From the new pro-Obama music video.
From the new pro-Obama music video.

(CNN) — With just a few days to go before the critical Super Tuesday primaries, Black Eyed Peas' frontman will.i.am and director Jesse Dylan, son of legendary musician Bob Dylan, have released a new song featuring a host of celebrities and one very unlikely music video star: Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

"Yes We Can," released Friday, is centered around footage of the speech the Illinois senator gave after the New Hampshire primary last month.

The music video includes excerpts from that Obama speech and appearances from celebrities including jazz artist Herbie Hancock, former LA Lakers captain Kareem Abdul Jabbar, singer John Legend, model Amber Valletta, actresses Kate Walsh and Scarlett Johansson, and others.

(In an interview with the Associated Press last month, Johansson had joked that she was engaged to the White House hopeful, telling a reporter: “My heart belongs to Barack.”)

Dylan and will.i.am told ABC News they did not coordinate the creation or release of the video with the Obama campaign, and are unsure Obama knows about the production.

It's very interesting that people forget that when it comes to proving a point against the war (which is one of the biggest issues) McCain will eat Hillary alive because they BOTH voted for the bill that started the whole thing. How in the world do you think she's convincing because she has experience. Experience started the war with a yay….

Experience wants to make health care universal…what kind of garbage is that?

Experience has stated on several occasions that this is her campaign but yet has her husband out bashing the so-called inexperienced one on her behalf. She can't control her own husband now and once she's in the White House and finds that she can't control him then…what is American going to do when their marriage becomes in turmoil because she can't handle the MAN of her house….

I'm sorry…if it wasn't Obama but Edwards…I still wouldn't choose Hillary for president….

BARACK the VOTE!!!

Hillary's home State Giants win the Super Bowl. "Blue collar" Giants triumph. Teddy and his clan are devastated and cannot carry on their upstaged tour any longer. Oh horrors, what a defeat for the clan. Now Super Tuesday and the blue collar voters and other Hillary supporters wait to cast their votes. Again, congratulations Giants and Hillary on this home State victory. Victory to Hillary on Super Tuesday. Hooray.

Have any of you seen the news about Obama and Exelon.

The Republicans are going to kill us with that.
Check the NYT's article or the CNN story.

Obama watered down his own bill concerning notifying people about a leak at a Nuclear power plant. In return, he got lots of money for his campaign.

We need to know these things before we go down a road to failure in November.

I'm kind of shocked by the terrible grammar on this page. I know these comments are the kind of thing you come up with in a couple of minutes, but don't you realize this will be read by (maybe) millions of people??? If you were never educated in English then I perfectly understand, but if not…..Have some self-respect and use a spell checker, then google "subject-verb agreement."

Obama knows that the teeny boppers will vote for him because of this video. It's ridiculous. How about the facts?

When someone applies for a job, they don't get hired because they have a music video about them, they get hired based on their experience.

"Think people, think! We are not electing a movie star!! This is more like the invention of the Boy Bands than a President. We are not electing a figurehead to look pretty. This person will be capable of starting world war three and we need to know what he stands for except "hope". For goodness sakes he can't stand on his own two feet how can he lead. Oh I forgot Teddy will be there for him. Gosh, I thought he stood for change!"

To Lynn 1951,

Of course we're not "electing a figurehead to look pretty." Please, give your fellow democrats a little more credit. There are so many people supporting Obama because they have researched his credentials, compared them to HIllary's, and STILL decide to support Obama. If all you can do is marginalize him into superficial stereotypes, then you clearly don't understand why many people are voting for him. In fact, there have been several articles written how Hillary has been counting on voters to be dumb to not catch onto the false accusations she lays on her opponents. Is that the kind of leader you want? I've said this many times before, I believe Hillary is a smart and capable woman, but she doesn't always make the best choices, especially when it counts (i.e. Iraq war, i.e. NAFTA, i.e….). And that's a gamble I'm not risking to take. Like the LA Times said, what good is experience if it doesn't lead to good judgment? So, Lynn 1951, you might want to rethink your reasons for supporting Hillary. Obama 08.

To: DY.

For the eighth time, Obama did not create this video. Will.i.am, the lead singer of the black eyed peas (who created this) said he was unsure if Obama even knew about it at all. Obama inspired him, as well as all the other stars you see in this video TO DO THIS THEMSELVES, WITHOUT ANYONE HIRING THEM TO DO IT.

