Questions, questions, questions...

Aren't we beyond the question of the "dream" ticket?

Is this an act of desperation on the part of the Clinton campaign?

Why am I not as excited about the "dream team?"

What about Obama as President and Hillary as Vice President?

Will this nomination process ever end?

Will the Mississippi, Pennsylvnia and the superdelegates finally "put us out of our misery?"

Is the Presidential election really an eterenity (I mean eight months) away?

So, many questions. So few answers.

...but alas, I still have hope.

Clever Girl.

With this move she:
Eats into Obama's base for change.
Gets perceived as the Democratic Party uniter.
Shows initiative and leadership.

It IS appropriate to say that a candidate is less suited for the top job, but better qualified for the supporting position. That is what usually happens to candidates that show the potential to blossom in the future.

sorry...but serving as a first lady definitely doesn't certify hillary as
commander-in-chief material...i mean anyone who believes that is
as dumb as a rock. she and her staff must believe that we are a bunch
of idiots to believe anything as far fetched as that notion...that would
mean that laura and barbara and even jackie O were qualified and
that just isn't the truth. hillary is no more qualified today than barack is
which makes him the better choice anyways.

Are you wondering about Senator Clinton's experience? Read the above article again. People in the know ATTEST to that because they have been dealing with her at different levels and capacities for a long time. "Ret. Gen Joe Ballard – who joined Wolfson on the call, along with Ret. Gen. Wesley Clark and Ret. Adm. Joe Sestak — made the case that Clinton is more qualified to handle foreign crises than Obama, an argument her campaign has been stressing in recent weeks." Now, are you still wondering about her experience? Or do you just simply do not want to believe.

Hey CNN put the rest of Senator Obama's comments in Columbia Mississippi. He told voters "not to be Bamboozled or Hoodwinked. She placed John McCain ahead of me and now I am ready enough to be her Vice President." Then he quoted former Presidend Bill Clinton. His answer to this question was very pointed and clear. He told the attendees "not to be confused on this issue." Report it all!!!

Those democrates, who wants to see Hillary and Obama on one ticket, you got your message, which is Hillary is ready to be on one ticket with Obama, while Obama is not ready to be her VP. Therefore, in order to make sure we get them on one ticket, we should support Obama heavily so that we could end her fairy tale. And then we could convince Obama to have her his running mate for Nov 08.

Talk about same old same ole. The Clinton machine just won't quit. Offering the VP slot to the guy that is kicking her butt. Only the Ohio folks (And PA will follow unfortunately) would go for her. Their stupid "right to work" law and Ohio taxes on companies doing business there - is there any reason that Ohio is in an economic tailspin and that they'd support a Hillary.

Obama should just keep moving forward. I suggest he say something about "maybe" offering Hillary the Secretary of State job.

#1 Hillary was not the only one who voted to go to war but it was to be the last resort not an approval to go with out trying every other option.
#2 As first lady she was involved in many of Bill's negotiations, and as Senator she has been more involved in foreign afairs than Obama, who has not even voted on most issues. Present just doesn't cut it.
#3 She has co-authered over 50 bills with Republicans, how many has Obama co-authered?
Clinton in 2008 our best option. Obama is all "smoke and mirrors"

Poor Hillary. Poor Bill. America's power couple deluxe. They just don't get it!

Neither lacks the vision to see what is happening all across the USA. People are disgusted and tired of their "old politics as usual" tactics.
Hillary lacks the character, the integrity and moral ethics to hold either Democratic Candidate position as Vice President and certainly not President.

Hillary tauts her experience of 35 years. The tragedy of that statement is that her first year of experience is so dismally poor and she just never improved on that first year of so-called experience over the past 34 years.

Poor Hillary. It will soon be just Hillary and Bill back in NYC remincising of what might have been.

Poor Hillary. It will soon be just Hillary and Bill back in NYC remincising of what might have been.

I find Obama supporters to be very juvenile. They can't seem to support their candidate without slinging nasty, hateful remarks. It is very childish, but I guess it is easier to be hateful to Hillary than to try to come up with something good to say about their own candidate. Or maybe there isn't anything good to say about their own candidate.

If Hillary is already offering the VP slot, I would say this is another case of declaring "mission accomplished" a little too soon. Obama clearly has the inside track to the nomination at this point in time. And after weeks of her saying he's not ready to be commander in chief, she now thinks he would make a great VP (a heart beat away from commander in chief)? Oh wait, he's not ready right now, but somehow he would be ready a few months from now. Is this making sense to anyone? And who the heck is Hillary to be making this judgement anyway?

This is a complete insult to Barack and all the people who have voted for him. He has won the most votes, states and delegates to date and she is offering him second place? How insulting! I was a huge clinton supporter, but the more i see their true colors coming through, the more i regret my support of her. Hiliary is completely turning me off from wanting to vote for her if she wins the nomination. I have shifted my support to Barack and will NOT vote for Hiliary if she wins the nomination. i hope others will send a message to the clintons that this is not the way to unite the party or the country.

By the way..Clinton is ONLY 99 delegates short of what Obama has totaled currently. I would not get too fixated on the lead since Hillary will win PA and take the lead once again. If one state separates the will of the people, I think it very naive for Obama supporters to use his short-term leverage of a "lead" to claim instant victory. It is not over, and maybe some voters are not for Hillary because they are internally sexist or socially developed to feel this way about a female leader. Whatever, the case, the amount of hate and name-calling that some citizens use against Clinton is morally wrong. I have yet to hear this type of venom spewed against Obama from Clinton supporters, and this is telling on what type of society we currently still live in. It is scary, anti-social, and displays serious character flaws of some people. Also, it is immature and I hope the blogger who called hillary a "witch" does not have any children, for she has not grown up herself.

