(CNN) — Voters in the latest battlegrounds for the Democratic presidential nomination faced very different treks to polls and caucuses Tuesday. Wisconsin voters braved single-digit temperatures and a windchill advisory while Hawaii caucus-goers expected to enjoy temperatures in the 80s.

Both groups will shape the course of the tight race between Democratic Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, while Wisconsin and Washington state voters could help Sen. John McCain finally knock his last major rival out of the Republican race.

Hawaii & Wisconsin for CLINTON !

I'm proud that both these states will hopefully show the press they are not just Robots; following the pack!

Eretta Morris   February 19th, 2008 5:27 pm ET

If Obama does not get the nomination and a is nowhere on the ticket this will be the first time I will vote republican.
Yesterday's news was the last straw. Hillary will do and say anything to win. Obama runs a meaningful and moral campaigne. He is above the nasty politics. I hope this is obvious to all.

I Don't know what part of Canada your from my friend, but here in the West, Obama's the pick. Makes a lot of wish we had a politician of his candor and honesty. As for your beef with the youth, sorry but just look at the state of affairs the boomer's have left the world in. rampant materialism, selfishness and a desire for all thing self. No, I think it is time for the youth to take the stage. I don't see them making any bigger a mess that the old, plus I feel that they just have the imagination to see through the problems facing home and the world that we don't see because of our cynicism we have created from having so many failures in our approach.

Here's how Wisconsin is going to go tonight:

Obama - Democrat
McCain - Republican

Obama will eek out over Clinton

McCain will thrash Huckabee. Huckabee lives & dies by the religious conservative vote and Wisconsin has few religious conservatives. I know because I'm a Wisconsinite.

- Clinton said during a rally in Madison, Wisconsin, Monday night. "We don't need a leap of faith. We don't need to have a beer with the next president. We had that president. Although, you know, I would be happy to have a beer, too, and talk about what we are going to do to solve our problems of the future," she added

haha, is she trying to relate to us here in the beer capital. as a wisconsinite i must say i loves my beer but her saying she'd like one didn't change my vote today cause i also loves me some obama!

Bob   February 19th, 2008 4:16 pm ET

I agree completely with the earlier comment by our Canada neighbor.
Obama needs to show us something besides his great gift of speeches.
Another 8 years for him to do that will be just right. Clinton in 2008, and Obama in 2016 (maybe).

Carmel   February 19th, 2008 4:11 pm ET

This crazy what Hillary pulled thru last night. just before the primary she come up with this crap. She has done it before in NH, she cried. Every time OBAMA is leading, she pulls some craps. American people need to wake up and smell the coffee. Hilary doesn't handle pressure wells. When she's under pressure she attacks. What kind of of leader is that???

Charlotte   February 19th, 2008 4:05 pm ET

I suppose Hillary also made Michelle say what she said? First time means you have never before, in my book.

Kay   February 19th, 2008 3:58 pm ET

all,
Obama has said that by the end of his first term in office, he will see to it that his universal heath care plan becomes law. I have not heard any timetable from Hillary.

Daryl, Tennessee   February 19th, 2008 3:57 pm ET

I'm a big fan of history and the last 3 democratic "outsiders" that won the white house, Kennedy, Carter, Bill Clinton all had horrible intial years as president. They each made many mistakes and Carter really never recovered.

I don't have 2 years to wait for Obama to learn the ropes, Bush has dug too deep a hole. I do believe that Clinton has the ability to make our administrative branch work immediately.

PS - Wasn't it these same people, independents and college kids, who helped Bush win in 2004?

Shackafella   February 19th, 2008 3:50 pm ET

I'm not young, and I've already finished college. I voted for Bill Clinton twice. Hillary, is weak, divisive, and clearly not as organized as Obama. She is the one trying to fool people. They had a good scheme to get Bill back into the White House, but it's clearly not working. The American people were going to accept Hillary, because they like the idea of having Bill back. Now we actually have a better choice. If it were not for Bill, Hillary would not even be considered.
The campaign tactics of the Clintons are disgusting! Good bye old politicians! This is not Cuba!

Shahin   February 19th, 2008 3:49 pm ET

I am sure that Hillary will be the American President. America is not ready to accept Black man as a President. It is true that America need a strong and intellectual man for the job. Because current administration has created a big economical hole which can be reconstruct by an intellectual man. But American had feel that they are white and they must vote for a white woman where as she had proved herself she is infact incapaciated to function as a decisive individual. Does America care? No. America is willing to sacrifies another trillion dollars just to keep white nationality moving. Go Hillary, go.

