With due respect Ronnie had Alzheimer Desease; and its not certain how far back into the Brain Structure this desease affects the Mind Functions. Ronnie made a lot of "Bum" decisions, as President. The "Contras" and Many only for Show. Selling the G.O.P. on the "Theory of Conservatism" was his best PLOY.
The USA has paid a heavy penalty subsequently. First Ronnie, then the two Bushes; father and junior.

So there Conservatives, Put that in your Mitt, and Smoke It! In California its Legal !!

Oh yeah Huckster Gomer Fudd has some excellent ideas on economics! Are you effing kidding me?! Destroying the IRS is his divine purpose I guess. Let's just step back in the dark ages? Healthcare? There's no need for healthcare; let god have their souls quicker that way.

Ron Paul is too busy hiding his clan uniform to ever have to worry about air time.

Mitt: what a joker - still thinks Iraq has WMD apparently - forgot that the Reagan admin is the one who sold the gas to Saddam and did nothing about the kurds. Apparently US intelligence was a little behind because nothing was done until Bush Sr. but never you mind about that. But if Mitt thinks supporting a >30% favorable war, then please keep running on that! Healthcare? Nada. Economy - yeah he laid some off - what a resume.

McCain the insane. This ghostly guy can't seem to remember who's arse to kiss on which day. Pander to the military folks some more and suckle the religious right. Strong on military; weak on military tactics. Economy? Never heard of it.

Reagan was out of it while in office; he surrounded himself with a strong cabinet and acted the part (go figure). The Reagan years were crap unless you were mega rich and got a haircut every week. So grab your polo shirts and just say no - it's a Reagonesque worship service!

It sends cold chills throughout my body whenever I watch and listen to the so called news services. I’ve taken in most of the so called debates [abc nbc cnn msnbc fox] and the most notable difference so far is that, there is no difference. All services are guilty of a direct bias agenda that serve only there master (Daddy) and not the public as they falsely claim.
Journalist, maybe that’s what the framed piece of paper on wall indicates….but in reality propagandist would be the correct term [Joseph Goebbels would “fit like a glove” as CEO in any of these organizations]. Thru the will of the media we are cunningly being directed towards their corporate selections, one Democrat and one Republican.
I’ve always respected Anderson; He has always come across as “level headed” in his reporting….until last night (shame).
As a citizen of the United States of America I demand truth and honesty from my president and the media is deliberately clouding our right to make that choice.
The more the media shuns Ron Paul, the more I like him and his views (Thanks CNN).

As an apologetic gesture, CNN should allow Mike Huckabee and Ron Paul equal national airtime to make up for tonight's statistically undeniable bias of airtime and the number questions asked of each candidate.
At this most critical juncture in the final days leading to Super Tuesday, CNN has single-handedly provided gross acts of overexposure to a handful of candidates. Doing so has possibly cemented the nomination to McCain as was evident tonight by their pandering.
As a former Bill Richardson supporter, I noticed early on that he received little media attention compared to the media darlings of Edwards, Obama and Clinton. But even Edwards took the brunt of the shunning of the spotlight after Iowa. He spoke up too late to make a difference.
Please post this to show at least some remaining level of free speech and fairness on your network.

John McCain = Older Bush Clone & Supporter - Same Bush ideals and mindset, Indefinite end to Iraq War, weak economic strategies, skeptical economic growth ideas, weak on Health Care, Weak on Border Security, weak on trade issues, old school rhetoric and mind set on bringing changes, a friend to big corporations.

Mitt Romney = Bush Clone, Bush Ideals and mindset, weak on Health Care, no definite plan for Iraq, skeptical ideas on economic growth, trade issues debatable, border security weak, a friend to big corporations.

Ron Paul = Good Ideas on economy but doesn't come across as having the grit and strength to carry out plans, against Iraq war skeptical plans on ending, off the wall trades issue ideas, border security?, old school rhetoric and mind set with eccentric threads.

Huckabee comes across as sincere, believable, intelligent, Not a Bush Clone, good ideas on economy, border security, health plan, and the conviction and strength to carry them out.

Huckabee the only candidate of the three that I feel has any credability and is not in it for personal gain.

I heard Ronald Reagans' name so many times I thought he was running. The Reagan years were not the best years of my life. Can't these guys stand on their own? Ronnie had alzheimers the last 4 years and it doesn't come on all of a sudden. Iran-Contra, that mess was probably Bushs' decision, Ronnie said he didn't remember and I know with alzheimers he probably did not.

It might be kind of dicy for McCain to bring up Reagan, it might remind people of how close to senility he is.
Ronald Reagan did more to harm the political process in American than any modern politician. He was a disgrace.

CNN should be ashamed of their performance in this "debate." Since when is a debate moderator supposed to allocate time to the candidates based on their poll numbers.

Four candidates qualified for this debate. Yes, you had to qualify. Ron Paul wasn't guaranteed a place on this stage. He earned it by receiving at least 5% in at least one January national poll, and placing at least 4th in at least one early primary/caucus. He had multiple occurrences of both.