You all need to understand that this was not put out by Barack Obama's campaign. This was something that supporters put together because they believe in the change and hope of a new tomorrow…the change that Clinton supporters are too short-sighted and stubborn to see. But it's okay…we Obama supporters will band together and Hillary will be defeated whether you like it or not, and eventually you will realize what we did for you and you will thank us.

DC Diva for Obama   February 4th, 2008 5:13 am ET

I'm pretty sure he knows CNN. It's on the front page of his website and has been since Saturday morning. We've been playing and watching the video since it was released Friday and many of the supporters started sending it to the campaign and they put it up on the site this weekend. Just glad that the "mainstream" media finally caught up with us. It's an amazing video!

Ottila   February 4th, 2008 2:50 am ET

Another JFK? Maybe, probably, apparently, that's a lot of BS. Nah, it is, plain and simple, a lot of BS…

JFK spent 14 years in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate before running for president.. Barack Obmama hasn't even finished his 2nd year in the U.S. Senate and already began running for the presidency.

That, plain and simple, is sheer ambition. But sometimes we are blinded and can't see the plain and simple.

OBAMA is the man of the hour, and as Americans we MUST all rally for his quest to UNITE and RALLY us all to make AMERICA the nation that we must all stand to be proud of.

YES WE CAN. America vote OBAMA!!!!!!

Good viral marketing tactic, but Obama shouldn't align himself with rap/hip hop if he wants to win against John McCain.

Stephanie, I think you should read before you write. Obama did not align himself with anyone. The video was made without him even knowing. And secondly, that is what is wrong with this country now, people like you feeling that others should not align themselves with a certain group of people. This is the EXACT reason why OBAMA is needed. You as a Hilliary fan just proved that very point.

JC   February 4th, 2008 12:09 am ET

It was a concession speech. And because someone decided to, it could well become the title of the next chapter of our history. It was a concession speech–an acknowledgment and a recognition that mere lines and crowds and an appealing message are not enough, on their own, to make the difference. But because someone decided that what Obama is saying is not just some vision of what we wish we could be, not some fanciful rewrite of the hard sad stories that our parents and grandparents lived, but an accurate description of who we are, as people, as a community, as a nation, today, because of all that, someone decided that Obama was right and decided to make a song about it, and the chorus of a concession speech becomes something much more personal: A creed written into the founding document….a document whose idea we are all entitled to, that we all play a part in honoring, as we live our lives. What a remarkable achievement of our nation, that a fatherless child from our 50th state could become a voice of a generation. Yes we can!

Not for sadness, but for hope
Hope for a nation, hope for a people
To seize a chance to rise above
And regain what was once, again.
As an outsider looking in,
I see friends hurting and wanting more
As an outsider looking in,
I see a hope as this open door
Which becons you to take a chance, yes YOU can.

Tuesday is your chance to make your voice heard, don't blow it by succumbing to the disease the establishment has engineered (apathy) to maintain the status quo. Be part of the Obama Tsumani.

Encourage everyone you know to get out there and vote. You have a voice, use it. YES YOU CAN. The rest of the world is hoping you make the right choice.

If I want to be entertained then, I'd watch MTV…If I want to be uplifted then, I'd watch American Idol…but, I want a serious candidate for this serious world so…I'M VOTING FOR SENATOR HILLARY CLINTON!

For a prosperous, united and respected USA, I do believe that Obama is the right man! Don't hesitate, vote for him for a new America!

Oscar   February 3rd, 2008 10:09 pm ET

A couple of clarifications:
Obama did not make the video. The music and video was done entirely by Obama supporters.

Obama is not inexperienced, and he is not running or being praised because of it.

He is rising in popularity because of the connection he has with most of us. He is a normal person, he is not a "perfect" politician. I am glad that he does not follow the same strategies, and policies.

I am sure Obama knows he cannot do it by himself. He asks us to do it with him leading us. I believe that is what American needs. I leader, not a politician.

Hillary is a politician. She has acknowledges her belief in that the changes occur when politicians sign policies.
Obama believes changes comes from the bottom up, and that's why I am a strong supporter of Obama.

Obama, the new face of American.

Barrack is in this to bring about CHANGE. I believe Hillary is in this race to prove to Bill, herself and the world that she can be president. It should not be about I, it should be about making a difference. Barrack wants to bring people together to make that difference while Hillary sees healthcare and all of the other issues she backs as a way to show people what she can do. No to ego that will bring about battles with Republicans and others. Say yes to CHANGE.!Say yes to Barrack!