Dennis   February 19th, 2008 3:48 pm ET

Obama is more than just a rock star. His supporters are more than just college kids. Obama appeals to the affluent, the poor, blacks, whites, latinos, men, women, young and old. The exit polls over the past month have proven this. Clinton supporters, it is time to catch up to the facts. Obama's base has expanded and continues to grow. If you want to criticize him, fine. However, try basing the criticism in fact. I wonder if many of you really know what Hillary's experience is that you keep touting as making her more prepared than Obama.

Susan   February 19th, 2008 3:46 pm ET

Please check the facts before you vote:

1) Obama voted twice in 2006 to fund war.
2) Obama voted for war appropriations.
3) He voted to allow Bush to suspend the military withdrawal in Iraq.
4) He voted for Bush's energy bill allowing oil companies, nuclear companies and such, nice tax breaks and subsidies.
5) He voted to allow credit card companies to charge up to 30% interest on credit cards.
6) He voted to expand NAFTA! But puts Hillary down for the same.
7) He voted to increase student loan rates and fees.

Is he for the working people, I think not!

Please CNN post this and let the voters know what is going on.

Pro Clinton Canadian–Thanks for your 4 paragragh opinion. But your vote doesn't count down here in the U S of A. Hillary has no chance in Hades of having any of her legislation go through. The Congress will be more bogged down than it is now. She is too polarizing and the repubs will not reach across the aisle to work with her. Time for a change.

Doris Hook   February 19th, 2008 3:43 pm ET

I don't know why the media is giving so much to Obama it is like
they have written Clinton off, why if Obama want change what
is he going to change so far he has not convinced me what he is going to do. why will he not debate clinton? I think we all know so
get off Obama and give Hillary her chance in the news media.
Obama should just be a partner with Hillary and wait his turn. do
his duty to the country by voting in the senate. I would like to know
how many meetings any of the canidate has attended and voted
in the last year and we still have a year to go but they are still getting
their pay

Prince Obama08!   February 19th, 2008 3:42 pm ET

Obama has no hidden agenda ,but Hillary does. She failed the declarfe her tax return whereas every other candidate have declare their.
Her folks will twist every words Obama said to make him look bad, you why? She has nothing left for her to offer the public. The only way for her to capture the mind of the people is to tell them that Obama say this and say that.
is that what American we use to jestify her candidacy? I don't think so, it is only a fool will vote for a candidat base on his mis speeches.
Why can't she and her camp come out to the American people with what Obama has done wrong in the past or them should concentrate on her campaign.

I think a Clinton/Obama ticket would be unstoppable. It will take the experience of Clinton and inspiration of Obama to get much of when they say done. Ticket can be either way but make no mistake; both will be needed. It may take 3 terms to get all that is needed completed. I am very concerned about the decline of our dollar and all the money we owe China. If they can't beat us, they'll buy us. As a veteran, I am very dishearted about the state of affairs. I am an independent but am leaning with the Dems this election. However, the general election is far from now so let's get the tcket out there and stop all this bickering. Otherwise, many independents will end up going Republican.

As a former resident of Hawaii I don't see how Barack Obama is favored there because he was born and raised there. Hillary Clinton was born and raised in Illinois but she did not with the state. It seems like the media is in Obama's corner. I have to say that FOX News has been the most fair to Hillary Clinton.

Larry Dickman - IA   February 19th, 2008 3:26 pm ET

Hey Canada:

What has Senator Clinton done that has prepared her to be the President of the US? Living in the White House does not mean she is the right person. If that is the case, then why doesn't Chelsea run or Laura Bush?

Second, what has she accomplished? Please let me know?

Third - If Obama has charisma to move people to make change, didn't some other US Presidents do the same thing? I think there names were Kennedy, I think the other one was Bill Clinton.

It would be political suicide if Obama was to win the Presidency and not do what he said he wanted to do.

Those College students happen to be people who are concerned what is happening and they are the FUTURE decision makers of the US and will dictate who gets into office and policies in the future.

Next - Please stay out of US elections. Americans in General stay out of yours, so please stay out of ours.

Voting is very important…many lost their lives for people to have the right to vote. For years and years blacks and women did not have the right to vote.

So, people must go to the polls and vote in record numbers because of the sacifice many have made. Don't let nothing turn you around! Go and Vote!

I'm supporting Obama for President for "real" change.