Yet watching the debate, I felt like it was more like a moderated interview of McCain and Romney, with the moderators occasionally noticing Huckabee and Paul sitting there patiently waiting to be asked a question.

When Romney or McCain answered a question, and this was even true for Huckabee, the few times he was asked, they were given a chance to answer, and weren't rudely cut off. But when Ron Paul was asked a question, Anderson Cooper couldn't wait to cut him off and move on to the next question.

I wish instead of counting the number of times each candidate mentioned Ronald Reagan's name, CNN instead tallied how many questions were asked of each candidate, and how long each candidate spoke. I think that would show how biased this debate was.

I'm really disgusted by CNN, Anderson Cooper, and whoever else had a hand in determining how unfairly this debate was run.

McCain would be mentioning Reagan far more, but he is too busy dropping everyone else's name in Washington.

Could you PLEASE do a name ticker just for McCain? You could start with how many times he name drops Jack Kemp....then go spread out from there.

McCain, we know about your war record and yo are a vetran. Thank you for your services. With that said, what positive actions have you take since then?

Worst debate ever, Anderson Cooper did a terrable job, Why wasn't Ron Paul given an equal opportuntiy to participate. When he was allowed to speak he made more sence then the other participants and he was much more direct and to the point.
CNN this was pathetic.. Pathetic pathetic pathetic....!!!!!

Huckabee had NO AIR TIME, and Ron Paul was cut off and not allowed to speak hardly at all.. Very rude and unprofessional of your network!! How blatently BIAS can you be to forcing people to listen to only McCain and the Mitt-witt...? But Thanks because now I have no interest in McCain or Romney--they sound like a bunch of parrots spitting the same old BS we have heard far too long--garbage with no direction or intention. Reagan should be rolling over in his grave at this disgrace and dishonor you did by biasing the "debate" unfairly and pushing the focused attention UNequally towards McCain and Romney and excluding Paul and Huckabee. You make Huckabee and Paul seem like the ones we SHOULD be listening to cause you don't want people to hear them. Thanks for showing me the rumored "media bias" plain and upfront does exist. I know now who NOT to vote for and now I will be looking at Paul and Huckabee now instead for a change. CNN can FO with their dirty tricks and I hope they are fined or censored for being so bias and unfair in a debate. If Reagan had been in this debate he would have told you all to shut up and let him finish as Huckabee and Paul should have done. Pathetic CNN...very pathetic..as pathetic as the harping between McCain and Romney that was let to go on and on unchecked.

IT IS NOW OBVIOUS. MR. JOHN McCAN'T TOOK OFF HIS WAR HERO UNIFORM FOR A FEW MINUTES AND SHOWED THE BATTLE SCARS THAT EVEN "REPUBLICANS" CAN GET FROM BEING TOO FRIENDLY WITH LIBERALS.....

.....CAUGHT IN A LIE, MCCAIN HAD NOWHERE TO RUN BUT TO HIS MILITARY DAYS. WILL AMERICANS BE FOOLED NOW THAT THEY SEE HIS STUBBORNESS AND SENSE OF ENTITLEMENT TO BE PRESIDENT?.....

......THIS DEBATE WAS VERY REVEALING AS TO MCCAIN'S TRUE CHARACTER. DON'T BE FOOLED BY NEWS COMMENTATORS—WATCH THE DEBATE FOR YOURSELF AND MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT AS TO WHICH CANDIDATE IS THE STRONGEST LEADER FOR OUR NATION DOMESTICLY, ECONOMICALLY, AND INTERNATIONALLY......

.....WOULD MCCAIN BEAT HILLARY OR OBAMA? THREE RECENT EVIDENCES TO THE CONTRARY:

1. MCCAIN WAS ENDORSED BY THE LIBERAL NEW YORK TIMES
2. BILL CLINTON GAVE HIS OWN ENDORSEMENT SAYING MCCAIN AND HILLARY GET ALONG WELL
3. MCCAIN IS NO LONGER A STRAIGHT-TALKER AFTER HIS LIE ABOUT ROMNEY RIGHT BEFORE THE FLORIDA PRIMARY

NOW WHY WOULD THE LIBERALS WANT SO BADLY TO HAVE MCCAIN BE THE NOMINEE IF THEY THOUGHT HE WOULD BEAT THEM?

......ON A MORE ENTERTAINING NOTE, CHECK OUT MCCAIN'S PRAISING ENDORSEMENT OF ROMNEY IN 2002, BACK BEFORE IT WAS POLITICALLY CONVENIENT TO HATE MITT ROMNEY: YOUTUBE, KEY WORDS “Flashback: Sen. McCain Endorses Mitt Romney”

I think it was dirtier what CNN did tonight by including Ron Paul in the debate but excluding him from participation than what Fox did in New Hampshire by excluding him altogether. He is the only real conservative in the race but was the only one not allowed to answer the question on his conservative credentials.

Reagan would most likely have endorsed Ron Paul as he appointed him to his gold commission.

