I'll take Hillary's tear duct leaks anyday over Exelon's radioactive nuclear leaks that Obama overlooks to protect his friend and major donor.

CNN, please stop censoring my comments. I know you're biased against Hillary Clinton and refuse to report how Obama's voting record contradicts his message but Censorship is really un-American.

GO HILLARY '08!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can a Professor of Constitutional Law have no experience with National Politics?"

An old saying.

Those who can, do.

Those who can't, teach.

And those who can't teach, lecture.

Most Professors in my experience have absolutely no knowledge of the real world - it's all theoretical what-ifs and no solidity - a bit like Obama himself.

Just maybe the news people know what phonies the Clintons are. They can't stand them either. I saw through the Clintons when they came to the White House 16 years ago with their 2 for 1 show. Phonies. Crooks. With all the info on their scandals and backdoor dealings and laughing at the American people who still support them, why can't all people see through them. Many have recently and I pray that others will wake up before it is too late. Anyone but a Clinton in the highest office of the land. She has calculated this election for years. This is what she has lived for for years. Don't be fooled. Wake up people. This is our country we are talking about.

I watched that video. I didn't see her cry. I didn't see her wipe any tears. The man introducing her was a lot more choked up than she was. What's with all the here-come-the-waterworks comments?

I'm Canadian, but if I could vote, I'd support Obama. However, Hillary is getting unfairly treated in this particular instance.

Your comment is awaiting moderation.

Crying? Please! This is a contest for power, and Hill's trying to manipulate with tears? Seriously, does that work on educated people? Because while it might garner some sympathy, I have significant doubts that it will garner votes. Go back to your plotting & scheming, Hill - this time the tears won't work.

Uh, why is this comment STILL awaiting moderation? CNN picks & chooses its reader feedback?

Obama is the one to vote for - Hillary is great, for sure, but in the end he is a fresh face to show the world, and one that coule turn around the way things are going. Obiously republicans are going to drag on more of the same. and Hillary, as great as she is, played politics when whe voted yes for an invasion of Iraq. She was too afraid at the time to look "unpatriotic". in the end she put pollitics ahead of American and Iraqi lives, and ahead of doing the right thing, which was to go full-steam after Bin Laden and not waste time anywhere else.

Tired, Hillary? Is that why you cried again?

Gee, maybe you should take a few minutes and decide how it would look for the President of the US to cry or throw lamps/ashtrays, etc, when things don't go just right.

What a fake feminist, after all.

What extraordinary power does Hillary have that she "made" CNN report on this with such bias???

As you said yourself, she didn't even cry. She chuckled about it and moved on. Shouldn't that be the real point.

But when you drink the Obama kool-aid, best to just leap to conclusions, why even view with your own eyes. Talk about lofty goals, coming together, moving forward . . . and then trash your opponent's integrity.

That is a sad and sorry strategy.

So what! She's human. This is totally a non-story blown way out of proportion. The opposition to her, is of course, portrayed as super human. What a crock! Think carefully before putting the fate of this country into the hands of a dreamer without substance. This will be my last post (if it makes it into print) as it seems to be increasing difficult to post on this site.

In response to Marcelo: "As an very strong Obama supporter, I'm ashamed of the negative comments against Hillary. We are trying to run a positive campaign here folks. If we continue the negative remarks, then we're really not for change in our politics are we?"

I agree. My comment was harsh and regret posting it. However, this is precisely why I believe the Clintons are dividers, and we need a real change. They're like poison, and they bring out the worst in people. Every step of their campaign has made me angry. I don't want to see them anymore. I had been open-minded, but their campaign tactics have stirred up all kinds of negative feelings I've forgotten about. In many ways, I'm glad that they ran a negative campaign. It served as a good reminder why they should not be elected.

I also don't believe that CNN made this into news. It was Hillary that tried to make it into news by saying "I said I would not tear up. Already we're not on that path." She wasn't even crying. When she teared up in New Hampshire, I bought it even though I'm not a Hillary supporter. This time, it just seems too calculated to be something spontaneous.