Christa   February 3rd, 2008 8:09 pm ET

Like most Dems I have loved the Clintons since the 90s, but I'm supporting Obama all the way. Hillary is smart competent, but she is not inspiring and she will not bring us together. She is the single most divisive person in politics and Republicans will flock to the polls in droves to vote against her.

Barack has the ability to win over even people who disagree with him. He asks us to be the best that we can be and get involved in creating the country they want to have. Those who support Hillary are doing so out of fear… not fear of what Barack might do, but fear of what they might not have the strength to do themselves. They support Hillary because they think she will solve their problems, but no President can solve all of our problems on their own, we have to be inspired to work together.

Hillary cannot and will not inspire half the country to work with the other half of the country. It's not because she wouldn't want to, it's just because who she is makes it impossible. Bill left her too many burnt bridges for her to ever rebuild them.

All this may be a mute point, however, because if Hillary gets the nomination, we may not even win the White House. Look at the polls. Hillary consistently loses to John McCain. How could we be so stupid as to even consider nominating someone who can't win in the general? The Republicans are laughing at Hillary supporters because they can't wait for Christmas to come in the form of a Hillary nomination. Wise up people. Barack is the future. We just have to have the courage to take a leap of faith.

IF YOU WANT THE REPUBLICANS TO WIN VOTE HILLARY!!!

btw- That video is awesome and Barack didn't even have anything to do with it. It just shows you how much he can inspire people to work on his behalf when they aren't even connected to his campaign. There's something happening here. Apathy is receiving a mortal blow by a little something called hope.

Nana   February 3rd, 2008 7:56 pm ET

HATORADE? Is that even a word? This truly gives me a heads-up as to what will happen next. If Hillary had such a video, I wouldn't vote for her but since Barack does, he certainly has LOST my vote. Since when does a video help to inspire anyone? Talk is cheap and as we all know, action speaks louder than words. Hillary is ACTION, Barack can keep on talking and walking. He is old news and I would say that he will NOT be chosen as a Vice Presidential candidate and he will also lose his re-election bid for US Sentate in Illinois. Talk about abondonment to those people… I made a video on YOUTUBE. Can I run for president now? I think I am qualified!

VOTE Obama, Democrats! Forget race, look at substance. He has good judgement, evidenced by his stance on the war. He's consistent. He's a true staeman, a natural leader and would do teh US proud. More importantly…he stands a much better chance of beating McCain than Hillary does. The Republicans would eat her alive in the general election. If you want a democrat in the White House, you MUST appoint Barack Obama!

Steven, NY   February 3rd, 2008 12:56 pm ET

For someone's previous comment saying that Barack shouldn't be wasting his time making a music video… I don't even know what to say to that.

Barack had nothing to do with the video, all this video is showing is how inspirational he is and that he can lead to real change. The fact that it is a music video and that it is entertaining has no effect on his credentials to be president. This only just proves how he can inspire people to get up and do something for a change. When was the last time you saw so many people involved in a presidential election? It's time for change.

BARACK OBAMA '08

Obama and Hillary, another attempt by the Harvard and Yale graduates to take over America. Young people, 99 percent of you don't attend those so-called ivy league schools. Why vote for someone that will hold you down? Vote for Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee!

Clinton supporters… tell us why ur mad!! U WISH hillary had this support!

Jason from Boston   February 3rd, 2008 12:39 pm ET

I agree. The video does not say "directly" vote for me. It says as a nation, Yes we can. I can understand why the Clinton supporters do not like the message coming from Obama but it should be their message as well. Who would disagree with a diverse, energized group of Americans saying "Yes, we can." Politically, it hurts everyone but Obama. But overall, the message applies to all…..including Republicans.

Amy, Kazoo   February 3rd, 2008 12:39 pm ET

Eli,

I dont need a music video, an actor, a singer, a day time talk host, etc to tell me who i think is best suited for this position. I listen to the candidates.

Mr Mo   February 3rd, 2008 12:37 pm ET

Good idea,
Music is universal language; the message is going to be received in United States as well as worldwide. Go Obama you are labeled as a crossover to unite the whole world.

Weezie   February 3rd, 2008 12:31 pm ET

Some of you seem to think that Obama produced this video. He did not (perhaps his campaign approved it unofficially but it's not "his" video.) What it is, is a shiny example of how he inspires people: inspires musicians to make a video, inspires me to blog, inspires new voters to vote.

Elect him president and he will inspire the nation to be greater, he will inspire those who do not have hope to achieve, he will inspire those who have a lot (like me) to serve others.

