(Harry Truman was thought to be weak (""inexperienced") but I think he did a pretty good job, especially considering he was the President after FDR, those are some big shoes to fill.) Having said all that, we should all keep in mind, that the candidate that wins, usually doesn't do all the things they planned to do anyways.
