I am contributing $25 more this month! I have NEVER considered giving to a political campaign, but I believe that Senator Obama will bring this country together to do what is right and not what advances their party.

If you want a Huge "Nanny Government ", Vote for Hilliary and Obahma, I'm sure "The Powers That Be ", have already decided on the ticket for the Democrats. If the Democrat ic ticket wins , it will be more of the same ,corporate America contolling our government. They will tax us into oblivion, and then make us come to their governent run charity programs, to be able to survive. We'll have to forget all about the promised "American Dream "obtainable and paid for with the blood , and peril of our fore-fathers, and mothers, and brave soldiers of today. Let's not let corporate America steal our "American Dream". Vote for someone who is honorable, intelligent, trustworthy, and knows how to lead usin-- in the right path, to give us back our stolen freedoms, and honor as a country ,"that does not start unpravoked wars , and is a friend to other nations, He can help us repair our broken economy, and let us keep much more of our hard earned wages. WE ARE HEADED FOR A DEPRESSION", if we don't get Ron Pauls' help. "Don't Blow iT ," VOTE FOR RON PAUL, for President."

Obama shows his true colors!!! Go Hillary.... he is visably upset regarding the comment and the response from the audience that "It may take another Clinton to clean up the 2nd Bush. He is not keeping ground with Hillary.

Oi have just tried to donate 200$ more to Obama but the servers are too busy will donate tomorrow.
He was supposed to be blown away by the lean mean Clinton machine by now ,but it looks like hes gaining momentum and winning the hearts and minds of Americans from all walks of life. The more people hear about him the more they like him.
I was a cynic till he won Iowa.
He's right he has showed so much courage, just having the audacity of hope.
Suddenly HRC's win doesn't seem so inevitable, with Boratgate and Clinton the movie playing in a theater near you, i don't think she'll come out looking so hot.
Meanwhile he is energizing the youth and redefining the political landscape, the reason why all the polls are misleading is because he pulls in more first time voters and independents.
Hate him or love him, hes running a great campaign, and i am honored to donate the little i have to someone like him who has the courage to stand up for us.

Ah, the glorious sounds of ignorant Americans dragging their knuckles and parroting the same verbal diarrhea as their favorite political pundits. Truly this is the greatest nation in the world...that is, if you consider widespread inanity to be "great." The greatest failing of this once-great experiment is the fact that it now relies on a stupid, lazy, uninformed electorate that believes in magical sky fairies versus observable scientific fact. Here's a thought, perhaps this country should require an IQ test before you are granted the right to vote. Maybe then the people with a fully-functional brain and the ability to read can ensure that the slack-jawed yokels who voted for Bush twice are never allowed to see the inside of a voting booth again.

Go Obama!

Does America really need 24 years of the Bush's & Clinton's? And McCain and Romney is more of the same...

America needs change and we are going to get it!

It's the 32% that still support Bush that are living in a dream world my friend.

Obama vs. McCain. Either way it's better than Hillary. So, if the Hillary supporters vote for McCain. GREAT!!!!!!

But McCain can only win with Hillary's support.

Hey David the Blackman, this is Pam the white lady.

If you have seen the online donation form for Barack's campaign it clearly indicates the limit on donations is $2300 per person and you are required to attest that you are not representing ANY institution and that you are not donating on behalf of another. I can be cynical at times but I can not imagine that a Christian Church is going to cross those lines. Call me naive, you won't be the first. Call me a white lady with hope for the good of all people and you will be right on.

Even my Life-long, Ann Coulter-Reading, Republican parents are considering voting for Obama over the republican candidates.

Oh, and even Some democrats can't stand Hillary.

Did anyone here get polled? I didn't think so. Most people my age have only cell phones. POLLS MEAN NOTHING.

For the very first time I have donated to a political candidate. I have made three small donations, and will hopefully make another soon. This is because for the first time in my adult life, I have been inspired in a way that makes me believe we can become the country and people of our ideals. He gives us something to live up to, not to settle for.

I truly pray we elect him to lead our nation.

Barack is a great candidate, and will make a great president. I think that a million people must have given some $ when Hillary tried her racist dirty tricks. She and Bill should be ashamed.

Hillary Clinton is not presidential without Bill Clinton at her side. Plain and Simple. All this B.S. about Hillary being EXPERIENCED or having 35 years experience makes me wanna hurl. So Hillary is claiming that since she was 25 years old (coming out of law school) she gained experienced? At What? Being a corporate lawyer for the largest law firm in Arkansas from her time out of law school to the time Bill Clinton ran for the President in 1991. Granted Hillary did a lot of women and children advocate work as First Lady of Arkansas and the US, and still manage to make over $200,000 a year back in the 1980s. That is admirable but not publicly elected office experience.