WOMEN OF NEBRASKA FOR OBAMA   February 19th, 2008 3:22 pm ET

I am 48 years old, a democrat and extremely proud of my country.
No matter how much I hate what is going on with our government(Bush years, war in Iraq) I still have a very strong pride for my country. I have taught my children that they are very lucky to have been born in such a wonderful country. A country where they can be what they want to be, say what they want to say and basically be free. How Michelle Obama could say that she has never been proud to be an American in her entire adult life just astounds me. A woman married to a man in politics must have a strong pride for this country. How could she say this?? Makes you wonder what her husband really thinks - pretty words - what are his real thoughts.

Again another platitude of Hillary's experience. What experience. Also, what makes everyone think that if Hillary wins this time, she will only serve 4 years and then let Obama bne president. What qualifies as seasoning? If fighting with republicans, then that is right. And given that, why would it be any different if she gets elected. I would like to know just how they propose to get their solutions implamented and what compromises they are willing to make to their proposals. No matter who is elected, they need others to get things done and just fighting will not do it.

Vote for the person with the best ideas, not the best speeches (plagiarized or not).

Obama has come more of a rockstar than a U.S. President.

His speeches are great and he talks about uniting people and bringing people together, but he rarely goes into HOW he is going to make that happen?

How can you bring people together on divisive issues like abortion, stem-cell research, and global warming where there are really only two major viewpoints that completely oppose each other?

WIll Obama be able to take a stand on controversial issues even though it means upsetting one side? In the Illinois state senate, he made it seem with his "Present votes" that he'd rather not take a stand than upset some people.

Obama may change his judgment, but how can I be sure of that? All I can be sure of is his past record.

Matt in WI   February 19th, 2008 3:17 pm ET

I live in Janesville WI and work in Madison, WI. While there are Clinton supporters out there, every person I've spoken to are voting for Barack Obama. At first, I thought it might just be the people I hang out with and have the same views, but it doesn't matter who I ask, the answer is always Obama. This includes under 30, over 30, black, white, hispanic. Even the High Schools in Janesville allowed thier 18 y/o seniors to go out and vote during school hours!
He has had a large impact with his message in this area. Hillary, on the other hand, has left a bad taste in peoples mouth with her attack ads. Its not needed to run a good campaign here, and its affecting her negatively. Negative ads and fear mongering are turning the young voters away from her.

Liz   February 19th, 2008 3:17 pm ET

I was a Hillary and Bill Clinton supporter, until she began to focus
on slinging cheap shots at Obama. She actually pushed me to research his issues and actually listen to his vision.
He is amazing and just what this country needs. The reports this morning from her campaign about Obama plagarizing his speeches were enough for me. Thanks for the push to support Obama!

This is the year of change and the tides are turning for Hillary Clinton. She is not doing anything that Obama isn't doing. It's called politics. You are so right when you called it the groupies from college and all the emailing they do. Obama needs more experience. He'll have that it 8 more years. The only person I will flock to is my Lord Jesus Christ.
I will honor no false idol. Hillary………you have my vote and the vote of my entire family incluuding our friends.

I , too , am a Canadian like the blogger above but I live now in the U.S. and have recently become a citizen here so that I can vote. If you don't actually LIVE here, it is hard to appreciate the huge issues of everyday life here. No access to health care for millions..unlike when I lived in Canada..and Hillary totally failed at her attempts to improve health care. Obama obtained health care for THOUSANDS in Illinois when he was still just a state senator. His judgement is excellent from everything from the misguided war in Iraq, to the latest economic policies he has formulated . I know that my family in Canada has suffered terribly because of NAFTA…one of the many Clinton debacles. I am a 65 year old nurse…and I don't have any TEENAGE friends, but I do know that my friends are long past being impressed by rock stars, are ALL supporting Obama. They and I feel insulted by such of trivalizing Senator Obama with trite and false descriptions of his base. He has a very broad appeal to all ages and groups, as shown by his amazing victories in places like Idaho.Living here, under years of Clinton and Bush flawed administrations, certainly clarifies that the MANY achievements already of Senator Obama( have you visited his website at barackobama.com, Pro Clinton Canadian??) makes him the only clear choice at this time in history.

Voted for Hillary in WI   February 19th, 2008 3:12 pm ET

I’m confused. If the claim is that Senator Obama will “unite” across party, across race, across gender, etc., why does the media keep referring to the possible civil war within the Democratic Party if the Michigan and Florida votes are seated and if the super delegates have to make the decision in the end. Is this an example of the unity he will create in the White House if it comes to that? Not off to a very good unifying start, I’d say.

I’ve heard it said that if Hillary receives the nomination that there’s a good possibility Obama would be asked to run as Vice-President for various reasons. Conversely, if he receives the nomination it’s not likely that Hillary would be asked to run as Vice-President because she is too divisive. I’m trying to put two and two together here and it’s not adding up. Who’s the divisive one?????