Vote for Obama on Tuesday.

the Yes We Can Song is moving and uplifting
and that is exactly what we need in America today…

whom can act upon the experience they have….
The candidates both Clinton and Obama are
democrats which is good..But anyone out there
who have lost in any way, the work, the job
or a piece of real estate…thank NAFTA for that ….

Voting for Obama is important because it sends the message that we are tired of the same old politics, we are tired of special interest groups and lobbyists running the country for us, we are tired of being lied to and mislead in an effort to gain our support, and we demmand that we have someone who we can trust to shoot straight with us, and follow his heart.

Barack Obama is what america need right now.

Fired up and ready to go.

Texas Democrat   February 3rd, 2008 6:56 am ET

How is Obama about change when that is all he does is invoke names of the past and his endorsers are nothing but the past? I have learned more history from Obama this last month than my whole primary and secondary education span combined!

Don't his endorsers from Washington realize that Obama is insulting them when he insults the ways of Washington? The whole message is so inconsistent!

charlotte   February 3rd, 2008 6:16 am ET

Oh no, now we will be stuck listen to an Obama sound track of, YES WE CAN.
No doubt an all black cast.
Lets hope SuperTuesday hands him a, NO YOU CAN"T

Di   February 3rd, 2008 6:11 am ET

Has nothing to do with black or white…it is experience!!! Obama doesn't have it!!!

Right now, we sure don't need and on the job trainee!!!

GO Hillary!!

D.   February 3rd, 2008 6:05 am ET

ATTENTION DY WHO WROTE:
"I don't think is a good idea at all. It is the beginning of "dumbing down" the american political process. What comes next?… tap dancing? Barack had my vote."

Please reconsider. The problem with American Politics is it's been to "stuffed up." Voter turn out has been awful and that benifits the Republicans and politicians like Clinton who feel that it's OK to ignore speaching to the interest of the whole country instead of just those that vote. The major problems of the people in our country are still only barely being addressed. Obama is bringing in millions of new voters in to the process and that is what Democracy is really all about..

DY please reconsider. Everyone should have a voice and a voice they can related to. Furthermore, our country has always had songs tied to movements and key points of our history. Remember "Burn in the USA" for example.

Mix It Up   February 3rd, 2008 6:01 am ET

WE ALL LIKE WHO WE LIKE FOR WHATEVER REASON…… Hillary is going NO WHERE so no matter if she loose or not… she's still going to be active in her work.

The only thing that scares me about her though— is her ability to SO PERFECTLY FAKE HER MARRIGE TO BILL FOR AS LONG AS SHE HAS …… LEADS one to ponder who is she REALLY?????

People should do their home work before they talk….. IT HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED MANY TIMES THAT HILLARY REALLY CAN'T STAND BILL…. But for the public VIEW she put on the best show for others to see and admire.

WHAT THEY HAVE IS A BUSINESS RELATION….WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT. BEHIND CLOSED DOORS IT'S A DIFFERENT STORY.

PEOPLE HILLARY IS NOT BILL—- HAVE YOU EVER WONDERED WHY SHE NEVER WRITE HER NAME WITHOUT 'RODHAM' IN IT. She want her own fame, BEING THE 1ST LADY WAS ENOUGH—– TIME FOR A NATION CHANGE.

It's not like Hillary is going to Quit working for the better WHEN Obama wins. With Obama what you see is what you get, Hillary on the other hand is UNCERTAINED.

SO GO GO GO BARAK OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!! TAKE US TO THE NEXT LEVEL, HILLARY HAD HER TIME ALREADY.

Also, If you are poor and can’t afford health care under Hillary’s plan- you will be fined. Who don’t want to be covered- yea right and who can cover the fines if they cant pay $400mo for health care????

VOTE OBAMA!!!!!!!! MIX IT UP.

GRACE, SUN CITY CENTER, FL   February 3rd, 2008 5:44 am ET

THE VIDEO DOESN'T IMPRESS ME. BUT I AM HERE TO SAY THAT OBAMA
IS AN EXTRAORDINARY MAN…. AND THE IDEA THAT HE IS THE SYMBOL
OF BLACK AND WHITE…. GIVES ME HOPE THAT RACE CAN BE PUT ASIDE
IN THIS ELECTION… I AM A RON PAUL SUPPORTER BUT OBAMA IS MY
SECOND CHOICE. COME ON ALL YOU BIGOTS…. ACCEPT THE WHITE
HALF… IT'S THE LEAST YOU CAN DO.

james   February 3rd, 2008 5:41 am ET

Can anybody here account for Hillary 35 years experience. As far as I know she has less than eight years of legislative experience.

