John McCain tries very hard to be a good man and do what he thinks is right but he continues to try to walk the fence between the policies of GWB and the intellectual conservative.

There was a time that I would not have doubted he was the best man to handle a "military" crisis. However since he recent ravings about "bomb, bomb, bombing Iran" and his adoption of the Neocon foreign policy, I am genuinely concerned that he is out of touch with reality. Anyone who can joke about starting another war while our men and women are dying in Iraq has a few screws loose.

McCain would make a good general post Petraeus since that's where all his policies come from. He is completely out of touch on every non military issues. He can't even fake being interested in the economy or social affairs. He is not experienced in dealing with international crisis; an experienced person would not make remarks like "bomb bomb bomb Iran" or hope Castro dies quickly. He's already making unproductive remarks against Russia and Venezuela. He has shown poor judgement any numerous occasions.

It would appear that Senator Clinton is so hell bent on winning the battle and not the war that she has now had the audacity to rank herself and John McCain above her democratic rival Senator Obama in terms of who is best suited to handle a crisis as CINC.

She is either confused or seeking a VP nod from McCain when she loses the Democratic nomination. Never in my life have I seen anything this grotesquely incompetent from a candidate while running against their own party member.

Obama should feel very comfortable now. As Ghandi once said, "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they attack you, then you win."

This poor woman has totally lost sight of the prize here. She apparently is so sure she is going to lose, and she will, that she has gone to work for the other side.

What is really at risk is a failing economy and the total erossion of the America financial system. McCain and Hillary don't have a clue except for lies and misinformation of the truth. President Reagan was 74 to start his second term. His famous speech in 1987 when he was 76, "Mr. Gorbachev, Tear down this wall." marked the end of the Cold War without firing a shot. I would rather have an older leader with great character than a young fool lacking any character or conviction.

go mccain – you are the best candidate with the best history and the best record to keep our country safe in a crisis. I just wish that people would settle down and listen to the actual issues instead of seeing which candidate has the best endorsements or the most money. All of us need to sit down and examine each of the candidates for who they really are and then go from there on their choices. I am only sixteen years old and have more common sense then people half my age. I have been following each of the candidates, write articles on each of them for my school newspaper, and am trying to get into a political program. If i don't know my candidates by now there must be something really wrong with me. I may be a girl but I do not want Hillary Clinton running this country and I do think that we need a change but Barack Obama is not the person to be doing that. John McCain is the best candidate to be running the nation and most of the old people I know ( I am a CNA at a nursing home ) stay up very late into the night and are light sleepers. LOL
