Schneider: Clinton stresses connection to Latinos

AUSTIN, Texas (CNN) - Hillary Clinton used her opening statement to immediately stress her roots in South Texas - the stronghold of the state’s Latino community. She spent time there after college in a voter registration effort - and she wants Latino voters watching tonight to remember this. She clearly has a target audience tonight.

Doesn't it matter to anyone that it was Bill Clinton that pushed for NAFTA and sent our jobs overseas?

Obama has read all the books on how to communicate and win friends....just tell them what they want to hear. Use sound bites..You can't be wrong if you don't say anything....This is a country that consistently elects the likeable candidate and not the intelligent person and that is because Americans are gullable.....Obama is an infomercial and people get mezmarized by them and he knows it. He plays a game that is familiar to managers who sit daily around a meeting table. Obama is the person who waits 'til everyone talks and then takes the good ideas and sums them up and also takes the credit. He is an elonquent George W. Bush!!!!!! Vote with your mind and not your heart

Hillary makes herself look so silly when she COMPLAINS that Obama is an eloquent speaker as if that is somehow a deficit. We've had an inarticulate President for the past 8 years. I welcome the opportunity to have a poised, articulate President representing this country around the world. Words do matter. If you can't movtivate and inspire people, it will be difficult to rally the county to real change. I also think it will be diffiult for someone with the baggage of bitter partisanship that the Clintons bring to bring the country together. Deserved or not, 47% of Americans hate her.

Come on America wake up Hillary should be the president and him the vice president

It is time people really think WHO will be the leader

I am so tired of him and also the media
