Clinton: My thoughts are with Spitzer

OLD FORGE, Pennsylvania (CNN) - Sen. Hillary Clinton said she had no comment on New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's possible involvement in a prostitution ring.

"I obviously am sending my best wishes and thoughts to the governor and to his family," she told reporters after visiting with reporters in a local pizza parlor.

When asked whether Gov. Spitzer could survive politically she said "let's wait and see what comes out of the next few days. Right now I don't have any comment. I think it's appropriate to wish his family well and see how things develop."

Obama never slept with Bill Clinton so he does not have the experience that Hillary got. Rohit your views on Hillary are so sexist, you need a crash course on anger management.

Can anyone comment on this? I heard from several people that Hilary is lesbian... there are several links on line about this... why not disclose it?

Birds of a feather flock together.

Imagine Clinton's being supportive of a marital CHEATER who is an elected official, GOVERNOR of NEW YORK where she's Senator.

    HAHAHAHAHAHA!

    Chickens come home to roost.

This is why men can not run for the office. They are more corruptive than women in politics.

Tell that to Imelda Marcos, or Winnie Mandela. For that matter, tell that to Hillary Clinton.

Women and men are just as easily corruptible. The only reason we see more corrupt men is that there are more men in politics. Your statement has no basis in fact.

Why was she even asked of this? And why is this news on senator Clinton? CNN is trying to make news. Why isn't the trial that is going on right now in Chicago in which senator Obama's name came up twice in the first day is not being reported?

Good grief. I can't believe these Hillay haters. What is wrong with you. And the sky will open and celestrial quires will sing and all is right with the world. Well , at least if you believe in what obama preaches.

Leave Hillary out of this you morons, uninformed, hate-spewing Obama supporters.

You know, This is about the smartest things that Hillary has done during this campaign. She actually said very little and considering what Bill did a few years ago, she will probably tear him a new one tonight when she gets home.

"Bill you better tell me now if you are on that list?"

She should distance herself from the Governor who is a Superdelegate. This stresses even more how superdelegates should not try to decide things in place of the voters in the USA.

Reminds me of the man who lied to the American people when he said, "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky." Check out that video on youtube.

    @ Jay in Kansas

You better do more research yourself.

Hillary Clinton's middle name is not "Diane".

You support a candidate, whose name you do not even know.

This is really worrisome and explains why a majority of the less -educated lean more toward Clinton.

Based on the level of the allegations, my guess is that Hillary will only denounce, but not reject his support (since there is a supposed difference).

Yeah, your thoughts are really for Spitzer. In less than an hour, Hillary Clinton's Campaign removed all references to Spitzer and his endorsement of her from her website. The guy has not even resigned and/or been indicted and she throws him under the bus so quickly.
