Clinton: My thoughts are with Spitzer

OLD FORGE, Pennsylvania (CNN) - Sen. Hillary Clinton said she had no comment on New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's possible involvement in a prostitution ring.

"I obviously am sending my best wishes and thoughts to the governor and to his family," she told reporters after visiting with reporters in a local pizza parlor.

When asked whether Gov. Spitzer could survive politically she said "let's wait and see what comes out of the next few days. Right now I don't have any comment. I think it's appropriate to wish his family well and see how things develop."

Oh course Hillary's thoughts are with her old pal Spitzer! He is one of her endorsers and is a "Super Delegate" pledged to her. She owns him.

Just a thought here... since the Spitzers & Clintons are so chummy... what are the chances that Bill has been getting a little on the side courtesy of his buddy Eliot?

HRC must overtly "denounce and reject" Elliot Spitzer's vote as a superdelegate

Whoever thinks that he, she or it has license to preface my comment with, "Your comment is awaiting moderation" should by now realize that he, she or it is not my audience.

James Carville (Clinton lackey) said that Gov.Spitzer should not resign...unbelievable!!!! Spitzer is a Hilary Superdelegate.....Carville (Clinton) should be thinking about the people of NY instead of losing one of their Superdelegates.

Why doesn't Clinton denounce and reject this behavior? All of a sudden she has no comment. I guess one way to shut her up is to talk about sex.

Hillary should DENOUNCE and REJECT this guys support and his superdelegate vote (especially since it will be stripped from him once he resigns).

Incredible headline. A blatantly obvious attempt to connect HIllary with the latest scandal, which has nothing to do with her. This type of journalism has no business on a reputable news venue.

If Spitzer resigns that would mean all 3 NY area governors would have resigned in under 4 years... wow...

Thank goodness Clinton and Spitzer link is the Same State Representation. Luckily Spitzer isn't the governor of Illinois!

  24. Where is the DNC?

linking Spitzer's support of Clinton is like linking Ted Kennedy's endorsement of Obama. At least Spitzer didn't kill anyone. P.S., neither did Bill Clinton.

    A Question:

WHAT HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH HILLARY?

I'm a Republican and an Obama supporter; but you know what? Hillary has got nothing to do with this, o.k.?

As far as the Gov. is concerned, I get that he is a great "moral crusader," but prostitutes? Come on! Our country has real problems, and this is non-issue is a waste of time.