Obama

your experience. The experience they are talking about is not by definition. They are talking about a Bush period of bitterness, partisan politics. The Bush years have made people bitter to the point of saying you are not experienced / (Bitter) enough because you are not expressing partisan bitterness. Mrs. Maxine Waters said it was Hillary’s policy as to why she endorsed Hillary Clinton. I thought your recent economic stimulus proposal was more on point than any other proposed stimulus plan presented. Representative Walters has had many problems in congress with the GOP and with the Bush administration. Some may vote Hillary because they believe Hillary will be a Bush (Partisan President) for Democrats, in only helping Democrats. As Democrats, we always had a long history of reconciliatory gestures towards the other political parties, building lasting relationships, as a model for governments around the world. It will not be fruitful at this stage for congress and others to back a partisanship government for any reason, especially not for revenge. Democratic Party truly represents the teaching of Christ Jesus. Grace runneth over in paying our debts, as we rightly see the only man. As we remove that beam out of our way, calling itself bitterness, resentment and condemnation. That is not about the American Dream. People want Change that includes all. Now, is the time for courageous thinkers! Many of our Washington Status quo representatives fear a change. Most of their courageous constituents want change that blesses all America. This movement is about healing a nation. With your message, people are starting to see the possibilities that were thought to be impossible.

Change we can believe in

Your comment is awaiting moderation.
When I want a good laugh during the day, I just log on here to read all the comments posted by the Obama Lovers and the Clinton Haters.

What truly makes me laugh are the posts that compare Obama to the late JFK and how he will magically, through his words of hope and change (an no detailed plans or solutions), transform the nation into Camelot. (LOL)

The truth is that all anyone will get with Obama is DREAM-A-LOT.

Anyone EXCEPT Obama in 2008!!!!!

No one is ever ready to be President. A real leader surrounds himself with experts on each issue he faces. He then listens to the people he represents along with the experts and brings the final decision makers together to work toward appropriate change. If you can not inspire your people and their representatives, you end up a leader like George W. Bush, less of a leader and more like a dictator. Obama can lead and Obama can inspire. What a fabulous combination. He doesn't need a spouce to shape him, he doesn't need a dynasty to unite people. He is ready. Yes we can!!

Why is it that almost every time on these blogs, the first response is from a Clinton supporter with a really sleazy or low ball comment? Do they sit by their computers 24-7, one hand on the keyboard and the other on pus vat of vitriol?

ps, if (above) by arriving you mean having deep connections to special interests (see NYTimes article today on Bill and the tainted $35M dontation to his organization)- your arguement has left the station.

I guess people who believe in Obama believe in fantasy land! He's just another smooth talking politician. Let's ask him how he could afford to live in the house he currently owns for 1.6m when even his real estate agent said he couldn't afford it. Oh that's right Mrs. Rescko bought the lot next to him for 650k on the same day. I have nothing to do with Rescko I'm an agent of change "wink wink"…

Well let's see, where does Obama get his money?

Judicial Watch 10 Most Corrupt Politicians 2007.. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL): A "Dishonorable Mention" last year, Senator Obama moves onto the "ten most wanted" list in 2007. In 2006, it was discovered that Obama was involved in a suspicious real estate deal with an indicted political fundraiser, Antoin "Tony" Rezko. In 2007, more reports surfaced of deeper and suspicious business and political connections It was reported that just two months after he joined the Senate, Obama purchased $50,000 worth of stock in speculative companies whose major investors were his biggest campaign contributors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that benefited from legislation Obama pushed just two weeks after the senator purchased $5,000 of the company's shares. Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law.

Come on folks, this guy is SHADY. Don't jump on the Obama bandwagon when you had never even HEARD of Barack Obama four months ago. Read and learn about the candidates before making your decisions; there is a lot more about Obama that will be coming out in the coming months, for sure.

NOBAMA, not NOW, maybe in 8. Come on people, this is too important of an election for now and for our collective future to turn over to an inexperienced freshman senator who has extraordinary talent at inspiring others (you can insert the nouns preacher of cheerleader if you like). He hasn't arrived yet. We need a person of substance to take on our enormous challenges, someone who is solid, cerebral, credentialed, and yes, EXPERIENCED, who can and will restore our nation's policies here at home, as well as our reputation globally as the leader of the free world. This is the kind of CHANGE we need now and in the future.

VOTE FOR THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE!!

VOTE FOR HILLARY CLINTON !!!!!!!

One of our stations here in Los Angeles had reports, etc. at the Obama rally today between 8-9AM. Not one piece of coverage for the Clinton rally not far away.

When will people wake up that we are being spoon fed, from the media, Obama because the Republicans can and will beat him. Just take a little bit of time and see who owns the news stations. You may be amazed at what you find.

So, this is no different and NO CHANGE since the last elections.

Yeah, maybe I should donate money to Barack Obama instead, since he helped protect women's rights to privacy and choice.

I was going to donate it to infants who accidentally survived abortions, but, well, you know.

Obama got 32 million in one month, from over 200 000 donors that is an average of $160 per donor, this doesn't look like some that can be controlled by special interest since most of his money come from everyday people, there was a lady who donated $3.01 because that is all she could afford. Keep Hope Alive! Donate Donate Generously .

LOL

McCain has already lost...to Bush of all people. You want the guy that LOST to Bush in office? He's going to "fix" us?

Isn't funny how the Republicans are getting blamed for the poor economy. The interesting thing is, the economy was doing great until Democrats took over congress/senate a year ago? I wonder why that is? Because democrats are lazy and do not beleive in bi-partisan politics. My way or the highway!

I will vote for whoever is going against Barack or Hillary. I've never voted for a Republican in the past other than Reagan in 1984.