James   February 19th, 2008 3:08 pm ET

The brilliant Senator Clinton made a marvelous speech in Madison today which drew important distinctions between her and Obama; Senator Clinton offering solutions to important and difficult problems confronting our society, versus Obama's rhetoric devoid of significant substance. For example, Obama whips up the crowd with talk of a free college education, and yet ignores the vast array of help that college age students already have such as a Work-Study Program, which I used to obtain a MSEE degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Whereas, Senator Clinton proposes a Industrial Policy approach to buy $50 billion of wind and solar power by removing the $50 billion tax break from Big Oil which they no longer need!! Obama does not mention the possibly $150 billion price tag on his free college education idea, or how he plans to get it paid for, rather than simply letting the upcoming college student tap into the existing student loan program or Work-Study Programs.

James, California   February 19th, 2008 3:07 pm ET

Just vote. Don't make a fuss about a lack of perfect people to lead this imperfect nation. There is not a candidate alive who has not used someone else's words without noting it. (The Clintons depend on this sort of non-sense). The best thing to do is give the person you're quoting credit so that there are no bulls*#t claims of stealing someone else's words. Obama knows this and has admitted as much. If this disqualifies the guy in your opinion then vote for someone else.

One thing about Obama; he makes it clear that nothing will happen without the people's help. Hillary talks about being in the game for 35 years but I can't think of one thing that she's done that didn't first benefit the Clintons.

J

JACKIE   February 19th, 2008 3:06 pm ET

And what about this issue of the election machines not working in New York, where precincts in the Harlem area showed not one single vote for Obama. Suspcious? Why aren't the media all over this one? The small article I read stated that election officials are working to determine what went wrong, but won't have results for weeks.

Maxine   February 19th, 2008 3:06 pm ET

Kathleen from Illinois hit it right-the day before voters vote; smear campaigns begin on the Clinton side. If all they can get out of his record is that he quotes people with getting permission-but didn't annouce it and Michelle is also being misquoted-listen to the whole thing. Then we get what we deserve with the Clintons, yes thats right both of them. Bill didn't help Washington states economy, you see what we thought of his ideas for econmical growth, I mean her ideas. Same as his………..

Sarah L, Fayetteville, AR   February 19th, 2008 3:05 pm ET

I sincerely hope the Wisconsin and Hawaii voters aren't fooled by the petty attacks on Obama. I hope they are looking to Clinton's ability to implement her plans. Why didn't we have healthcare after the 90's? Why wasn't there a green sector after the 90's? Why wasn't there an end to the influence of special interests after the 90's? If she's going to run a campaign based on her experience, then look to what she was able to accomplish before–not a whole lot of anything.

George Glymph   February 19th, 2008 3:05 pm ET

I find it very insteresting that the National Teacher's Union is forcing some of it employees to work on the Clinton campaign in Texas, Ohio, regardless who the employee is supporting. I would think the Teachers that pay the Union to support they causes are not happy campers that there money is being spent on a candidate that might not win the White House, then what do you do; plead with the winner.
I understand the Union is supporting Ms. Clinton with money, but when you force employees to campaign for her could cause her some problems if there heart is not into it.

Obama and company repeatedly go negative and attack Hillary and her supporters-using an "offense" tactic. When Hillary and supporters (incl. Bill) respond with "offense" defensiveness, the media carries the flapping coming from the far left that accuses Hallary of being negative, defensive, and racist. The last time the Democratic Party put up a left wing liberal for President-we lost…again. This moderate democrat is going to leave the party if the left wing liberals prevail again and choose a candidate for me that I can't support (I reluctantly supported Kerry as he was the best- worse choice over Bush). I'm hoping that if Hillary doesn't get the Democratic Party nomination that she will run as an Independent so moderates of all parties have a candidate to vote for. Maybe Huckabee will run as an Independent and the Republican right wingers will have someone they can support. Then we would truly have a "democratic" presidential election free from the control of the party(s) elites!

Like the rock stars who can stir the teenagers up to a frenzy, Barak Obama has the kind of charisma that can intoxicate the college crowd. They have done as much to contribute to his cash coffers as the teens do at the box office by using their internet skills to build a nation wide outpouring of both enthusiasm and funds for his campaign.
But Obama is not seasoned enough to take on the huge task he has set for himself. Hillary is the one who is magnificiently prepared. She was born to be the presidential nominee who will sweep away the chaos left in the Bush years and develop sane, workable policies both domestically and internationally.
She is the best presidential nominee the US could ever hope for after the terrible time of troubles brought on by the neo consof the last eight years. There is much Obama could do as Secretary of State, if not Vice Pesident. Four years hence it could be his turn.
Up here many hope that Americans will come to their senses and recognize that they are being manipulated by college freshmen, juniors and sophomores who have given him what must rurn out tobe a temporary lead.