I am a democrat and I have voted for democrats since 1980. I support Senator Obama in his bid to become the democratic nominee for presidency because I believe in his message of change. If Hillary win this nomination and then goes on to win the election (and her reelection in 2012) that would mean that from 1988 until 2016, twenty-eight years, we would only have had two families rule this country, BUSHES and CLINTON. I am tired of Clinton and I am tired of Bush, I want something new, I want some new blood, some new ideas, some new faces…That is one reason that I am voting for Obama. Clinton does not have a claim to the presidency, neither does anyone else, This is a free country, where we the people can vote for who we want as president. I do not need Hillary and her supporter telling others and me that we are just falling for a good person with a good speech. I am an educated man and I can think for myself. It just goes to show how Hillary and her supporters think they are just better than anyone else, and if you don’t vote for Queen Hillary then you must not be smart!

Hillary is really proving to be the say and do anything to win candidate here. It's one thing to have aides say something different than the candidate, as she claims the Obama camp has done (and hers has done as well quite frankly) but to have the actual candidate SAY that Obama is not ready to be commander-in-chief and then continue to imply he could be the vice president is obvious and its not going unnoticed.

Obama '08! Real change we can believe in!

Wow....strong feelings by all.
Step back and think :
1. Is ANYONE really every ready to be President until they are President?
2. Politics are politics...its all about winning and different people. try different tactics to do so. It has never been otherwise.
3. Please listen to what they do say and don't focus on their age, gender, spouse or ethnic origin.
4. Dont HATE them or LOVE them...listen to them and then make your best informed decision.....

Evidently the Hillary camp is trying to make all the old black women think that if they vote for Hillary, they will still get Obama as Vice President.

There is an easy way for Obama to deal with this nonsense: just offer Hillary a job as the Whitehouse Dishwasher.

As of now Senator Obama is ahead in pledged delegates and the popular vote. The audacity of the Clintons to suggest Senator Obama as a VP. The Clintons are always playing their dirty politics - they only know how to play dirty and win at any cost. If at the end, Sen. Obama is ahead in pledged delegates and Hillary is made the nominee, get prepared for 4 more years of Bush.

We should have Laura Bush as president (She can argue that the has enough experience to be commander-chief) and she will train McCain by taking him as VP.

Give us a break

PS: Chelsea Clinton has the same presidential experience than Hillary

I think the Clinton camp will be eating their words soon. They have been talking about a joint ticket, preferrably in their mind Obama as VP. They proclaim that Obama cannot be the president because of his lack of foreign experience, but he should be VP. But under scrutiny of well if he does not have "foreign policy" experience then why should he be VP they have no answer.

They are going to soon eat their own words and be forced to stop campaigning that line.

Whoever that reporter is that asked that question deserves a special place in Obama history books.

Queen Hillary - What can you say? She and her husband have shown that they feel they are entitled to again be president. She and Bill have completely dismissed Barack Obama as a viable candidate but are WILLING to have Senator Obama has a running mate. The audacity of these two. Why would Senator Obama subject himself to this type of condescension? I find this latest tatic by the Clintons to be at best insulting and at worst a slap in the face to Senator Obama as if they have the nomination already and everything else is only a formality.

To all my Obama Sopporters:

This is all about strategy. Dont let this meaningless rhetoric get you all upset.

The Clinton Camp knows that they are loosing and that the math is not in their favor even with the Florida and Michigan Delegates. They have to do something to stir the pot.

Hillary also knows there is no chance that Barak Obama will choose her to be on the ticket with him when he wins the nomination. Although she would be forced to add him to her ticket if by some miracle she happens to win the nomination. She knows that she cant win without him, but he doesnt need her to win.

OBAMA/McCASKILL 08

YES WE CAN!!!!!!!

Please this is all about the Cliton's taking Obama supporters for fools!! They will stop at nothing to get what they want, if it's not wheeling and dealing with the Superdelegates it's giving the illusion Obama is runing in 2nd place!

Who won the most states so far??
Who won more delegates so far??

How dare the Clinton's offer him VP at this point in the primary talk about underhanded tactics!!

Enough with Hillary and Bill and Politics as usual, if this does not prove we need CHANGE then I don't know what will!!

There will be no joint ticket. Hillary faces a huge uphill battle to win the nomination even if Florida and Michigan are seated. Obama will not pick her as VP. She adds nothing to the ticket and will energize the repulican base besides. If Hillary does manage to mount a comeback promoting her "Experience" then what will she do when someone with real experience like McCain comes along? Run on a change ticket? She changes her campaign like a chameleon changes color.

Obama 08 for real change

Hillary, once again, doing and saying anything to get elected. I am amazed that there are still people out there who do not see through to her true motivations. What gaul, what arrogance to offer the candidate who more people have supported to date the number two job! She knows that she won't get it done by following the rules - she isn't stupid, she can add up the numbers - so Mrs. Clinton is trying every avenue possible to get it done. Disgusting!

I find it interesting that no one has suggested Ms. Clinton has a problem with "upscale educated white" voters. Her campaign's tactics--and especially of late--suggests that this is a demographic group she has decided to not only cede, but insult.

Obama ready by summer? Cool, the election isn't until november...I'm thinking if he only needs a few more months to "qualify" he must be pretty experienced already.