Hillary has a lot of goodness in her, I would be more upset if she never showed she cares, she can be humbled by a heartfelt introduction. Why are Obama supporters so affraid of her show of emotion.
How many Obama supporters have been able to ask him a question? He holds RALLYS, not town hall meetings. He has a pulpit to inspire from. He excites from prepared speeches. Has he held a single question and answer event? I'm not talking about debates, I'm talking a group of average people being able to ask him anything? Almost ever event held by Hillary is a question and answer event. When he allows average people to question him, I might be able to support him. Take away the hype and what is left? Anyone who believes he is the answer to their prayers, I would say that depends on what your praying for? If it is gender/race you are blinded by bigotry. We had Rallys in high school to get the students hyped up for the game. That is all I've seen, if someone knows of one event that was not a Rally, please tell me when that happened. Hillary puts herself on the line time and time again, and is asked tough questions. Hillary will be a President who can talk and listen to anybody, anytime, about any topic.

Re: Here in Britain

I think misogynistic is a bit harsh. I think the media tends to favor the candidate who has momentum on his or her side. Early on in the election CNN was accused of favoring Hillary.

I think we should wait for the comparisons to Tony Blair until after Obama is president. It is unfair to criticize him based on a positive message. He and Tony Blair are both politicians, but have nothing else in common. They are of different nationalities, generations, and backgrounds.

Hello people ,
I wish you know that the brightest and smartest couple on earth is Bill and Hillary. They deeply love and care about their people and country more than any politician that I had ever seen or heard in my life. Of course , nice people always had emotion about happiness or sadness . After a few tears , life go on for a better change. Love Bill and Hillary. Vote for Hillary in 2008.

Did you watch the Video? To say she cried is wrong.

To say she used her left hand to wipe what appeared to be one tear in one eye is more accurate

Facts do matter -

I think it is important to take a look of the circumstance and put this event in the right context. She was visiting Yale where she graduated years ago, and touched by the words of people who knew her as a student. The topic was concerning children who have been always dear to her heart. I think many of us, as human will have the same emotional display. If this is a calculated event, then she should have selected an event of thousands of people. The bottom line is, if the news organizations did not report it, many of us will not know. Why should her emotional display affect your votes? President Regan teared up numerous times.

The question is, do you want a machine or a human as president?

I just get a kick out of voters that are threatening to give their vote to the Republicans if they don't get their way. It's like, "if I can't have my way, I'll take my toys and go home."

Both candidates are good people their platforms are so similar you just have to decided if you want to live in the past or the future. Never have I been so inspired by a candidate as I have been by Obama. I have read everything I can get my hands on for these two and come away confident I am an informed voter who has voted for the right candidate

I am tickled pink that Oprah and Ted and Caroline and Maria have jumped on the bandwagon. There were millions of Americans too stupid to know who they wanted to vote for for president. Now somebody rich and famous and important has told them who to vote for. Those same folks apparently don't know how to click on a button to actually VIEW the video that they comment on. Please people get informed and know the facts before spilling your ignorant opinion all over the internet.
I don't care who you vote for- but please know WHY you are voting for that person.
Media fueled hatred of a fine public servant should NOT be the reason.

Men hating Hillary hate women.

Women hating Hillary just hate themselves.

Maher was on Larry King saying just this. People hating Hillary have something going on in their own psyche that they just need to deal with.

These Hillary haters show more emotion in their predictable rantings than Hillary has ever shown in her "supposed" tearful moments. But,she is not allowed to show emotions, according to the self-righteous postings. Get a grip, people, these are human traits...just as your desire for spewing hateful comments every chance you get.

I don't believe this crying from her. I don't believe she is the type of person who gets all emotional about anything. She is trying to do what it takes to get votes.
So far all I've seen is a Clinton that has not been herself. I don't see her as true and ernest ,

I can' help but wonder why it is so heartwarming when a 250 pound professional football player cries when he wins a "game" and when a women gets emotional about having some heartfelt support in the "game" of politics, that the she factor is played up to be weak , while the he factor goes unmentioned as being a weakness. What a truly bias news media this country is subjected to every day.

There is a certain level of pressure that comes with running a presidential race. With that being said there is also a certain level of poise a candidate should have. Shedding tears once is a human emotion, but twice is just a sign of an EMOTIONAL person. Face it wether it's a man, or a woman. The role of the President is the be a sign of strength, stability and sound judgement. I'm not inclined to vote for someone who cannot control her own emotions, but wants to control the country.

I don't understand all the hatred on here for Hillary. Even if what many of you are saying is true - that she is attempting to manipulate the public with fake displays of emotion - so what? In one breath you'd have us believe she is a cold, iron woman. Then you deride her for displaying emotion. Which is it? And I suppose you also believe that no man running for president has ever done or said anything to manipulate us into voting for them. What do you think campaigning is?