Elliott   February 19th, 2008 2:57 pm ET

I am a Wisconsin voter that will be participating tonight. I have been talking with other Wisconsin residents over the last month and none of them have said they support Hillary Clinton, but they were voting for Obama.

Just this last Sunday, a county snow-plow stopped at the end of our road to take his lunch break. I stopped and talked with the guy and he said, he was listening to his guy Barack Obama on the radio.

This gentleman was a white, blue collar, Wisconsin voter just like many others I've spoken to in the last month.

WE THE PEOPLE FOR BARACK OBAMA!

Mark, Delaware   February 19th, 2008 2:56 pm ET

Please save this email for after the General Election so you can email me and tell me I was right……You will be very sorry with OBAMA as a candidate against McCain. We will lose the White House again…..only this time BUSH won't have stolen it, it will have been won fair and square. He is not ready now, soon….but not yet and it will make us all sad when we see another 4 years wasted.

She is the better candidate against any R. Most of you are so wrapped up in this that you can not see our future. Our colective lose.

Kate   February 19th, 2008 2:54 pm ET

Desperate times call for desperate measures and Hillary is definitely desperate as she sees her previously impenetrable position eroding. I believe that people will see this as a clear example of her "say anything, do anything" mentality in her quest for power and it will work against her. Puh-leeze! Hill and Bill need to just go away now.

ahmed canada   February 19th, 2008 2:54 pm ET

I am canadian but to watch and listen American allection is intresting , seems to me Obama is gaining momentum, hope he will win if he is a right for the job.

Frank   February 19th, 2008 2:54 pm ET

No, Kathleen! We are certainly not stupid and we see right through the empty rhetorics of Obama. How much can he lie and how much can he try to fool the people that so easily fall into his trap of feel good speeches, which now seem to be not all coming from him. We have woken up and the game will change!

Rick, Madison   February 19th, 2008 2:53 pm ET

I voted in Wisconsin, but I really wish I were caucusing in Hawaii.

Go Obama. Sweep today and roll through March.

Peace   February 19th, 2008 2:53 pm ET

Kathleen, I disagree with you a little bit. People in Wisconsin are well educated. They can¨t be twisted like that. They saw the Negative Ads of Hillary and when the Patrick issue came, they do understand what is behind it. We wait and see how the results will come out. I can bet now.

Will   February 19th, 2008 2:53 pm ET

Obama gave a better speech though and was far more inspirational then Gov. Patrick, so what, the point is he gave a motivational speech that got the crowd fired up.
Maybe thats why Billary is mad, she can't give a speech thats inspires or motivates, I mean listen to John McCain fire up a crowd….MONOTONE & Boring.

Braineel   February 19th, 2008 2:53 pm ET

Get out and vote for Obama people stop this harsh madness. Obama did not steal his words, he was encouraged to use them by his friend.

Is Hillary going to say words do not matter and then turn right around and focus on them?

Is Hillary going to attack Obama on Rezco and then later admit her campaign took money from him too?

I Hillary going to whine about debates when debating saves her needed money?

Is Hillary going to try to seat Florida and Michigan after agreeing to the party's ruling?

Is Hillary willing to do anything to win no matter how much it hurts her party?

Yes she will!

Obama is clearly the superior campaigner. Please Wisconsin, brave the cold and vote Obama!

John   February 19th, 2008 2:52 pm ET

Hillary Clinton's catch phrase has just got to be "You Know" Well Mrs Clinton we DO NOT KNOW about you Tax returns for the Charity and much else about your underhanded campaign. We don't know why you have Blocked the Ron Brown documentary, we don't know why you supported NAFTA. we don't know why you supported Bushes IRAQ war, we don't know why you so disparage hope, We don't know how your last attempt on health care failed,
most of all we don't know if you have any good judgement at all whats the point of experience without good judgement.
PS. You will never get the MANDATED health care plan through congress and the senate.

WISCONSIN VOTERS: Is the weather preventing some people from getting out to vote?

maeen mawari   February 19th, 2008 2:50 pm ET

I second the comment above. Obama '08

david   February 19th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

GO HILLARY!!!

See ya soon in Texas!

lamont, Las Vegas   February 19th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

Hillary is too calculating and a bad match for a country looking for a good person, not hte best trained crook.

