(CNN) - Sen. Hillary Clinton said she "misspoke" last week when she gave a dramatic description of her arrival in Bosnia 12 years ago, recounting a landing under sniper fire.
Clinton was responding to a question Monday from the Philadelphia Daily News' editorial board about video footage of the event that contradicted her assertion that her group "ran with our heads down" from the plane to avoid sniper fire at the Tuzla Air Base, Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Tommy Vietor, a spokesman for rival Sen. Barack Obama's campaign, said the Bosnia claim was part of "a growing list of instances in which Sen. Clinton has exaggerated her role in foreign and domestic policymaking."
Clinton told the paper's editorial board it was a "minor blip."

By "misspoke" do you mean she lied about her foreign policy experience? I guess that Iraq vote was a minor blunder to.

Clinton misspoked about something that took place years ago but Obama LIED about not being in the church during those hateful anti-American sermons and there's no talk about it. Unbelievable!
It is unbelieveable that Obama on vacation got 200 mostly stupid comments, and as it appears right now, this gets little attention. People go on vacation to make time for what matters in lie people: family. Obama isn't dodging anything by being on vacation. Just like Hillary isn't dodging any bullets in the footage. LOL!

She is obviously way ahead of her time. The sniper fire she had in mind then is the stuff coming at her hard and heavy from the Obama camp now. About time we had a visionary for president.

Hillary also “misspoke” about her vote for the Iraq war, about her support for NAFTA, about Macedonia, about Ireland, about CHIP, about claims that guardsmen and reservists didn't have health insurance before she went to work, etc, etc.
One can only hope her supporters “misvote” to reward her.

"Misspoke" as in "said something that was not true"? Don't we call that a "lie"? Gee, what a surprise, coming from someone married to the guy who "misspoke" about having had sex with that woman.
Way to kill two birds with one stone, Hillary: refuted your claim to foreign policy experience AND confirmed your propensity to do anything, including lying, to win.
"We arrived in the afternoon..." when really it was morning, I think would be an example of 'mis-speaking.'
"Under sniper fire, we ran for cover..." when really you participated in a friendly meet and greet (with small children even!) is a calculated lie.
It would be an alarming example of dishonesty if it wasn't so sad.
