Nice work for a former President. Too bad Hillary can't speak as genuine or as well as her husband. Oh, and you can bet that Bill wouldn't be talking like that if Hillary was ahead. I say let the thing drag on til Puerto Rico, that way we as democrats can support our candidate whole heartedly. BTW I think that Hillary needs to re-qualify her "life-time" of experience in light of her sniper dreams. And Barack needs to play Rev. Wrights sermons in full on his website if he intends to be transparent.

Obama 08'

Ps. I dare you to watch one sermon in its entirety before you jusdge Rev. Wright.

I am neither a Obama or Hillary or McCain supporter. What I am is an American that is tired of the crap.

It is funny how Bill uses the illegal terms in football to describe the election. I also wonder if she was the one leading if she would be as hard hitting on all the votes counting. Considering she has already told over have the country their votes don't count.

I am from a state that has already voted and voted for her. But after she lost our state she through us out with the bath water. I felt very used by this. I drove 45 minutes to vote; and later heard "those states don't really count". Thank you Mr and Mrs Clinton for that.

Bill Clinton is right its time Jack and the rest of the leftist regime side at CNN pay attention. The far left side of the Democratic Party is tying to put another McGovern / Carter type looser into office. The end results will be that the US will be held hostage again for 444 days while all Obama will do is talk about it.

Look where the world is today by emboldening the terrorist and not taking care of there threats back in the late 70’s and early 80’s. If Obama is the democratic nominee then I am switching over to the Republican Party like so many people did years ago....

The current leader of the democratic party is already HRC, she is the one who stands for what democracy is about and isn't afraid to stand up for the voters. It's shameful that the democratic "party leaders" are not as clear and committed to the democratic process.

Bill loves the negative campaigning...I can't think of a better reason to vote for Obama than the tired old politics of the Clinton family...after Hillary most recent lie about Bosnia, expect her to lose a lot of approval in national polls...

Bill is totally right. If you can't stand the heat in this pretty tame Democrat primary season, how will you hold up to Karl Rove (who's now working for McCain) in the general election -- not to mention the Islamic terrorists, Putin and the Chinese if you get to be President. I'd much rather have someone who can roll with the punches and give as good as she gets. Go Hillary.

Wow, not sure if he's changed, or I've grown up, but Bill just isn't the same. America is about arguing, a good fight, scorched earth poitics? - maybe this is what its all about - Cal it weak, call it soft, call it whatever you need to, but many of us are so ready to have a respectful political climate. I want my government to grow up and have intelligent debates about the best policies, not waste my taxpayer money on silly political arguments and fights.

Way to tell it like it is Bill!!! Hillary is THE CLEAR CHOICE, there is nothing else to say about it.... and I'm tired of hearing about it.. Every time the Obama campaign feels a taste of defeat, they try to yank out the ol' "woe is me" race crap, and quite frankly, it's old, boring, tired, transparent, and tasteless. This is 2008, let's have a race about who is ready, qualified, and a true leader. Hey Obama, you can talk a line, sure... CAN YOU LISTEN????? ENOUGH ABOUT RACE.

So let me get this straight: Hillary cares about your vote, but the pledged delegates that result from those votes are up for grabs. Right. Hillary cares about your voice and your not being disenfranchised, provided that your vote is for her.

And then to whomever mentioned Obama playing the race card, how is "Apparently it's okay to say bad things about a girl" NOT playing the gender card? So she's allowed to say things about Obama, but we have to treat her with kid gloves because of her sex? Give me a break.

The myopia needs to end. People need to start connecting the dots and actually holding a critical eye to the candidates instead of accepting whatever they spout off as scripture, even if it completely contradicts their other actions. It's no wonder we got stuck with 7 years of Bush.

I'm an Obama supporter and proud of it, but on this I gotta say I agree with Bill. I remember hearing a joke that Politics is like a two-handed card game where spitballs are trump. So listen to big Bill. If you can't stand the heat, get outta the kitchen. Oh yea, Bill, be sure to remind Hillary of that the next time she moans or groans about some low flying curve ball thrown her way.

Wow. It amazes me how stupid you Clinton supporters can be sometimes. I find it hilarious that people are really saying that everyone's vote matters. If Hillary was in the lead at this point and it seemed mathematically impossible for Barack to win, would you still be saying that everyon's vote matters? I highly doubt it. Also, I can't believe there are some on this blog that actually think Bill Clinton qualifies as a straight talker and Hillary as someone who can take getting "beat up". Are you serious? And more importantly, is Bill serious? The Clintons have yet to give it to the American people straight (ie Bill and the Lewinksky scandal and more importantly, Hillary lying about Bosnia). And after getting caught in her lie, Hillary proved that she CANNOT take the heat- she ended up bringing up the Rev. Wright issue, which only a week ago she stated she would not comment on it because it was a private issue. Whatever works right? The Clintons will do anything to get back in the White House. They think their entitled to it.

I am sure if the states that had caucusus had prmaries Hillary would have won them and been way ahead in the deligate count.