I remember the blunder that Bush made in a debate with Reagan in 1980 when Bush tried to exclude Bob Dole, Phil Crane, and the other contenders by telling someone to turn off the mike till the others left. Reagan was incensed that Bush would pull this stunt and said, "I paid for this mike!" I can't help but think had Reagan been in the audience tonight that he would have made them give Ron Paul equal time and then argued with them saying, "I paid for this mike!"

According to a report released Tuesday by the National Taxpayers Union, Texas Congressman Ron Paul is the only remaining presidential candidate who proposes net spending cuts.
Congressman Paul’s proposals would cut government spending by over $150 billion, a conservative estimate of the spending reductions Dr. Paul has proposed. The report concludes that the other remaining Republican candidates, Mitt Romney, John McCain and Mike Huckabee, have proposed spending increases of $19.5 billion, $6.9 billion and $54 billion respectively.
Dr. Ron Paul campaign has done a great deal of good for society by bringing libertarian ideas to the mainstream, and educating many thousands of people - at least - about things like inflation and fiat money; war; empire; civil liberties; and the proper role of government, just to name a few; and I expect the effects to be felt in various positive ways over the next generation - possibly even in future elections, even if Ron loses in 2008.

Instead of counting how many times Reagan's name appears. How about how many times each candidate's name mentioned?

John McCain 39 times

Mitt Romney 24 times

Mike Huckabee 15 times

Ron Paul 11 times

Why is CNN so biased?

It is clear that CNN wants a semi-senile old soldier, that has no grasp of America's finances or of Americans weariness of war, to be our president.
I don't and as with Don, My money is for Ron Paul.
I also agree with Ray of P, CNN should pay for misinforming, dysinforming, and cheating the American people out of an informed decision. There is too much at stake to let these Communication Giants decide, through manipulation of the news, who our president is.

Huckabee with his lets build a highway speech sound more like FDR than a conservative. He said that being a governor means you know how the Federal Government works with all the agencies. Well any leader that knows so much would realize that building more highways does nothing to reduce traffic, it actually increases traffic. Huckabee is a tax raising liberal who lets his religious beliefs paroling murderers to commit more murders in a neighboring states.

Wow! Huckabee was incredible tonight! And Ron Paul made a bit more sense too. But the media's front runners were just brats. They were so un-Presidential in their attacks on each other, their wasting time on semantics, and their facial expressions - all of which communicated that they were concerned for themselves, not this country. Mike Huckabee, you have my vote!

It is clear that CNN wants a semi-senile old soldier, that has no grasp of America's finances or of Americans weariness of war, to be our president.
I don't and as with Don, My money if for Ron Paul.
I also agree with Ray of P, CNN should pay for misinforming, dysinforming, and cheating the American people out of an informed decision. There is too much at stake to let these Communication Giants to decide through manipulation of the news, who our president is.

Im surprised Ron Paul was even able to utter a sentence much less mention Ronnie Reagan. CNN did a horrible job at giving each candidate a chance to speak his opinion.

Dr. Paul was the only candidate on stage tonight that Ronald Reagan had endorsed in the past. Also Dr. Paul was one of the first individuals to support Ronald Reagan for president. I was also disappointed that Dr. Paul and Gov. Huckabee were not given one forth the time to respond as McRomney.

Well now Bush has two legimate excuses for his lame decisions. He can blame it on his alter ego McCain or his alter ego Romney ! One Bush leaving and his twin sibblings battling over his seat. Well being a shrub I guess we could expect seed germination normal ! Two more war mongers minus any strategies who want to "Stay the Course" is not what America needs.

HUCKABEE gets my nod. He was the only one who carried a Presidential air and had a sensible statement that didn't include a barb. Congrats Huckabee.

I am with Mr. Gresham from OR. My money is on Dr. Ron Paul. This was unfair and unAmerican and that's why I am for Dr. Paul. If mainstream media is unfair he must be on to something.....maybe the constitution. That constitution made this country what it was. Lets take it back vote Ron Paul.

To make it fair it should be number of times per minute of speaking time they asked. I'm not a Ron Paul supporter but it was obvious how they were cutting him off and giving Romney as much air time as he wanted. Give Huckabee and Paul a fair chance too.

I think we should count the amount of times that John McCain has called himself a "foot soldier" for Ronald Regan --- He really needs some new material...

Ron Paul as President would make America a greater laughing stock around the world than it already is with Bush. McCain and his infantile comment about the French president also prove he has not got the matturity to operate in a sophisticated fashion with the rest of the world. Romney has operated int he real world (including that world outside the us). Romney 08. .

Huckabee sounded better than ever! Schneider is right. I've noticed that Huckabee's message sounds more and more like Ron Paul. Tonight, especially so.

Point for point Paul is the most like Reagan.

I believe there should be charges made against CNN, Fox and MSNBC for violating the FCC regulations for giving and allowing ALL Candidate Equal Time. Their licenses should be suspended and the parent companies should be fined heavily. This was the Mccain Romney BS Hour. I don't watch Fox or MSNBC anymore and not it looks like I won't be watch CNN either. I'll be surprised it the have the guts to post this.
