(CNN) – Sen. Hillary Clinton's projected win in the Massachusetts Democratic primary is a prime example of the voting power of white women.

With relatively few black voters in Massachusetts, the electoral outcome largely turns on the votes of whites - and women came through for Sen. Clinton, supporting her by a substantial margin. In contrast, white men are supporting Sen. Barack Obama over Sen. Clinton by a small margin.

White Catholic voters also are providing a good-sized margin for Sen. Clinton in the Massachusetts Democratic Primary.

Sen. Edward Kennedy's endorsement of Sen. Barack Obama appears to have played some role in increasing his vote total among Massachusetts Democrats. However, fewer than half of Massachusetts' Democratic voters called Sen. Kennedy's endorsement either "very" or "somewhat" important.

Still though, Hillary was expected to win this in the scheme of it. Obama had a shot, but it was still a Northeast Stronghold for Hillary

Healthcare is fine!

The old people are obviously still alive and moving and voting for a familiar face. :)
