Then how do you explain Nevada? Her campaign agreed to have the DNC add more caucus sites along the Vegas strip, then–after the Culinary Union endorsed Obama–her supporters sued to have those same caucuses removed in an attempt to disenfranchise those same culinary union members! These are not the actions of someone who wants "everyone's vote to count".

I respect your disagreement with the DNC's decision on delegates, but ALL of the candidates agreed to it! NOW, knowing she's already won Michigan (though I'm not impressed with someone only winning 55% when they're virtually unopposed), she comes out and says the delegates should be seated. Don't any of Hillary's supporters see how self-serving this is? How is this a brave or unselfish move on her part?

I gotta really think about it now, this may be that stoopid of her.

What about all those voters who showed up to vote "undecided"....now what does that tell you about some of the other folks in your state? Do you think maybe they think for themselves instead of being one of those sheep following others off a cliff? Take the blinders off for God's sake. I'm an independent for Obama by the way. Would for sure have voted "undecided" myself if I only had a vote for Hill-Bill-A-Ry. I would have drug myself out in the cold, snow, flood, or fire just to vote "undecided".

In the US every person's vote should count. I do not agree with the DNC's decision to punish the voters in Michigan and Florida. Punish the state party by taking away some power but do not take away the power of the people.
To respond the the charges about Michigan, there was a concerted effort to have people vote uncommitted. Those people who did so showed their support for Senators Obama and Edwards. Sen. Clinton still won over 50% of the vote.

Stop it Hillary. Either win without Michigan and Florida (like Obama and John are trying to do) or don't win at all.

Fair is fair. Counting Michigan and Florida now is not.

If Hillary is a candidate of change with 35 years of experience "implementing change" then why does America still want and need change? Either she hasn't really been doing anything for 35 years or has some other idea of what constitutes change....think about it.

And don’t be too surprised if the race between the two Clintons and Obama after Super Tuesday is still close to see lawyers walking in to make sure that the MI and FL vote counts (just when it fits into strategy); to make sure that “uncommitted” doesn’t meant Obama or Edwards. And don’t be too surprised to hear the same old broken record over and over again: “I have nothing to do with that Michigan lawsuit, I swear, so help me god!”

Sometimes I wonder, could it be, that the greatest enemies of the Democratic Party are within the Democratic Party?

Bore lost THE un-lost-able election, Kerry flip-flopped another un-lost-able election and the two Clintons sure will join the team in the upcoming “losing is mission impossible” election.

Please stop the madness and end the ongoing vendetta or face JE Bush 2012 and Chelsea Clinton 2020 as a result of that backdoor monarchy, which we, the voters, apparently unsolicited install.

Hillary won Michigan, regardless of who was or was not on the ballot. Obama and Edwards removed their names from the ballot (which wasn't required as part of the no campaign pledge) and then tried unsuccessfully to have them reinstated, as well as unsuccessfully to get write-in votes allowed. Obama surrogates (Edwards to a much smaller extent) then campaigned on his behalf urging everyone to vote uncommitted if you didn't want Hillary. In spite of this, Hillary won 55% to 40% and she didn't have any campaiging on her behalf in Michigan. I think this is truly why Obama is not stepping up and also demanding the votes be counted. It's because HIllary won significantly despite the tactics employed on his behalf.

Now Obama is doing the same thing with Florida. He takes out a national ad buy, knowing full well that it would play in Florida, where he also signed a pledge not to run campaign ads. I don't buy into the excuse being made on his behalf that it's no big deal because the adds are running all over the country (while interestingly I have not seen a single one where I live, which happens to be a state that votes after February 5). Everyone else has managed to run adds and campaign all over without being in Florida, as per the pledge.

Obama is just your typical politician. Although, I view him to be much worse than the typical, as he claims he is above all the usual tactics and campaigns on transcending and changing politics. In truth, he is just as bad, if not worse, than the rest of them.

I would be willing to bet that if Obama had won Michigan (by way of undecided) and was much closer or ahead in the polls in Florida, he would be asking for the same thing. Since it is not of any benefit to him to have the delegates seated, then he prefers not to support it.

And if the people of Michigan and Florida wanted their delegates counted, then they should have followed the wishes of the DNC. I live in Indiana, and our primary is in May. Traditionally, the nominations have already been secured by the time we vote. I dislike not having a say in the primaries, but there's no use to whining about disenfranchisement. The entire primary election system needs a complete overhaul, but until that day, not every state will truly have a say in the primary elections. There is a big deal about Florida and Michigan because they were publicly reprimanded.

And if Hillary was sincerely interested in every person's vote counting, she would have protested the removal of delegates from the beginning.

Call her on it and do NOT vote for Hillary! She will cheat our country at any opportunity, as long as she gets back in the White House for REVENGE!

All the national polls show that Hillary is substantially ahead of Obama, so
it seems strange that most of the comments that CNN posts favor Obama.

This probably will not be posted, but at least someone at CNN will read

As a caucasion woman I will not vote for HRC. While I think she is solid on the issues I have real concerns about integrity and morals. Have we forgotten what the last 3-4 years of Clinton time in the WH was like? Nothing will change if she gets in the WH. It will be the same garbage and tit for tat that we are seeing now, but with different players. The Clinton's inspire this!

I am amazed that the Clinton's are downplaying the hate republicans have for them. Wasn't it Karl Rove who said nothing would make the republican party unite faster than to run against HRC?

I think all the states should be heard absolutely that is our constitutional right as americans, but I think it would be niave to think HRC would be challenging the delegates to count if she didn't think she could win. Believe me, HRC doesn't vote that way and she doesn't play that way.

Regarding the race card, Obama hasn't brought it up, he has worked to the contrary and since this is obviously not benefiting him I find it hard to believe he would play it. Think about it!

Not allowing the michigan and florida voters a say in who becomes the nominee will do nothing but hurt the Democratic party in the long run.

I really think they should consider this. By the way, the candidates didnt agree to take their names off the ballot. They were all on there except Edwards and Obama. The DNC never asked them to take their name off the ballot.

You people that agree with the DNC about pulling our delegates are wrong. WHY are Iowa and NH more important to the process than we are? WHY should Michigan behave like a nice little child and wait until AFTER Feb. 5 when this will be mostly decided, and then have a vote? We wanted to make a difference, and that was not hurting Super Tuesday. Thank you, Mrs. Clinon, for speaking up for us against the idiots who are the DNC. If they continue to disenfranchise us and Florida, we may find a candidate outside the party, and don't think we can't make a difference nationally.

And I don't even see the point to responding to your other points. Since Hillary has run the worst ads and sent out a Presidential Attack Dog to do her bidding. It kinda outweighs the "wrongness" of Obama's ads. And if you want to talk about slime in politics, it's funny that you would attack Obama for a benign land deal (with a man who is not a slum lord, that part was a Clinton lie) when the Clintons are guilty of a hundred times worse.

It's very telling that Obama chose to "break the rules" by advertising in Florida where his name will appear on the ballot, though he supposedly doesn't think Clinton should now make a plea for (Michigan's and) Florida's delegates.

It's just magical that he can talk out of two sides of his mouth that way.