Hope LV,NV   February 3rd, 2008 5:39 am ET

THIS VIDEO IS GREAT!! THIS VIDEO GIVES ME CHILLS! I THINK IT IS GOOD THAT YOUNG PEOPLE ARE EVEN INTERESTED IN POLITICS. AND THEY ARE COMING OUT IN SUPPORT OF OBAMA. EVEN IF THIS MAN HAS A SHADY PAST, HIS PAST IS MOST LIKELY GOING TO STAY THERE. IN THE PAST. IN ALL FAIRNESS BILL CLINTON'S EXPERIENCE AND PRESIDENCY DOES NOT TRANSFER OVER TO HILLARY. WITH HER 35 YEARS OF EXPERINCE SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET THAT HEALTH PLAN OUT THERE "ON DAY ONE". SHE SHOULD HAVE HAD A SOLUTION FOR IRAQ "ON DAY ONE" DO WE HOLD LAURA RESPONSIBLE FOR G.W.? NO SO WHY GIVE HILL CREDIT FOR BILL? IF BILL WERE NEVER PRESIDENT WOULD WE EVEN BE DISCUSSING HILLARY?
REMEMBER BILL WAS JUST A GOVERNOR WHO WANTED SHOT AND PEOPLE STILL TALK ABOUT HIM. WHO KNEW HIM BEFORE HE RAN FOR PRESIDENT?
WHO KNEW OBAMA. I SAY CHILL OUT AND GIVE THE MAN A CHANCE, TAKE THE TIME TO ACTUAL LISTEN NOT JUST TO HIM ,BUT TO THOSE WHO SUPPORT HIM. HE CAN ACTUALLY BRING NEW PEOPLE TO THE PARTY. HILLARY HAS ALLOF BILL'S OLD STANDBY'S.

JR   February 3rd, 2008 5:37 am ET

Who cares about music video during the Primary election? If Obama cares about making music videos then he should be singing and don't bother to run for President. Voters are not STUPID you know. OBAMA thinks Presidential Primary is a JOKE?

Don   February 3rd, 2008 5:25 am ET

Hillary has Big Bill as her back for more support than Obama has in all his cabinet and wife and church members. Go Hillary and get the job done Baby as you know you can . I never thought I would have a chance to vote for a woman as president but my mother would roll over in her grave if she only knew what is going to happen. Big Bill knows what is going on and it is better to have a good back up than just looking around.

amazed   February 3rd, 2008 5:11 am ET

Boy oh Boy!!!! If I was Bob the Builder I would get myself a good lawyer!!!!!!! Poor Bob has been saying "can we build it?! YES WE CAN"!! for years and years, and the poor guy gets no credit. What else is new, another example of keeping down the working man. :)

David   February 3rd, 2008 5:07 am ET

Obama:

-Graduate of Columbia and Harvard

-Worked in poor communities

-Taught Civil Law at university

-State senator for several years

-Predicted Iraq troubles from the start

-Leadership that brings people to together

-Great speaker that inspires hope

-Doesn't have baggage like Hillary

demos   February 3rd, 2008 5:00 am ET

This is the movement that wanted to live and i am living it.
Soften your heart, trust in yourself and be part of this movement, because it is all out us. Barack Obama is what america need right now.

Obama all the way.

demos   February 3rd, 2008 4:58 am ET

Barack Obama is what this country need right now. All the jealous and the naysayer knows deep in their mind that Obama is the best that can happen in this country.
HRC will be a nightmare for the country and the USA migh be a fail state with a dominant Bill Clinton will only unlish bitter partisanship and deadlock in the administration.

Bill clinton is dealing with Dictator in Kazackstan in order to sponsor his foundation. They are the well connected and they are sponsored by the OIL companies, the pharamceutical company, the one who are raising the price of insurance and ….

Bill Clinton rented the bedroom of the president "LINCOLN" for fundraising purpose, he lied under oath and people think that it is going to end now.

Keep dreaming.

Obama 08.

jennifer brown   February 3rd, 2008 4:55 am ET

awesome job ,Barrack Obama rock.

Alison, FL   February 3rd, 2008 4:50 am ET

IT'S A REALLY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS WHEN WE ENCOURAGE LIARS TO BE OUR LEADERS…SINCE IT HAS WORKED SO WELL FOR US IN THE PAST I GUESS WE SHOULD JUST KEEP VOTING AGAINST OUR BEST INTEREST…VOTE FOR OBAMA IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THIS COUNTRY SAFE.

