Clinton camp reports $8 million since Super Tuesday

(CNN) - Hillary Clinton’s campaign said Friday it had raised more than $8 million online since polls closed in California, and nearly $10 million since February 1.

In a conference call with reporters, Clinton communications director Howard Wolfson also said much of that money had come from roughly 75,000 new donors.

Wolfson added that the campaign will be able to spend roughly as much on television ads in upcoming contests as Barack Obama’s campaign – despite the fact that the Illinois senator has been on the air in states that vote over the next few days since well before the Super Tuesday votes.

Clinton’s campaign will begin airing ads today in states voting over the next few days, and will purchase airtime in Texas and Ohio next week.

Good for Hillary.. She needs to spread her word on the issues in those caucus states voting this weekend.. And not worry about the Obama endorsements from WA governor .. Mr Kennedy's endorsement did not count for anything in MA, did it?

    Donate, Donate! Why?

The Clintons have millions of dollars. Last year alone the Clintons made over $20 millions dollars. Clinton’s daughter who is still single makes a n six figure income. Why should the Clintons not put at least $10 millions of their own money in their campaign? Clinton (Bill) has made all that money on the back of the Americans people because as a former president, people pay for his speeches. Major businesses in the Middle East send millions to the Clintons. Why should working Americans send money to the Clintons? Sending money to Obama makes more since he is relatively (to the Clintons) Obama makes less.

Most of you are using your credit cards to send your $100, $500, $1000 etc to the Clintons who have a net worth of 60 millions dollars?

    George writes:

What will all of the Hillary supporters say if she wins the nomination and somehow beats McCain(not likely) then does not get anything significant done in 4 years ?? What will you say then ??

We will say the same if Obama wins and does not do a thing which he won't he is all talk. Dumb question.

I think that you Clinton Koolaid drinkers need to go to Google and search "Hillary Clinton Scandal".

Read a few of the posts and articles. Don't worry about reading all of them, it will November before you finish, there's just too many.

After you get done ask youself, "Is this who I want to elect to the highest office of the land (again since the Clinton's refer to Bill's terms as a 'co-presidency')?"

She is a megalomaniac without any sense of culpability and will do and say anything to get back to the White House. She doesn't care about the country she cares about herself.

Bill Clinton was worse than either Bush as president. Hillary will be worse than Bill, mark my word.

Hillary Clinton is the best contender for the democratic party for the presidential race. I 'm surprised that Ms. Caroline Kennedy is comparing her father to Mr. Obama. I think she is out of her mind.
I regretted I had voted for Mr. Kerry on last election. He is supporting Mr. Obama who has no experience to be the president of the United. States. I also think these democratic officials who endorsed Obama are jealous of Mrs. Clinton just in case she be elected for the highest position of the land.

I am a life-long democrat but I will never vote for Obama. His speeches are getting more and more negative towards Hillary. So much for his promise of a positive campaign. He is too much of a lightweight with no substance. I just won't vote if he gets the nomination!

This has been the result of all the republican lying paid for by Richard Mellon Scaife. So why don't you get your fact straight before you start acting like the holier than thou priestor nun what are you.

ALL this stuff about Obama winning can't you read right here on cnn they show her ahead 96 delegates.

Obama is the light of American dreams. He has the potential to uplift the image of America and negotiate with enemies. America need peace and Obama is the right person to do that. As you said "Obama", America need change, I am sure many do not understand some of the changes you refer to. Here I will outline them for those who do not know. Firstly, over the past 20 years, America presidential power has been in the hands of two (Bush Cliton Bush), is this not enough? What are the bush Cliton Bush Cliton doing in the white house? Americans wake up from domancy, it is time for a change. Vote for the light, the truth and the way. These light, the truth and the way is Obama.

Memo to Holly – you have a calculator in your computer. $8,000,000 divided by 75,000 is roughly $106 per person. Fuzzy math accompanied by fuzzy logic – you must be a Republican.
