Mitt pulling out of the race – - probably makes sense since the word on the street was that he was having to self-fund the campaign to some extent already. With McCain so far ahead, the prospects of greater fund raising look bleak. He has enough delegates to be a player at the convention, but this opens things up for Huckabee, so long as he still has some money.

Based on the headlines, it looks like Obama is the only one rolling in dough.

Romney is a good guy (even to this Obama supporter), but it's clear that McCain is going to be the nominee, and it's pointless for him to continue pumping millions of his own dollars into what is clearly a lost cause. I don't have much use for any of the Republicans running , but Huckabee is by far the best of the bunch , and i would vote for Huckabee before i would vote for Clinton.