Kevy   February 3rd, 2008 4:42 am ET

The music video is great. The candidate it's for and it's content aren't though.

JohnS   February 3rd, 2008 4:02 am ET

Bill was able to "con" the Republicans and even lie, with some degree of innocence to this nation. I guess getting him back to the White House will be harder for the Republicans to ever catch him again; both Bill and Hillary now have the experience to "cover up" without ever being caught.

Conclusion: They have the Best experience; so the Dems should vote to get them back to the White House!!!

observer#1   February 3rd, 2008 4:00 am ET

If you are looking for someone to sell videos to younger people, someone who likes giving speeches, a person younger people refer to as a rockstar (god only knows why, ) a person the media is trying to sell to you because they too think they can market him, Obama is your guy! If you want someone who wants to truely heal this country, has definite plans, will talk about definite plans, Hillary should be your next President. So, do we need another celebrity type or a real President? Vote Hillary , she can do it! We have enough celebrities selling videos.

Di   February 3rd, 2008 3:59 am ET

GO HILLARY GO…joe you are right she will do more to help you than Obama.

joe   February 3rd, 2008 1:51 am ET

HILLARY 08

Obama is humorless. Even his Top 10 presentation on Letterman was flat – Letterman seemed unimpressed – Letterman can size people up pretty well. Obama takes himself way too seriously, another tip off that "it's all about me" (and Oprah, of course)

Joe Ossai, Bedford, NH   February 2nd, 2008 11:05 pm ET

I had tears in my eyes after watching this video.

Obama will be the next President of United States, save this post.

Prakaithip   February 2nd, 2008 10:46 pm ET

“There will be no guesswork. I’m not asking you to take a leap of faith, I’m asking you to hire me to do the hardest job in the entire world.” -Hillary Clinton

Do we want another Bush-like President?

Honestly, Obama is so inexperienced he will have to rely on his team including Mr. Kennedy, for decisions that will impact America and the world…. don't you think that these ppl will only try to sell their own agendas. Let's get real, Hillary will be more focused on the job and will be able to understand everything that will placed on her desk the first day without question, not deciphering ideas from a panelist of salesmen. Please wake up fellow Democrats.

independent   February 2nd, 2008 10:36 pm ET

the music video is quite beautiful. i didn't know all those talented people were obama supporters. very interesting.

JustJean   February 2nd, 2008 9:00 pm ET

For Rich; I hope you are not refering to the popular dirty tricks myth that Obama is a Muslim. He is not. He has been a Christian for 20 years and was agnostic before that. Besides, being Muslim, if he was, does not make anyone a terrorist. There are Christian terrorists in the world too. Obama is a good Christian and this is a terrific video.

Miss H   February 2nd, 2008 9:00 pm ET

Awesome video! Check it out on YouTube.

SOME OF THE DEMS, like the Clintons, NEVER LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES!!!

I really believe that it is going to take the active support of Hillary for the DEMS to lose the White House again; Remember Gore and Kerry? How short minded can the Dems really be in this nation. Gore and Kerry (each a stronger candidate than Hillary) were the "accidents" of the Clintons– The Dems lost each time!!!!!

Currently, the Dems are celebrating the "huge number of voters" out there for them because of the Independents (like myself), moderate Republicans, and young voters that have been brought onboard by Obama. Let us wait until the Dems put up Hillary as the nominee and the "voting pool" will run dry!!

This is yours Dems to lose again; it always takes the Clintons for the Dems to lose the White House or to deal with issues of moral corruptions!!!

WISE and Intelligent Dems should simply stay AWAY from the Clintons; they are the source of "curse" for the Dems!!!!

No Clinton, not even Bill, can ever restore the ECONOMIC fortunes of the past; indeed, the conditions of the past (e.g., Internet bubble) that made that happen are simply NOT there today. The Clintons burnt their bridges BEFORE they left (in disgrace) the White House!!! And guess what? Hillary has been making stronger enemies since!

Good viral marketing tactic, but Obama shouldn't align himself with rap/hip hop if he wants to win against John McCain.

Lisa Halverson   February 2nd, 2008 7:27 pm ET

You can download the video on Utube, under "Yes We Can"

This song is unbelievable. I'm lost for words. It gave me goosebumps. It speaks to more than just this country but the whole world. We are one people.

Audrey Cross   February 2nd, 2008 6:17 pm ET

I am still rooting for Obama. He is the right one for the White House. My thoughts in the beginning – up rises another JFK.

This whole campaign is very interesting. A.J.
