Am I wrong, or has Bush been the one TRYING to promote military spending, while senators like Mr. Obama have pulled back the budget? You can blame W for being in Iraq, but you can't say that he is responsible for "them to get properly equipped." For a guy that prefers to "stick to the issues" he sure doesn't mind Bush-bashing at every turn.
