Exit polls: Obama viewed as more honest

(CNN) – Mississippi Democratic voters view Barack Obama more honest and trustworthy than Hillary Clinton, exit polls indicate.

Roughly 7 in 10 voters said Obama was honest and trustworthy, while only a little more than half said the same for Clinton.

But Clinton voters appear to view Obama in a more negative light than Obama voters view Clinton.

Greater than 9 in 10 Clinton voters said Obama was not trustworthy, while roughly 7 in 10 Obama supporters said the same of Clinton.

It is funny how CNN is pumping up the race. Mississippi is one of the most racist states in our nation. The results from polls should not even matter.

Whites are not going to give the thoughts of black voters the time of day. Blacks are not going to give the thoughts of white voters the time of day.

So what did we really learn from Mississippi? Some states have a long way to go.

Of course Obama is the most obvious candidate! Only extremely stupid people would believe Hillary's lies and deception.

I do believe Obama is much more honest. He's tough but he's a gentleman. He's analytical and proffessorial. He is level headed and has great judgement, which I believe would make him an excellent President.

In response to Gerri Ferraro. She knows exactly what she's doing and they definitely released all this at this time to attract the white voters who hate a black man is leading this campaign.

Pennsylvania has a large white blue collar "southern" type mentality and may identify with now Ferraro playing the "victim"

HIllary is shrewd and brilliant and it may work. After all isn't this what Hitler did to the whites against the Jews. Hillary is very, very dangerous!

She's tapping into what's ugly and shameful in all of us instead of trying to bring out the good and help us take back our government for the people

"...So it is with conviction that I support this resolution as being in the best interests of our nation. A vote for it is not a vote to rush to war; it is a vote that puts awesome responsibility in the hands of our President and we say to him – use these powers wisely and as a last resort. And it is a vote that says clearly to Saddam Hussein – this is your last chance – disarm or be disarmed."

Senator Clinton 2002. When Obama was off NOT voting for ANYTHING

Ha! No one knows enough about Obama publicly to know whether or not he's honest. All you know is what you hear him spewing in his religious-like sermons of inspiration and hope.

Obama is a politician, just like the rest of them. It's not like he's walking down the street with a cross nailed to his back!!!

Wake up folks ! ! ask more questions and analyze this man outside of his rhetoric!

It is truely amazing to me how many people blindly vote. I am an African American, and I am tired of my people verbally attacking me because I support Hilliary. Obama is not my canidate, but I do respect the fact that people have the right to vote for him. Why can't I have the right to vote for Hilliary without comment from other African Americans? I don't berate people for voting for him, even when they tell me they voted for him because he is black.

    Ofcourse Obama is more Honest.

Heck anyone is more honest than a woman, who is married to a sexual offender like Bill. Just listen to Hillary's campaign to see how she changes what she says not day by day, but even hour by hour!!

Well this is no surprise. Sen. Obama has been a champion for the people, and an honest, straight-shooting candidate from the start. Meanwhile Clinton has been running dishonest, negative smear ads, disenfranchising voters, and talking out both sides of her mouth from one state to the next.

CHOOSE HOPE AND CHANGE FOR AMERICA! LET'S MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT AGAIN! OBAMA '08!!!

Honesty means releasing tax returns. It means releasing your documents that support your so-called experience. It means releasing your foundation records. It means releasing your earmark records. It means telling the truth about your support for NAFTA. It means telling the truth about your lack of judgment: If Barack lacks experience, why are you and Bill suggesting a VP position? And what makes him ready by August for the convention. Honesty means not tearing the party apart for your own selfish gain. Honesty mean acting like a civil servant. Honesty, Hillary, honesty. Do you have it? I think not.

Obama is just like any other politician. Look at his dealings in Chicago. I'm an African American and if he is elected President of these here United States, it will be very shocking. I don't even think he's ready for the job, not even for VP. He's not honest and you will see if he wins the primary. I will say this, we're in trouble if either he or McCain win the position. I also think men in this world still think women aren't good enough to lead them.

If it wasn't for you mothers, it wouldn't be any men and if it wasn't for men, we wouldn't be in this mess.

    Go Hillary!

Joanna, quit posting the same message under every header. Obama leads in delegates by more than 125 now... and he leads the popular vote by more than 600,000 votes.

Hillary has no chance and should exit the race now to avoid dragging the party into a brokered convention in Denver.

Seems a lot of he-in and she-in has been going on since this election business started. He wins she works harder. She wins-he panics harder. As a Canadian observing this election, I have seen in all the articles read that with Senator Clinton you get what you get. But Senator Obama carries a sense of too many things not said or hidden. A potentially good man in the making. But he does come across still very much a young green (no I am not slurring his skin color)politician who needs more seasoning.

and the roughly HALF that said Clinton was honest, LIED...

That woman, like Bush, would NOT KNOW THE TRUTH if it bit her on the backside...

    What a joke.

Clinton and truth are two words that are almost polar opposites.