HRC4me   February 19th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

Hillary does not copy Obama, in fact his economic policy outline copies hers almost to the word. I do not understand those who say that her truthful statements about what Obama does as being an attack. In a campaign she has every right to point out her opponents negative aspects. There is simply nothing wrong with it. In a campaign people are supposed to compete. That is what she is doing… emphasizing her strengths and pointing out his weaknesses… which is exactly what he does to her… but I don't hear you complaining about that! Wisconsin, Hawaii, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc… this country needs you to do the right thing… it is your judgement to use and we are counting on it at this critical moment. Obama is not ready, he needs more experience, and his arrogance has gone to his head. Vote for Hillary… she will do right by this country!!

Hillary Clinton '08

Charles   February 19th, 2008 2:49 pm ET

"Are we stupid?" Of course you are. As somebody from the Clinton's campaign said, if you're running on speeches, at least they should be yours. Nobody cares about what Patrick says, it is not betwen Obama and MA governor (who ran on speeches and promises and sounds like didn't succeed much in real life), this is between Obama and voters. He was too lazy to write his own speech for the important meeting; he's to lazy to wash so that his own kids wouldn't refuse to get in bed with him because he's "smelly" (accordig to Michelle Obama). imagine what's going to happen when, God forbid, he's a president of the country hisi wife has never been proud of until now.

USA!! USA   February 19th, 2008 2:48 pm ET

First Hillary Insults caucus goers, saying that they are irrelevant, then she clames that Obama stole someone else words, when the guy said it was ok. what is she playing at? America is Hillary actually working for us or against us? Why is she on the attack all the time. No wonder people don't like her political image, and Obama is getting all the support.

AMERICA! NEEDS CHANGE… AND THAT CHANGE IS CERTAINLY NOT A CLINTON AT THIS POINT IN TIME. SORRY!! OBAMA ALL THE WAY.

Wisconsin xx

Casey   February 19th, 2008 2:48 pm ET

I hope The Big Borrower- The Hope Pope and wife who just became proud to be an American are beginning to see where the crest of this cultish wave breaks: at the sea shore of reality. The truth is, he isn't even close to ready. Let's try in 2016 after 8 years of Veep. (Disclaimer: I actually like the guy).

josh   February 19th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

HILLARY 08

Rodney   February 19th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

With all due respect, it is Obama who has come out with his plans months after Hillary's and would'nt you know that they are almost identical with a bit of tweaking. Obama is not the answer to our woes.
VOTE HILLARY - A WOMAN WHO HAS THE PLANS, THE VISION AND THE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
GO HILLARY 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND BILL HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROUD OF AMERICA!!!!!

rachel   February 19th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

I proudly casted my vote for Hillary today In Milwaukee, WI

masgap   February 19th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

I just woted for Hillary Go Hillary so excited I meant "voted"

Denise   February 19th, 2008 2:47 pm ET

I thought it was the press that released this info, not Clinton? From what I undertand, Clinton camp responded to what was being reported in the news and being shown on You Tube.

Sam Gonzales   February 19th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

The truth of the matter is that Obama only offers his words. They should at least be his own. Is Deval Patrick going to give Obama ideas when he's in the White House? Yes, they all do it, they all take words and works from other politicians. Clinton has been running on her experience and her plans that she has laid out. The only thing Obama has done is effectively spoken to the American people about change. So do you see the characteristic difference and why this issue is important?

Tim   February 19th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

Team Clinton is trying last minute smear tactics.

Don't let us down Wisconsin

Republican for Obama   February 19th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

Ok, so it's been politics, politics lately….but did you have to and mention the great weather in Hawaii vs. freezing in Wisconson….now all I can think of is I wanna go to the alloha state.

I give all the credit in the world to those going out to vote today especially those braving the weather. And just let me say good job to all those young voters who are getting involved…way to go.

Yes we can,

Jasmine, NC
Obama 08

Marc   February 19th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

Poor Hillary: She doesn't understand that Obama used phrases that he and one of his national co-chairpeople agreed would be effective. Since Governor Duvall Patrick (MA-D) used them first and then suggested that Sen Obama use them it isn't plagerism. JFK with his ask not phrase paraphrased the words of a previous president.

If Hillary wants to worry about honesty and integrity she should release her income tax returns, records concerning her role as First Lady and be open about who she really is.