I, for one, welcome tears from a candidate. It's about time. With our children dying in an unwelcoming, ungrateful foreign land, with our economy falling down around us, with a government perfectly willing to abandon our national morals by abandoning the very basic freedoms we hold dear and have codified in our constitution, with dissent being crushed, with human beings being tortured, quite admittedly, by our government, with the rapid and purposeful erosion of the separation between church and state, with the blatant dishonesty which has become commonplace in out goverment - yes, somebody please start shedding some tears before it's too late.

The day CNN publishes one of my comments, the world is going to end. You publish such unbelievable garbage all the time from just about anyone. Things that matter, you do not. I am really loosing faith on you as a "news" agency. We can write whatever we want to write as long as we write what you want to publish. What a "democratic" behavior. I will believe in you the day there is no censorship to comments anymore. The fact that you select what fits your agenda is reason enough not to believe in your "freedom" of press. Way to go, CNN. Everyone in the planet knows of your flaws but you. You are not good in disguising it anymore like you used to. Welcome back to Venezuela.

Sexism is thriving in america. This is a news story ???

I'm voting for Hillary. Not because she's a woman...but because I am one. And she's the best of the available candidates.

As others have said, the timing & set up (again, with a women's roundtable) were WAY to convenient...virtually identical to the NH exchange.

/Why is pointing that out equated with "hating Hillary"?...though I certainly understand how people could dislike her for such compromising tactics. Those of us who think critically are entitled to question, especially given her shady say anything/do anything track record.

I've long supported Obama for his policies & unique ability to bring people together...and I was very concerned when Hill pulled this stunt in NH...but it won't work this time. Momentum is with Obama & you can't hold back inspiration indefinitely. It's contagious & spreads like wildfire. So tears or no tears...I expect him to keep the delegate count close today & go on to victory in the weeks ahead.

Obama '08 YES WE CAN (AND WILL)!!!

How would it look if, God forbid, America comes under attack again and our President can't hold it together and cries instead of taking control of the situation? This country will be in real trouble if the public votes for Clinton.

O.K. that seals it for me. I never did like the criminal Clinton, and I now realize that voting for Ron Paul would be my first choice, but wouldn't help to defeat Hillary Clinton. I have to place my vote where it counts, and that is why, I, Rex from Toledo, Ohio, who reads the Ticker half a dozen times a day, announces here that I will be placing my vote for Barack Obama. To vote any other way is disrespectful to every American that truly wants change for our Country.
Obama '08

"I never thought I'd say that"

CNN, can I come out of time out "moderation" now.........???

You guys really need to relax with the claims that Senator Clinton is being fake for getting a bit misty when she was meeting with the folks at Yale. At this point, I'm not voting for Hillary but rather Obama, but I think it's important that we vote because of the issues instead of resorting to this ineffectual banter. I say give her a break! She was meeting with some old friends and she received a very sincere and warm welcome that obviously meant a great deal to her. Let's not look into this so much. Sometimes we need to accept things as matter of fact or at least give people the benefit of the doubt. Enough already with this nonsense! Regardless of who wins, I think the Dems are in a great position to reclaim the White House. I'm very surprised to read these blogs only to find this division amongst the Dems. I do hope that this sort of myopic reasoning doesn't reverberate across our country as it would be a disasterous shame!

It's really about the issues. Most would say they care about children but fund allocation doesn't equal the talk. The overall welfare of children has a tremendous impact on the United State's short and long term expenditures.
As a productive and happy person who survived very challenging times in childhood, in the care of the "system" I'm grateful for people like Hillary. She took a stand for children, long before anyone wanted to address the impact on society of a poor start in life. Through nature AND nurture, children grow up to be adults who have a propensity for either neediness or strength. The long term effects of Hillary's advocacy results in stronger more stable, responsible, and self reliant adults who are able to more often contribute than take.

I get a laugh out of Obama and his "change" message. Obama is a product of the Daley Machine out of my hometown of Chicago, one of the oldest, and most corrupt political organizations in the history of mankind. He is part of the old guard of here which also includes Daley, Durbin and the Democratic house of thieves. St. Obama is no fresh face kid, but a skimmer and scammer of the highest order. The only "change" from Obama we're seeing is his desire to now trade up his lies for a new job title.