Even if the DNC does not count Florida and Michigan when the race is over the super deligates will have to take into account all the states Hillary won and that she win did Florida and Michigan buy a wide margin even if it was unofficial. Obama was on the ticket in Florida and in Michigan his supporters voted uncommited

Just when you think Bill Clinton cannot stoop any lower, he does! Your wife has lost, man! What are you arguing about? Go home! Have some tea! Have some of your wife! That would likely erase some of those years of bitterness! Have you no shame? No self-respect? No regard for the Democratic party? You're only in this to hurt the nominee and help the Republicans! Shame on you! Shame on Hillary! Shame on Carville and the other cheerleaders who keep propping Hillary's candidacy up from the grave! Let it die with dignity, man!

I love the comment that Bill made saying they were just trying to say things about a girl. Hillary trying to be the fighter and the victim at the same time. Can't have it both ways though it apparently works with some people. All the people calling for a fight on this blog will find out that they are dinosaurs.

This is rich! Is it worse to talk bad about a girl or sleep around behind her back?

I'm glad the the Clinton campaign is getting its money's worth out of their flaks. Could this outpouring of atta-boys for Bill be any more transparent?

And as for the shock to his conscience about it now being OK to talk smack about "a girl," his own statement about strapping on the pads answers the question. And while I'm on the subject, Chelsea shouldn't be out of bounds either. She's got her own set of pads on now, too.

“Apparently it's okay to say bad things about a girl."

This comment of his seems misplaced to me. He's talking about how politicians should be prepared for the mudslinging, but this comment makes it seem like they should feel shame for picking on a 'girl.'

Like he has respect for women... er, girls...

Well, said Bill. What's wrong with a little competition..
The media have been cutting down Hillary and Bill since day one of this campaign. Just report the news and facts and stop acting like every sentence out of their mouth is some kind of fodder for a feeding frenzy of criticism all the time. And hoorah for Chelsea for telling her questioner that how she feels about Lewinsky is none of his business.

That is called old-politics, thats why I'm voting for change.

Poor Hillary, hiding behind the pantleg of hubby and former pres (wants to be co-pres) Bill. “Apparently it's okay to say bad things about a girl."? HELLO? Bill? Contradicting your point about "we came to play"...if she's in this race, folks are going to say things, just like if Ms. Chelsea is campaiging for Mommy and Daddy, then she should be prepared to maturely answer any question fielded by her AND she should talk to the press...what is she 28? Again, same rules for everyone, honey.
The Clintons are pathetic and all of this grandstanding serves to further help them in their stonewalling where Billary's tax returns are concerned...Peter Paul ring a bell, Bill?

Then this politics thing should also apply to Chelsea Clinton. She has jumped out there in politics with her Mom and at first she refused to answer questions.

Then later she is insulted about the Monica Lewinsky question. If this 28 year old adult Chelsea, who is their daughter but no longer a "child", wants to jump into the political fray then she will have to answer these criticisms too.

Didn't Hillary lose the last 2 primaries?

Isn't Hillary being forced to explain why she blatantly lied to the people of America re: her alleged foreign policy experience?

Doesn't Obama have an insurmountable lead in pledged delegates?

Hasn't Hillary's lead among Superdelegates slimmed considerably in recent weeks?

Aren't many in the media and within the leadership of the Democratic party suggesting that it is time for Hillary to step down and allow the party to unite around Obama?

If that is "momentum" I think I must have misunderstood the meaning of the term.

You go Bill!!!!!

This is the kind of talk we need!!! The Clinton's have been through it all and are still standing! Hillary has the strength and ability to rebound, I have absolutely no doubt about that! she clearly is the better candidate to take on McCain in November!!! The Republicans are going to hit the Democratic nominee with so much....Obama is the one who's skeletons we don't yet know of completely! What is he going to do against the Republicans? Go on another vacation when the going gets tough? Hillary can hold her own & fight back in a way that will prove to this country that a woman can lead!!! She is strong enough and the Clinton's have my entire family's support!!!! We love you guys!!!! Keep on fighting!!!!

Go Bill Clinton!
This is the guy I remember who knows how to run a campaign and a country. This is the guy Obama and McCain don't want anyone to remember. He's a fighter and so is Hillary. That's what this country needs right now. This is the Democratic party we need right now. China, India ,Germany ,Russia and Brazil have booming economys while we are all facing a recession. Hell ,we are in a recession! Let's see this through to the convention.

Delegate count from Ohio until now (not counting supers and changes in Iowa) Clinton 206 Obama 207. No one should be saying that Cllinton should quit now but if after the last 10 contests she is still way behind? Im all for everyone getting to vote for on or the other but at some point you have to be able to read the writing on the wall.

Good for you Bill. If Obama and his supporters cannot take the heat tell them to get out of the kitchen. They have all been pretty nasty for some time, yet everyone is handling them with kid gloves. Time for the gloves to come off.

Actually the best thing for the Clintons to do is to "saddle up" and bow out gracefully with some dignity while they still can. Hillary can't win.

You go Clinton's. They can do all the polls you want, but if voters before the Ohio primary would have know about Obama, he would not be in the position he is in. He would be out. I want to know why the elected officials are behind a racist for President.

Yep. And if Hillary was ahead he'd definitely be saying we still need the rest of these primaries.

Oh, wait, no, they also said they want super delegates to overturn them anyway.

Is anyone else just confused?

Where was this speech when Silly Hill started crying on camera a few months ago, hmm? Bill is definitely right that we need to see these primaries to the end but he should not be acting like Barack's the only one getting hot and bothered in this race.
