dont think snoop can vote in the first place. This is a guy who made his wealth glamorizing the decay of society, violence in our youth, and degrading women. Now some want to hear his oppinion on politics ? I clicked on this site to see who would acually voice in favor of what he thought, NOT to read or care what he thought.

Wow, so many haters here but one thing you guys have overlooked is that a lot of folks obviously do care. The fact that these two are running has brought everybody back into it. Democratics, Republicans, Independents, right vs left, young vs old, and its good to see this much excitement over politics and get us communicating with each again, for better or worse. The only thing I credit GW and his current administration for is creating such an environment that this would have been possible if it weren't for his poor governing that the people of this country are so fed up with. So, you bigots keep up the bad work, we know that will never change but we'll all talking brightly and boldly again so lets get this country back on any course again and take it back!

Why is this on the Ticker? When Rep.Maxine Waters, a respected Congresswoman and powerful figure in the Congressional Black Caucus endorsed Clinton recently, it was barely mentioned. Now here comes Snoop Dogg with a photo and article even though he hasn't endorsed either candidate.

I feel badly for Hillary; she has to try to get her positive message out in spite of a biased media and dirty tricks from the Obama campaign. What an uphill battle! But, she is strong, dedicated, and I think, will persevere.

Obama is inspiring people but his lack of experience is the problem. So it is difficult for him to get the nomination eventhough he got many endorsements. The endorsements wont matter much. It is the peoples decision to elect who they want to be in the oval office when we have economic problem, national security issues etc.

I read all these comments and I have to say this is a shame that you demise Snoop because of his name and occupation. I think if he chooses to endorse one of these canidates they will gain boosted popularity in the urban community. Snoop is a not only a rapper to some people he is role model. He just as Obama over came the obstacles given to them at youth and still made something themselves. Yea Snoop has had problems who hasn't.. I think it's interesting that Snoop Dogg can speak with this much intelligence.

It proves that his "gangsta rap" image was a front in order to make millions. During the 1990s, I saw many of my peers go down the wrong path because Snoop, Dre and others made it look cool. Granted, their parents have most of the blame, but the music certainly didn't help. Now, many of those young men are in jail and Snoop is rich, being a good father to his son and talking about politics on Larry King Live.

African-Americans should be enraged about what gangsta rap helped do to our community and stop whining over whether or not Bill Clinton played the race card.

Oh get a grip you jerks! I was never a fan, but I did watch Larry King last night and it was an excellent interview. In case you were not aware, Mr. King does not just have political guests, they are chosen from many facets of life, and Snoop has an interesting story to tell. Like it or not, his opinion may indeed be relevant to some of his fans. The mere fact that he stated clearly he intends to make up for the wrongs he has committed, made me listen to his story. He DOES want to make the country better for young African Americans, very few celebrities are standing up and doing as much as they can in this regard, so my hats off to him for that. Cut him some slack people, at least he's trying, are you?

it's easy for mega stars to sit on the fence of support, because they don't live where we live and haven't looked back since leaving where we live. i mean, it would be great if we lived in a time and place where the principals of choosing a leader were based who's the best person for the job? who's going to take us where we need to be? not on who black, or who's a woman. unfortunately we live here and now and we do choose who we want based on things of that nature. what I've observed living in a capital city with about 6 colleges, ("the record # voter") is lack of campaigning and barely any poster's. It's a big "minority" area so the name Clinton ring bells. Most of the voters where i live are chanting Clinton. the younger crowd non-voters (not under age just don't vote) are yelling Obama. all it would take to get the people where I live (and areas like where i live) to vote, would be Snoop Dogg or JayZ to get on BET and support one of them. which everyone gets supported on BET will have a smooth ride. but the people where i live don't vote. and people like 50, BET, hill and obama know this. its the same everywhere, even in local elections so.

I don't think this is news either. It is amazing though that this is one of the more sophisticated opinions I have heard on this issue in awhile. He is actually THINKING about it rather than making an uninformed decision. It took me over 8 months to choose between HRC and Obama (I chose HRC). It seems like there are a number of people in this campaign who are voting on gender or race alone.