I'm a 60+, white, protestant, moderatly conservative Republican; however I am ready for change and will vote for Obama in November if he is the nominee. Otherwise I'll vote for McCain.

masgap   February 19th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

I just woted for Hillary Go Hillary

Jude   February 19th, 2008 2:46 pm ET

People…we know how the Clintons are. We know the like to do anything to win a contest. But we can stop them right here, right now because we are tired of the non-sense, negative, stupid politic game that they always play. Don't be fooled by the Clintons because we know their character. Its time to "Stand for Change", its time to say "Yes We Can", Its time to move on, heal this country, unite this country and We can do it right here, right now. Obama is the only candidate who can bring real change, who can unite the country, who can bring a new mind set, new ideas, and bring some decency to the Oval office. We need CHANGE Now! not 4 years from now or 8 years from now…but Today. Lets make history…not be history. Vote for Barack because he's the only one who can do that! Obama 08! Real Change that We can believe in!

Brian   February 19th, 2008 2:44 pm ET

Warm or cold, it's Obama's day… and Hillary better get out of the way!

Obama '08!!!

RPF   February 19th, 2008 2:44 pm ET

Sorry Senator McCain, Dr. Ron Paul is staying in the race all the way to the end — to the convention when the nominee will actually be selected.

JJJJJ   February 19th, 2008 2:43 pm ET

HILLARY,OUT ! GO, GO OBAMA

vince   February 19th, 2008 2:42 pm ET

the problem is that when you claim you are inspirational and have a way with words, they have to be your own!

McCain will have a field day with that one!

Who were the two singers that ended their careers when people found out they were not the ones singing their songs:
Milly & Vanilly or something like that! (not sure of the spelling, I was never a fan of those fakes, nor of Obama)

carol disario   February 19th, 2008 2:42 pm ET

Why does Obama get all the free rides and the media continually attack Hillary. He is just preaching to the media and crouds. Where is the beef? Will he be able to handle the attacks coming his way as Hillary has already experienced over the years? Words are just that, but experience and being tough when needed also counts.

Jessica Mumese   February 19th, 2008 2:41 pm ET

Could americans elect a CIC who is half american and half african?
Democrats are handing a golden plate to McCain who is a true american

Adam   February 19th, 2008 2:41 pm ET

Clinton all the way!
Yes I believe she will win Wisconsin tonight and then later after Ohio, Texas, and Pennsylvania will clinch the nomination!!

Texas4Obama   February 19th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

Why does Hillary always pull a dirty trick the day before a election?

I really wish the news media would have given Senator Obama's SISTER in Hawaii as much attention as they gave to Chelsea. Obama's sister is a very intelligent woman and Chelsea won't even speak to the media- go figure!

Obama '08

Chris   February 19th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

Why are you not even investagating this guys claim against mr obama. If this was the clintons it would be all over the news. If larry sinclare has staded he would take a lie dector test I think you should at least hear this guy out. Please view this guy You Tube conffesion. He is claiming that he had oral sex with Mr obama and did crack cocain. I can deal with the drugs as teen but he was a us senator at this time.

The us presidecy can not endore this embarsment in the exc branch again. Please look into this. It would be ashame that this story hit the media right before the presidetial elections and the democrats loose the white house.

Rob, NY   February 19th, 2008 2:40 pm ET

Please Wisconsin, don't buy into Hillary's negative banter. Her campaign has done several things in the past few days are mirror the type of campaign run by Karl Rove. Up until yesterday, I respected Hillary. Now, I'd rather vote for McCain. At least he doesn't take part in the negative politics.
Hillary borrows phrases from her husband, she borrows phrases from Obama. Did she give credit to Obama when she said "let's turn the page" and "I'm fired up and ready to go?"

MichelleObamaHatesAmerica   February 19th, 2008 2:39 pm ET

For the first time you are proud of the country? Forget about the coldwar or how we have liberated countries

Harriet Buckalew   February 19th, 2008 2:39 pm ET

When you give Obama a glowing campaign ad about his youth (growing up in Hawaii) why don't you give equal time to Hilary Clinton about her upbringing and college years? It seems that the only thing you find interesting about her is "Wild Bill". Hasn't anyone at CNN read her book? There's a lot of inspirational material there ( at least to another woman) that could make for some positive comments once in awhile. The bashing and sexism in the media is really getting old!

Michelle   February 19th, 2008 2:38 pm ET

I think that people are smarter than Hillary thinks they are. At the very least Hillary, you had no right to pick up the first stone and throw it at Obama…..can you say "Yes we can" one more time for you loyal followers?

April V.   February 19th, 2008 2:38 pm ET

Hillary always makes these sleaze attacks the day before an election.

She's shameless, and will do and say anything to win.

She's looking more and more like Bush each day ….

Rose, MD   February 19th, 2008 2:37 pm ET

We have a viscious woman running for presidency. I wish we had a better choice to represent us. This is sad.

