything with Rove, it appears that at least on matter he is correct.

WHY Republicans want Hillary ,and think they'll destroy her is beyond me. They have money and they have dirt that hasn't started to come out yet. I don't care how much of a witch (sic) she is, the Clintonistas are already counting electoral votes and are figuring out which states from 2004 they need to flip to Duhmocratic. They've been planning this for 8 years or more. It won't take but a couple of small ones, ie. Arkansas for starters. This IS the Clinton politcial machine, remember. Why even take the CHANCE that those two despicable people get back in the WH? As wonderful it would be to see her crash and burn in the general election, knock her out now with a lightweight like Obama, or risk a 50/50 chance of her actually winning. All it would take is one misstep by the Rep candidate and Hillary's in. If that doesn't give you the shivers, I don't know what else will ....

Calling Rove "fat," a "criminal," a "Nazi" or whatever doesn't change the fact that Obama is indeed "lazy" and "given to misstatements and exaggerations."

I'm from Illinois. Frankly, I feel I was misled into voting for Obama to be my Senator considering that he has done NOTHING for my state (let alone the nation) in his mere 3 years in the Senate.

He spent his first 2 years in the Senate signing books, travelling to Africa, and attending political fundraisers, and is now spending his second 2 years running for President.

Those who voted for him deserved better, and I can say this much, I won't be fooled into voting for him again.

He is not trying to find a job. The man knows that Billy hates him and would never let him in a Hillarea administration. Rove and others are just getting ready to pile on the democratic nominee in a few months.