God is on Barrack's side, he will win all remaining primaries by God's grace!

Mary Brock   February 19th, 2008 2:37 pm ET

We do NOT need THE Clinton's in the White House AGAIN !

Kentucky   February 19th, 2008 2:31 pm ET

GO OBAMA!!!!!

Rebecca - CA   February 19th, 2008 2:27 pm ET

Go Cheeseheads!!! Even though the weather is fierce….Show the country how enthusiastic and full of HOPE you are!!! I am so proud of my country right now…just like Michelle Obama… Now more than ever, every vote counts!!!

ANTI CLINTONS   February 19th, 2008 2:26 pm ET

Vote for Obama, for change, not tthe same old thing by the creepy Clintons.

Kevin, San Antonio, TX   February 19th, 2008 2:23 pm ET

I hope Wisconsin voters and all Americans will open their eyes and realize a "Bush" or "Clinton" has ruled this country for the past 25 years! We are in desparate need of change, and OBAMA will pave the way for a new America!

kathleen, illinois   February 19th, 2008 2:23 pm ET

Michelle Obama made a mistake in words. Basically, I believe
that she is a good person. How long are we going to drag this
one on.Forever.Maybe we can send her to prison. Our country
certainly has a way of blowing things up. Please, people this is ridiculous.

anthony for hillary   February 19th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

a vote for BARACK is a vote for DEFEAT in november.

GO HILLARY!!! she's tested and ready to continue leading. just ask the majority of NEW YORKERS who elected her - TWICE - to the senate.

contrary to the endless spin in the MSM, mrs. clinton is the only real hope democrats have this year.

M.E.M FROM KANSAS CITY   February 19th, 2008 2:21 pm ET

Thank you for you're vote today. OBAMA 08

kathleen, illinois   February 19th, 2008 2:19 pm ET

With all the news that Hillary let out the day before the election
about Obama and his friend Deval Patrick, maybe some people
will vote for Hillary instead of Obama. Look folks, this is exactly
why Hillary announced that the night before the primaries. Obama
in April stated to the BOston Globe that he was friends with Deval
and that they exchange ideas. Hillary has seen that what Obama
says, works and she copies and then attacks Obama. It's just
unbelievable. Her character remains to be scrutinized, not by
anyone but the voters. Are we stupid???OBAMA for Wisconsin, D.C.
Hawaii, Texas etc.

Vikki, Tennessee   February 19th, 2008 2:17 pm ET

What? It's cold in Wisconsin? And warm in Hawaii you say?

Just tell us when you have exit poll numbers please and thank you.

John   February 19th, 2008 2:15 pm ET

Wisconsin and Hawaii please make it another clean sweep for our candidate
Barack Obama

Suzanne   February 19th, 2008 2:14 pm ET

I JUST HOPE ALL OF THE RESIDENTS OF WISCONSIN AND HAWAII ARE UP ON ALL THE CURRENT EVENTS THAT HAS TRANSPIRED DURING THE LAST DAY OR SO…….YOU NEED TO USE YOUR OWN WORDS ESPECIALLY DURING THIS KIND OF ELECTION….BUT HAD IT BEEN HILLARY THAT DID THIS THE NEWS MEDIA WOULD HAVE SAID IT WAS THE END OF HER CAMPAIGN FOR SURE……….ANOTHER REASON WHY QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ASKED!!!…..DO ALL OF YOU HAVE BLIND FAITH IN BARACK OBAMA??? DON'T YOU THINK IT'S FUNNY THAT HE DOESN'T WANT TO DEBATE HILLARY IN WISCONSIN?? BECAUSE I DO !! IF IT WERE ME I WOULDN'T TURN DOWN ANY DEBATE….THAT JUST SHOWS ME HE NOT AS READY AS HE THINKS AND EVERYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER….I JUST WISH WOMEN IN THIS COUNTRY WOULD STAND TOGETHER BECAUSE THE ONLY CHANGE…AND THIS WOULD BE A SIGNIFICANT…TO HAVE HILLARY CLINTON AS OUR NEXT PRESIDENT!! PEOPLE WAKE THE HELL UP!!!!!

donnajp   February 19th, 2008 2:12 pm ET

Get out the vote Wisconsin. We HRC supporters thank you from the bottom of our hearts for working so hard. Go Hillary 08.

Still Alive   February 19th, 2008 2:09 pm ET

Go Mike Huckabee in Wisconsin!!!

Joe   February 19th, 2008 2:07 pm ET

Come on Wisconsin, I'm proud to live in this state, don't let me down. Let's be a leader in moving forward and electing Obama!
